There seem to be way too many higher carb recipes in this book. Yes there are some basic obvious lower carb recipes. However there are too many of the higher carb recipes over 10-15 carbs for a single meal. And they use regular ingredients for example tin soup Which is too high in carbs for keto. For those following a low carb plan this is not going to be a resource in my opinion.
