Goodluck Jonathan was able to summarise complex events that defined his presidency. I felt more could’ve been unfolded & rather than filling pages with speeches, they could’ve been kept for the appendix/annex.

Jonathan provided the readers insight & perspective they did not have. For a president whose administration have faced heavy criticism even up to 4 years after leaving office, this book was a perfect reply.

Jonathan was also able to communicate his personal philosophy through this book; 1 term tenure; free, fair & non-violent elections etc. His ideas are thought provoking & should stir debates across the African continent.

A statesman. I believe history will forever smile down at Goodluck Jonathan & this book will help protect that legacy. Good read. I enjoyed it.

I expected so much From the book, however, after finishing the book I ended up being disappointed because the writer did not explain so many controversies surrounding his administration he only beat around the bush asking questions that he should be answering.

In my opinion, I wasted my time reading such a book.
