I gave this quick read Christmas Romance 5 stars.
I loved this book, it was perfect to me.....maybe an epilogue would have made it even better, but I really enjoyed as it is!
Abby is a teacher, she loves working with kids. Her personal life is kinda boring, she is looking for a true love, but for now having sex would do just fine. Steven is a HOT rich, business man. He is always late picking up his son Aaron from school. Which happens to be at the same school that Abby teaches at. He is the sweetest, cutest boy ever - Abby started keeping him company after school while waiting for the father, and that is how the these two became very close. Then enters the father, and oh hot dang the sparks started to fly, and Steven was a very determined man, not deterred by her resisting him which she fought very hard.....it was funny their bantering back and forth, the chemistry is off the chains :{}
Steven likes his sex hot and rough, his is kind of a dom in the bedroom. Abby well, she learned how good sex can be with the right person. She didn't have that much experience.
They made a beautiful family and Abby showed them what Christmas was all about.
This was my first book by Amelia Blair, and I really enjoyed it. I will continue reading further books by her.

Oh, this book is absolutely amazing! I admit I'm not a fan of Christmas-themed books (yeah, I have a little grinch inside of me), but this one was so different... I was already captivated from the beginning.
I read it in one sitting and couldn't stop. This book has everything, it was funny, it had romance, hotness, suspense, and even dangerous situations involving guns.
It's easy to say that this book totally surprised me in the best possible way. I loved it.

This was everything that I was looking for while searching for a holiday romance. Single dad romance, steamy, and an adorable kid? Sold!

Emelia Blair did a great job with Wintertime Heat.
This is a great holiday romance story. I love the interaction between Abby and Steven. There's great attraction between them, I love the story time and the secondary characters kept me interested through out the book. A definite must read and a happily ever after!

What an AWESOME Christmas Story!
OMG!! I really enjoyed this book! Aaron is such a cute little boy that steals Abby's heart. Abby is a Junior High teacher just starting a new job. Steven is Aaron's dad, and irritates Abby to no end.
After a while they both take a part of her heart. When an accident leaves Abby shaken, Steven comes to the rescue. They get snowed in and gets interact with each other. Does Abby let them in her heart or does she push them away?

OMG, what a read! This book was so awesome that I could not put it down. Let's just say that Ms Blair owes me some sleeping time. The characters were well developed and the book well written. The sex scenes threatened to enflame my Kindle. Ok..why are you still reading the review, grab a copy NOW!

This is the first book I've read from Emelia Blair and it won't be the last. The characters are enjoyable and the storyline flowed well. A great sweet second chance romance. I recommend this book.

I received this book as a gift of an advanced read and I would like to give my honest opinion of what I read.
This is a really great story. One of a young woman named Abby Johnson trying to make her new job as teaching senior English something to be enjoyed by her students. She doesn’t make much money especially having just finished her degree she has her old car Gretha that has accompanied her all through her life. She might be old and living on borrowed time but she was her car and Abby loved her. Unfortunately the weekend before she starts work it is cold and snowing outside but she had errands to run. Suddenly her heat stopped working looking down for just a second she suddenly feel that she has hit another car. Getting out to see if the man was all right, all he was to her was just darn rude. His car had stalled out and she had not seen it the moment that the heater had stopped working. He continued to insult her even when she offered him a ride to the meeting he was going to. She tried to keep her patients about her but finally at the end she did say her piece before he left her car slamming the door.
Her first day of school was a little challenging especially when she went finally got into the lunch room to chaperon the kids. Before she even gets all the way through the room she sees some older boys bulling a little kid and before she could step in another child steps up and knee’s the bully. She had to send the young boy to the principal’s office for fighting. Later that same day after all of the other children had left she sees the little boy waiting for his father, and has him come to her classroom the next day to help her until his father arrives to pick him up.
The next day little Aaron came to her classroom after the day was over and she had swords for him to color for her as she had planned to do a reenactment of one of the plays of Shakespeare. It was then that she found out that the father of Aaron was the same rude man that she had the accident with that weekend. Mr. Tanner. She helped Aaron to get cleaned up so he could leave and for some reason Mr. Tanner continued to push her buttons and rile her up. She did not like the man even though he was handsome. As time past though and she continued to have Aaron come and help her after school until his father came Aaron was growing attached to her and she was also with him. He was an adorable little boy. Soon gifts started appearing for her from Mr Tanner after Aaron had told him some of her favorite things. She couldn’t understand what Steven Tanner was up too, he was so very intense and it scared her and also excited her. She knew that he was the kind of man that would break her heart...or would he.
Things took a turn when Abby went out on a date with a friend of her roommates. The man took drunken advantage of her which sparked a PSTD reaction from something that had happened to her in college. She left the restaurant with just her purse and was hurrying down the street crying when she heard Steven call her name and she ran to him crying. He took her home and in his mansion she was stuck for several day because of the blizzard. Their relationship took on a different turn; one that she was not sure of.
Will Abby get her happy ever after? Or will something happen that could change everything that she thinks. Will she come out of this with her heart in tack? Will she live to prove that she is so much more than any one ever thought she could be. This is an amazing story and one that must be read to understand all that is going on in it to appreciate the ending all the more. Wintertime Heat is a gripping and well written story with everything: full of humor, has chemistry between the hero and heroine is sizzling hot and intense romance, passion that keeps your heart hammering away, a touch of suspense, and even dangerous situation. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Blair. Take a wonderful journey and watch their beautiful love story unfold. Easy to say that this book total surprise, a must read; which deserves my 5 -start rating. I would recommend this to anyone that loves a great love story.

Heartfelt!
Loved theme of this story and the funny comedic lines. Fiesty defenately holds true here but i most defanetely love all the love and hope u feel and sense in this story. This book is the type of stories I certainly enjoy reading most like. Well done which is why I give it 5 stars.

From Snarls to Snuggles
A Holy WOW must read!!!! You can't help but fall in love with Abby, Steven and especially Aaron. Her first day at her new teaching job starts in a downward spiral and continues to get worse as the day goes. As "punishment" for fighting during lunch Abby gives heart to Aaron for standing up for his friend by having him help in her classroom after school while waiting for his always late father. While on her way home she crashed into the most arrogant and rude man she's ever met but offers him a ride to his meeting, but she can't get his beautiful grey eyes out of her mind. When her play sword fight with Aaron is interrupted by non other than the rude man she is stunned to find out he is Aaron's father. The chemistry is streaming but so are the snarls and barbs. Steven had put his love life on hold to raise his son but the stubborn and independent Abby pushes buttons long forgotten and he wants her and plans to keep her. They are from different worlds but when Steven rescues Abby and she lets herself give in they fit like they were made for each other. When there is a threat to Aaron and Abby steps forward their fate is sealed. Abby not only shows Aaron and Steven love but shows them what Christmas is all about....family. This amazing story is a must read. There are a few typos but for me it didn't take away from the story and an epilogue would have been great. I'm hoping Scarlett gets a story.

Abby's heart ❤ is falling for Aaron the more that she interacts with him during the time they spend together after school in her classroom while waiting for his dad to pick him up.
Abby doesn't care much for Steven Tanner and when he rescues her after she leaves a date that ended disastrously for her, she finds her opinion changing. Steven had felt drawn to her since the first meeting, but he was leery of women being drawn to him for his wealth and maybe using his son to get to him.
Read the book to find out what happens to cause Steven to realize that Abby really does care for Aaron and himself, and how Christmas is going to be so much different from all the past Christmas holidays.
I enjoyed reading the 📚, but manual editing instead of spellchecker wouldn't come amiss especially the last few chapters; other than that it was well worth reading.

This is the first book I've read by Emelia Blair and I absolutely loved it. The cast of fabulous characters include Abby a beautiful teacher, Steven a handsome but rude billionaire and Noah a sweet shy six year old. Abby meets Steven when she accidentally smashes into his car. She meets him again when he picks up his son, Noah at school. There is an undeniable attraction between Abby and Steven and they can't stop thinking of each other. “Wintertime Heat” is a riveting story full of humor, intense love and passion that keeps your heart hammering away. Take a wonderful journey with Steven and Abby and watch their beautiful love story unfold. A must read.

Abby is a teacher takes breaks up a fight only to realise the little boy has issues and when the dad is a business man who is wealthy who is always late picking his son up from school does she make her mission to make he is safe until his dad gets him. Steven has been through also and has had past where he doesn't trust anyone especially a teacher who has been watching his son after school but when Steven and Abby get together and things happen will they find love or will one of them and up dead.

I loved the way Abby wears down Steven’s crusty arrogant behavior towards her.
Their “meet cute” is less than romantic, but I was happy that Abby stood up for herself and allowed her true self to shine through.
The addition of Steven’s son Aaron really added to the story, giving it that extra holiday warmth that I appreciated. A bit of drama that had Abby fighting for her life also showed the depth of love and commitment she had for Aaron.

I really enjoyed this book it was an easy read and I wanted to know how it ended. The main characters were a teacher, an alpha billionaire and his 8 year old son who got in trouble at school for fighting. It was the teachers first day and she caught three lads fighting she took a shine to the billionaires son and took him under her wing. That's how she meets Steven the dad of the eight year old and there's an attraction there straight away. They both try to fight it but love wins out in the end. 5***** recommend this book to be read.

I really enjoyed this story. Aaron was absolutely adorable. Steven was the perfect Alpha male. Sexy and dominant with a heart. Loved him. Abby was the perfect missing piece to the puzzle.
I really enjoyed this story. Aaron was absolutely adorable. Steven was the perfect Alpha male. Sexy and dominant with a heart. Loved him. Abby was the perfect missing piece to the puzzle.

This has to be one of the best shirt romance reads I've had the pleasure of reading in a while. Stevan and Abby are just so perfect for each other and Abby's love of of Stevans son Aaron is so heartwarming . Would definitely recommend and read again.
