Papa Didn't Raise No Fool
Wherever the Washington girls were, the Washington boys weren’t far away. That was how Don Washington raised his children. As a businessman that ran his own string of hotels and an expertise in weapons, placed Don in some of the most prominent circles. But Don was ready to retire from it all. Not having sons of his own, he raised his stepsons to overlook his empire. Don thought that everything was well until a visitor placed him in the hot chair and caused his prized possessions to become targets in their end game. Marquel and Malik ran Don’s business with the rules and guidelines that were set out for them. Along with their other brothers, they came up with a system to keep their job as gun runners polished and respected. They became the faces of the DW brand. Don was proud of the men and knew that they were ready to take on anything. Marquel was grateful for the opportunity, but he wanted more. He wanted the heart of Don’s youngest daughter. Cherrie Lottie Washington was the baby of the Washington girls. She was vibrant and ready to take over the world with her creative mind. She had her heart set on traveling the world with her sisters after she graduated from college. But, the jealousness of her father’s and Marquel’s enemies placed her in a position to fight for her life. The love that once bonded them will turn into the hate that will make them regret knowing each other. Will Don have the strength to bring his family back together after losing a piece of his heart?

Yesss
I really hate that I couldn’t give this the full 5 stars. As great as the story was I was soooooo disappointed in how many errors there were. I have read all Niecy P series and don’t remember there being any of These errors. It was quite irritating to say the least. Please don’t destroy your artistry because of lack of editing. Your too good of a writer for these kinds of mistakes. I was just about ready to give up on reading books for a while and u came and restored my faith. The story was nothing short of amazing so I will just chalk it up to one mistake and wait for the next one.

Thank for another great book!!!
Neicy P you are very talented writer. I love reading your books! I loved all the characters in the book and how they each had a voice. I am happy for Lottie and Marquel. I like how the Elites made an appearance. Will we get spin off from Journey and Kymani and Lana and Gilbert???? Whatever you decide to write I am more than sure I will read. You do know how to keep your readers on their toes and not bored by going from paranormal to murder/mystery to good ole love story!!

Really Good
This was such a good story,loved the fact that we got a little more insight on who Don Washington is and just how good of a father he really was. We also got to meet some of the Elites and tie everyone's story together. I loved the fact that this family not only went hard for them women but they went hard for the men as well. The storytelling as always is just stellar and you are caught in the web again,wanting it not to come to an end.You are loving to love this addition to the series, from beginning to the end.

Awesome
Niecy P is the GOAT! Her books never disappoint. This book was a page turner from beginning to end. It made me laugh, cry and scream at some of the ish that the Washington family endured. Malik is Bae. All that Washington sister's were cool and endearing to one another which is nice to see food a change. I was so glad that Lottie was ok....but I was happier to see what happened to her captures. Good Neicy P, this book was fire!!!

Another great read
Neicy P has done it again. I love the way all the siblings loved each other and always had it others back. The lottie and Marquel thing was kind of weird. I’m so thankful the ones responsible for lottie got what they deserved. Last but not lest, Mason and Madsion are hardcore... I love those little kids

I LOVED this book and this family. The Washington clan plays no games about each other and it is the best family bond I’ve read so far. I hope to hear from the rest of the clan in different books. 10 star read for sure.

Good read... I hated that Brent turned on his family.. but they say your family is your worst enemies so he met his demise just like the rest of them and I couldn't believe that Gilbert was Scar... I was like oooohhhh and Quel them was treating him like he was a square

Great book . Love they love for one another. I was sad when it seemed like Lottie was dead. I had to jump ahead to see cuz it was many tears was coming. Happy everything turned out well.

Man those Washingtons are a family to be reckoned with. I can see how some would have a problem with Lottie and Quel but they not related so being a play brother aka friend is the best way to have a solid foundation for a relationship. Hope to see more from this family

I enjoyed this story so much it had everything from love, hood ish , assassins, black professionals/entrepreneurs, and suspense. It was a nail biting emotional roller coaster and I loved every word.
