Great tips in a super short book

No nonsense. This could be a pamphlet but I wouldn’t have run across it if it were. David Wright is correct with everything he recommends and says, without making us read all the science as to why. Going through withdrawals - do we feel like reading all the whys. No. I can’t keep my eyes open long enough on all the other books I’ve read on here but this book is straight to the point. I don’t feel alone in this. There are others.

great tips

This book is a wonderful addition for an individual who is sold out on benzo withdrawal. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse and will incorporate them into my nursing!
