The Jinn Cycle - Book 2 of the paranormal romance series

Reno - a sexy, alpha male Jinn

Second-in-Command and a highly esteemed Jinn warrior of the First Order and First Blood, Renegade Mantius Grigor isn’t your average male.

His job is to ensure his best friend, Jericho Sullivan, stays alive while wrangling with the rest of the elite Jinn team serving King of the Jinn. With the birth of Jericho’s twins, Dr. Aili McFeerson arrives at the secure compound - entering Reno’s world filled with danger and intrigue.

Called Hollywood, but never to his face, Reno’s astonishing good looks were gifted by the hand of some unknown benevolent creator. He’s a sexy dangerous Jinn warrior - all male all the time - yet with the arrival of Aili, Reno is forced to consider his future - in a way never, ever expected.

For the last few years, Aili has experienced a bone deep emptiness as if the world were passing her by along with a relentless gnawing restlessness as her body yearns for fulfillment.

Reno’s truths will frighten her, but will Aili run if the passionate fire between them ignites?

I absolutely loved Jericho and was delighted when I saw Reno had released.

This book starts off directly where the first one ended so you don't miss out on anything.

The Premise was great and the cast could do no wrong.
You get Reno, second in command to the Jinn King, Jericho and Aili, a Scottish doctor brought in to treat Jericho's mate Abe.
You are plunged into a world with magic, demons, a atrong sense of family and psycopath villains. The larger than life relatives are icing to the cake.
The conflict comes from the fact that Aili is sheltered and not free to make her own decisions. Any interference would be a political, inter race ( paranormal creatures ) mess.

The book loses out due to 2 factors - I wish it had a lot more dialogue. The monologues and contemplation killed the narrative's pace.
The villain enters the picture too late and you feel underwhelmed when the story ends.

I loved Jericho, Reno was interesting and I hope the third book in the series is out soon.

Ok I know I said the Jericho was my fav. Now I'm changing that, this series is my all time fav of 2017. I absolutely love this world of Jinn. The warriors, and protectors of this Jinn world was complicated, yet I wanted to be there. If I left the house, I couldn't wait to get home to read. That's the making of a GREAT series. Jinn were born with free will and able to read the natural elements of the earth.

Reno, is Jerico's second in command. Jericho is King of the Jinn. And Aili is a doctor that came to take of Jericos twins. Reno was done the first time he saw her. Being called Hollywood because of all the women he had was not taken seriously about Aili. He was also warned by her cousin Conn, one of the elite worries of Jericho, to stay always from her. And that was because Reno was notorious for one night stands.

Reno's journey with Aili, Dr. McFeerson was epic. You will enjoy every moment of this book. It won't disappoint. I love my HEA's and I got that with this series. Only thing I hate is waiting for the next book 📚.
Revisiting every character in Jericho's journey was a thrill especially with the twins. The old and new characters mesmerized me throughout this series. I hope all will read and enjoy as I did this spectacular new world of Jinn!!!

i loved the second book! Wow, what a read, really enjoyed and couldn't put this one down either. Reno and Aili are such a good match and I love the way Aili stays strong during the book. Her family were awesome. Clan McFeerson and Duke who is the chief. Reno is a jinn who doesn't give up easily and he's second in command to Jericho. Lucky Aili. A wonderful book that i enjoyed immensely. Will continue reading the series and recommend it.

Second book in series is a great romance. His passion for Aili is what its about. Her passion for Reno is equally the same. Nice that many characters from first book appear again. Family, friends and romance. My kind of book. 5 Stars
