One of my TOP FAVORITES from Lauren Rowe!
Oh my gah! I loved this one so very much! It’s flat out one of my favorites from this author! The characters are perfect! The setup and execution are perfect. And this cover!!! WOWZA! In flipping love!
Zander is so sweet you can’t help but love him. And his relationship with Aloha is pure joy! I can’t say enough how much I loved it! Loved, loved, loved him. Absolutely AMAZING! Sexy, alpha, swoony, goodness! ❤️❤️❤️

Mister Bodyguard is the fourth book in Lauren Rowe's Morgan Brothers series. Even though Zander Shaw isn't technically a Morgan, he might as well be. He's been the best friend and other half of Keane since they've been kids and if you've read 'Ball Peen Hammer' you know all about these two and their amazing bromance.
Zander's girlfriend just broke up with him and he's looking for a fresh start. When he gets the opportunity to be a bodyguard, he jumps on it. He doesn't expect to be the bodyguard for one of the biggest pop sensations, Aloha Carmichael. Aloha doesn't want Zander as her bodyguard. She doesn't want anyone new, it's nothing against him, so she's on a mission to get him to quit right away. Only once she actually starts talking to him and meets him, she changes her mind.
Zander is one of those guys that is so easy to love. He's easy to talk to, to banter with, and he and Aloha become fast friends. I loved this friends to lovers story. Zander was such an amazing hero and I loved Aloha as well. She had moments where she was insecure and did some questionable things, but knowing her past and all she had been through made me sympathize with her.
As always, it was amazing to get back with the Morgan family. I love them all and I'm sad I only have one book left in this series, but I can't wait to read about Dex! Once again I'll rave about the narrating skills of Lauren Rowe and John Lane. These are a must to do in audio format if you can! They both truly bring these stories to life!
If you're looking for a book that will make you laugh out loud, swoon, and smile all the way through pick this one up! It had just enough heart and emotion and was a blast to listen to!

Okay y’all... let’s talk about how truly amazing Mister Bodyguard is.
I’ve been caught up in this Morgan family since I picked up Hero on a whim. There's no looking back now. I’m hooked on this family. So hooked that I went on a reading binge. So hooked that as I read Lauren’s work I messaged her relentlessly. Sorry, doll. I was a pain.
Lauren has done something so completely mind blowing with Zander though. His place in the family is so solid that color means nothing. He IS a Morgan. His role in the family is as vital and important as Colby, Ryan, Keane, Dax and Kat. Throughout this series, Lauren has given Zander a place of honor. He's sweet but so alpha. He and Aloha are so funny that I laughed out loud in the middle of the night. His relationship with Keane is so honest and so real - no two men could be closer, even if they are two perpetual twelve year olds in full grown divine adult bodies.
As a newbie author the one thing that stands out in my mind is this: don’t let fear of what someone may say stop you. Lauren stepped out on a limb putting a gorgeous black man on the cover. They say in this industry black men don’t sell contemporary romance.
I don’t think THOSE PEOPLE know Lauren Rowe.
Bravo to you, my new superhero! You took a chance, covered your eyes and leaped into the unknown. Mister Bodyguard is SIX BIG BOLD STARS and one of my favorite books this year. When I finished the last page, I left with so much hope and sigh because I already miss Zandy Man and Alo-haha. That means that a re-read is coming in fast order.

Mister Bodyguard was my first read in the Morgan Brothers series but I had no problem reading it before the previous books. I liked all the characters that I was introduced to throughout the novel and they have me intrigued about their own stories. I can certainly say this was a crazy bunch of people and they were very entertaining to read about.
Our main characters are Zander Shaw, first time bodyguard with a penchant for falling hard for women in a very short amount of time. The body he's guarding is that of Disney star turned popstar, Aloha. These two had an amazing and captivating dialogue between them and I loved how silly they could be with each other. Even through the serious moments that were thrown in they kept it pretty light and lovable.
That silliness is also what brought my rating down to a 3.5 though. Sometimes with Zander and his friends I felt more like I was reading about a young kid and his friends rather than people in their 20's. It just got a little too immature for me at times but his character definitely made up for that when he was around Aloha and we got to see his super sweet and caring side.
Overall, this is a book I would recommend for anyone looking for something a little light but still sexy as all get out.

I do declare... Zander. Was. EVERYTHING!!
Zander... Zander... Zander... I could not get enough of this young man. His mama sure brought him up right. One of the things I love most about Lauren Rowe is her ability to create such real and yet impossibly perfect characters. They're people we should all aspire to be. Zander is the type of man that all men should emulate. He's funny, wise, charming, sincere, kind, generous, considerate, compassionate, protective, loyal, etc. And his sex appeal is off the charts!
Zander typically wears his heart on his sleeve and when he meets Aloha, his heart started calling out for her almost immediately. But Aloha knows nothing of love, at least not the real sense. Being adored by millions of fans and earning the adulation of those in the industry have prepared her for nothing. So Zander's got his work cut out for him. Luckily he's made of sterner stuff and doesn't cower in the face of rejection. His heart is huge enough to battle her insecurities, showing her what their love could be. It was magnifique!
Everything about this story appealed to me. Zander, of course. I don't believe there is anyone in the universe who could possibly resist his charms. I also loved each and every interaction between the Morgan crew and their circle. It made for some hilarious times and when these people get together, you can't help but feel the familial bond they share. I want to be adopted by the Morgans too!

Mister Bodyguard by Lauren Rowe.
Well.....who would have thought that the quirky, fun lovin sidekick and 'Wifey' of Keane Morgan would have such a story to tell...this reader didn't!
However, what I have read within the pages of Mister Bodyguard has just left me with a huge happy heart.
Zander Shaw cements his place as a true member of the Morgan Family in a way that far outweighed my expectatioms. Zander is not just a froth & bubbles character that plays second fiddle to Keane Morgan's adorable and lovable persona...No way in hell! This man has a depth to his soul that is delightfully charming and I must say at times surprisingly profound.
Zander's realism is not just surface deep...this boy's nature & character has colourful layerings and is something to behold....you will most definitely fall in love!
And our Heroine is an absolute darling of a girl who hides her inner vulnerability with cheekiness and false bravado, but don't be fooled, she has bite.
Lauren Rowe weaves a tale of enchantment with these characters, creating an atmosphere of fun & hilarity, blending it seemlessly with some of the most explosive chemistry that leads to what I can only describe as sublime passion. There is some damn fine lovemaking on these pages!
In Mister Bodyguard, we also get to experience another huge dollop of Morgan Clan tomfoolery which, although expected with Lauren's unique flavour of writing, still manages to delight the heck out of you, have you chuckling like a hyena and honestly just leaves you with the biggest smile on your face.
Once again, I cannot fault anything in this story...it is sinfully delicious.
Lauren Rowe, you are by far one of the best storytellers out there...I truly adore every one of your books.

I have been living under a rock and that needs to be changed right now!!! How is this the first time I have ever read a book written by this amazing author? Like, seriously. How am I only just now walking into the world of the Morgan Brothers! I need more, I NEED THEM ALL!!!
Mister Bodyguard may be my first Morgan Brother experience, but I tell you now, it WILL NOT be my last because everything about this book is so freaking amazing! The characters are real, the feelings are real, and it was so refreshing to read about a guy who is not a player.
I fell in love with Zander, I think I loved him right from the start actually. Zander is so damn sweet! He says all these wonderful things that made me swoon so hard while reading this book. I loved his relationship with Keane. Those two are a riot! I just love them. Zander is so big and protective and loves his Mamma, totally swoon worthy in my books.
Aloha is a huge star. She is such a sweet girl underneath all of her bravado. Zander can see who she really is. Aloha is Zander’s destiny! Aloha is a very relatable character. Not because she is a star but because of a lot of the behind the scenes stuff and a lot of how she feels.
I love these two together. They compliment each other in the best way. Their scenes are steamy, their connection is strong and their spark is electric. They are everything. The writing in this book is exceptional. I love the way the words flow together creating an extremely enjoyable read. I am in love with this story. I laughed, I cried, I felt anger... This book set me on a path to feel all of the emotions possible to me. I just love it when a book can do that to me. I am so looking forward to discovering more Morgan Brothers. This author has definitely found a life long fan in me!

Two words describe this story....Mind Blowing. Zander who is the unofficial brother to the Morgan clan is drool worthy hot, but is also a gentle giant. He wears his huge heart on his sleeve when he falls fast for a woman. After coming up for air after a soured relationship, Zander takes a position as bodyguard for who he believes is a high maintenance Diva with an ego to match.
Aloha's demeanor on the outside is all piss and vinegar, but inside beats the heart of a very vulnerable little girl who has been hurt and betrayed her whole life. She feels weak and impotent. Zander and Aloha start out rocky but Zander quickly sees the "real" Aloha who is capable of giving love. He finds himself spiraling into an abyss with no way of finding his way back. The sexual chemistry between the two is off the charts. But Zander craves more than just a romp between the sheets. He knows that what he and Aloha share is rare and to be cherished forever.
Lauren Rowe takes us through all the emotional feels with Zander and Aloha. Laughter, hurt, pain, love and tenderness that had this reader fangirling for this couple to find their HEA.

Holy shitballs!
Okay, so I’m not sure how to put in to a sentence how amazing this book is.
Flawless
Hot
Addictive
Mind blowing.
Those are just a couple of words that can describe this book. I’m not new to Lauren’s books, I’ve loved each and every one she’s written, and this one right here is no different. The lady has a way with words, a way that’ll just keep engaged, hooked and addicted all the way through. Can she even write a bad book? The answer is NO!
Zander, Zander, Zander.

Book 4 of the Morgan Brothers shows you the life of Zander and his place in the Morgan family. He proves that he’s every bit of a Morgan Brother than the rest of them.
This love story between Zander and Aloha is captivating to say the least. I’ll admit at first, I didn’t feel as though the characters as a couple spoke to me, but as the story deepened, the more I got to understand Zander and understand Aloha, the more I could see they were perfect for each other. The more I begun to root for them. The heat between them, the passion, the lust that turns into love, it’s delicious, all consuming.
I could sit here all day and tell you word for word what happened, but where’s the fun in that. All I have to say is this book, actually this entire series is MUST READ! You will not be disappointed, Lauren is a genius with her words and you’ll fall so madly in love with each and every one of these charterers like I did.
I’m in for one hell of a book hanger, I know that for sure.
Mister Bodyguard is a stand-alone, but for more of a feel for the characters and plot I recommend reading Ball Peen Hammer (book 1 of the Morgan Brothers)
Lauren, you are master of your work and I absolutely loved this book, and I’m so glad Zander got book, I just hope there is more of him to come!

Those are just a couple of words that can describe this book. I’m not new to Lauren’s books, I’ve loved each and every one she’s written, and this one right here is no different. The lady has a way with words, a way that’ll just keep engaged, hooked and addicted all the way through. Can she even write a bad book? The answer is NO!

I don't really know how to start this review other than...
HOLY SHIT THIS BOOK IS PERFECTION. UTTERLY FLAWLESS, INCREDIBLE PERFECTION!

What she does with her books and stories is simply out of this world. Lauren takes you on an adventure with each and every book and she pulls you into a magnificent, world that you never want to leave.
Mister Bodyguard is the next STANDALONE book in The Morgan Brothers Series and I was so, so happy to revisit my most favourite, fictional family. This book focuses on our hero, Zander, the honorary Morgan, the hero that will star in all your upcoming fantasies, the hero that you will fall head over heels in love with by page five because, **SPOILER ALERT** he's EVERYTHING and MORE, and his AMAZING, SASSY, SEXY, BRILLIANTLY FUNNY heroine.
In Mister Bodyguard, Lauren takes contemporary romance, friends to lovers romance and a bodyguard romance and creates an EPIC love story that will honestly just sweep you off your feet and blow you away because even though you may be used to reading contemporary romance or friends to lovers romances or bodyguard romances, I can tell you now, you have NEVER read a book like this, EVER! I LOVE the Morgan brothers and have been waiting with bated breath for Zander’s (the honorary Morgan brother) story. And let me tell you, Mister Bodyguard does not disappoint!! I loved it! And I love Zander! Lauren Rowe delivers an amazing contemporary romance full of humor, great chemistry, and super hot scenes.

Si trattava di Zander, migliore amico e “mogliettina” di Keane, in arte l’agente “Ball Peen Hammer”, il simpatico spogliarellista dei fratelli Morgan.
Zander era come uno di famiglia per Kean, così quando lui si trasferì a Los Angeles per intraprendere la carriera di attore, gli chiese di seguirlo.
Zander accettó, deciso a buttarsi alle spalle una storia d’amore tristemente naufragata, ma anche per cercare lavoro.

Queste furono le parole di Barry per convincere la capricciosa Aloha a dare una possibilità al suo nuovo bodyguard.
Lei aveva dato per scontato che il “suo cagnolino” sarebbe stato tra i trentacinque e i quarant’anni, come Barry, non di un anno soltanto più grande di lei, quindi un venticinquenne.
L’idea che un giovane, possente e muscoloso maschio alfa con un “un modo di fare rilassante e rassicurante” l’avrebbe scortata ovunque, non le dispiaceva affatto.
Per Zander, Aloha era oggettivamente bella. Pelle scura ma non troppo, labbra carnose, capelli neri lunghi e mossi con leggeri riflessi dorati, incredibili occhi verde smeraldo.
Ma non era il suo tipo.
Il suo “Mr Happy” di solito non scattava sull’attenti per sirene dipinte come lei, ma era attratto da donne meno costruite, un po’ bohémien, come la sua ex, Daphne.
I due protagonisti di Nient'altro che noi iniziano a interagire dapprima con diffidenza, poi amichevolmente, e tra loro si instaura un’interessante amicizia sincera.
Zander col passare del tempo si rende conto che nonostante la facciata da star navigata che ostenta risolutezza, la pop star Aloha non è altro che una ragazza piena di fragilità e insicurezze.
Poi c’è stata la cena a casa dei Morgan. Fino ad allora Zander è stato per Aloha semplicemente la sua guardia del corpo.
Ma dopo averla vista con la sua gente, con tutte le persone che più ama, dopo averla vista entrare nel suo mondo e adattarvisi alla perfezione, comprende che tra loro avrebbe potuto funzionare. Per davvero.
Questa per me è stata una lettura veloce e scorrevole, ma soprattutto molto divertente. Ho trovato esilaranti, e non poco, le chat di gruppo della famiglia “allargata” dei Morgan, come anche le loro personali scommesse, che mi hanno fatta sorridere.
Originale, cosi come nello stile degli strepitosi gemelli Faraday o dei sexy fratelli Morgan, è la “Certezza” di Zander, che vi consiglio di ricercare nel libro.
Ho amato moltissimo leggere le scene nelle quali erano presenti Josh e Jonas, Kitty Kat, Ryan Captain, Sarah, l’hacker Henn, Hannah Banana Montana e tanti altri personaggi conosciuti e apprezzati nelle precedenti serie.

This novel. I don’t even know where to begin with how much I loved this book. Everything from the Zander and Aloha to the romance to the Morgan family just had me cheesing from the opening chapter.
Zander, the honorary Morgan brother, couldn’t have been more perfect. He is so layered - crazy funny man with Keane, protective bodyguard with Aloha Carmichael, man in love with Alohaha, wonderful son and brother to mama Shaw and his sister. Zander’s heart, like most of the Morgans, LARGE (like ALL parts of him). He wants love, actively seeks it out, and the way he pursues it and Aloha has me swooning. His ideas of love, as the evolve over the course of the novel, are the epitome of romance. He supports the whole and the broken parts of our heroine, wants to protect her as she chases her dreams, lies in the muck with her when she needs to, and revels in her successes. His pride in her, in their love, in themselves radiates from him. Everyone should be loved the way Zander loves. Everyone needs a #ZandyMan.
Aloha is comedic perfection. Being described as the female Keane is such an apt description. She provides the perfect, outlandish comedy over the course of the novel. As with any great character, though, she is more than this one role in the book. She exemplifies the struggle of growing up in the limelight, the feeling of being used by those who are supposed to love you, leaving her jaded. She doesn’t understand or believe in love, which makes her an unlikely, her perfect, companion for Zander, the man who falls quickly in love. Readers also get to see a woman who is a bit broken. We see her fall apart, but we also see how love holds her together, heals her, makes her stronger, more able to grasp the future she wants. Her evolution, with the support of Zander’s love exemplifies the power of true love, real romance.
These two are just hilarious, romantic, sexy. You get it all with them. I was laughing from the moment they start texting and I never stopped. Zander pursuing Aloha is sweet and sexy. Watching them fall in in love is pure joy. Seeing Aloha find a family with the crazy and lovable Morgan clan is fun and entertaining, and the homage to The Bodyguard is utter perfection. There isn’t one thing about this book I didn’t love. From the characters to the plot and pacing, I was captivated.
Books should make you happy. Romance books should make your swoon. Characters should make you want to be a part of their world. Mister Bodyguard and the entire Morgan Brother series (STANDALONES) hits every single one of these criteria. I never ever want this series to end!

MmmMmm! Zander. What a delicious man. I've loved him since Ball Peen Hammer and this being his own story? Finger lickin' good! So let me break it down...Our hero of this story is Zander Shaw. He's a tall, dark and delicious wall of a man who takes a bodyguard position guarding a pop princess after getting his big, gooey heart broken. What makes Zander so unique is he's a giant guy who wears his gargantuan heart on his ginormous bicep. Best of all, he's out and proud about it! He knows he's a "fall in deep love with you" guy and not a "hit it and quit it" type. So knowing that about himself, he's determined to guard *snicker* his fragile, mushy, vascular organ until he finds his one and only. Enter Aloha, the pop princess. I'll admit, I was hesitant to get on the Aloha train at first. I mean, I was worried she would be this big spoiled brat that would try Zander's nerves and want to strangle her. But nope. She's got her own demons to slay and getting to know Zander, he supports her demon-slaying ways.
Now, this is a Lauren Rowe book folks so we've come to expect hilarity, clarity and other "tees" from her devious mind and we are not disappointed. The Morgan clan feature wonderfully in this story and it made me so, so, so happy to peek into their lives to see what my favorite family was up to. Zander's bestie, Keane is front and center being Zander's devoted "wifey" and being his listening ear and shoulder to cry/lean on while Zander figures out how to handle Aloha. And the bet! I'm not usually a fan of silly bets but this one is pretty funny and all done with love and affection so no worries there.
What I love most about Lauren's stories (and you will too) is that her stories are unique and a breath of fresh air. I'm always taken on a new romantic comedy journey with her characters. She takes common and overly used rom com tropes and turns them upside down, side ways, loop de loop until you're grinning from ear to ear because you're like, "Omg! I didn't see that coming and I love it!" She also writes her men to be real, unapologetic men. Zander is a softie and he's not ashamed of it as there's nothing to be ashamed about! She writes her women as strong, independent yet flawed women unafraid to ask for what they want Honestly, I feel like I'm learning some deep lessons on how to be a kick ass woman whenever I read a new Lauren Rowe book.
My one teeny, tiny caveat to this perfect book is that I wasn't a fan of Aloha as her name. But that's only because I'm Hawaiian and it just bugged me. But in true Keane fashion, he quickly gives her a cool nick name and all was right in my rainbows and unicorn Lauren Rowe world.
Now, this is a Lauren Rowe book folks so we've come to expect hilarity, clarity and other "tees" from her devious mind and we are not disappointed. This is Zander Shaw's book. He's not an actual "Morgan Brother"... but he is Keane Morgan's best friend, and has become an honorary Morgan Brother since their childhood. I missed the other Morgan Brothers, and although this one wasn't nearly as humorous as the other books in this series, it was still great.
Zander has been hired as a Bodyguard for the famous Pop Star, Aloha Carmichael. All of Zander's friends make a bet on which month during the tour he is going to hook up/ fall in love with her. I loved the part in the book where they are texting before they meet each other. Zander sends her a fake photo, and she is trying her hardest to make him quit because she is super salty about her old Bodyguard not doing this job anymore. When they finally see each other, Aloha is furious that Zander lied to her about his appearance. Aloha has some baggage and issues she is dealing with, plus a terrible mother...so not everything in this book is all sunshine and rainbows. I can't wait to read the last book in the series!

Zander is adorable!!! He was so open and self aware. His relationship with Keane (and all the Morgans) and his own family was remarkable. A couple of things brought me down from a 5 star to a 4. The banter and nicknames was a bit over the top. It is what the Morgans are known for, but it did get a little annoying. I also had a hard time connecting to Aloha. Something about her personality rubbed me the wrong way for about 75% of the book. Once she really started opening up to Zander, she seemed to lose the bravado that irritated me, I felt like she was worthy of the fantastic Zander.

I absolutely love this series, the characters are all unique, have a great bond and are funny as fuck.
Peenie is a fave so of course I love his baby doll Zander.
He’s a bodyguard to Disney Star Aloha.
As famous and rich as she is, she’s very lonely and insecure. She’s the female Peenie which I find hilarious, what great luck for Zander to find wifey in a female form.
This is a hilarious, funny read if you have read this series you already know what you’re in for.

I absolutely love this series, the characters are all unique, have a great bond and are funny as fuck.
Peenie is a fave so of course I love his baby doll Zander. He’s a bodyguard to Disney Star Aloha. As famous and rich as she is, she’s very lonely and insecure. She’s the female Peenie which I find hilarious, what great luck for Zander to find wifey in a female form. This is a hilarious, funny read if you have read this series you already know what you’re in for.

This was rubbish and another perfect example of why white authors should not write about black characters. Zander is basically a service animal in here. He’s even called such at one point in the book. This author expects readers to find Zander being a pack mule sexy...and some would. Those who think of Black people in similar dehumanising fashion would.
Aside from the insidious racism in here, there’s little story and more continuation of Ball Peen Hammer’s ploys.
Additionally, the Hawaiian protagonist, Aloha (seriously? *eyeroll*) is a total mess. People really need to stop promoting the love heals all psychological issues trope. The girl needs extensive therapy.
Moreover, the arc in this book is non-existent. Zander has a debilitating accident and a page later all’s well. Three pages later, there’s another wedding and life skips along merrily. No mention of healing, no intrusion of reality, no incremental development, and no selfhood allotted to Zander who only exists to be a support animal for this train wreck.
A stupid book overall that had one small moment of redemption in the talk of being brave and authentic in creating art.

Mhm, what to think about this story? The positive thing is, I thought Aloha and Zander were a really cute couple, but than again maybe a bit too cute for me. The way this book dealt with issues was just a bit too fairytale-ish for me. It felt like he princess-style carried her through the whole book, and for the finale the author just plastered some movie-esque conflict into the story and made it all good in the end again. This felt way too highschool lovey-dovey, and I wasn't really convinced by the story. The nickname-calling didn't help either, it rather affected the book negatively cause I can honestly say that after four books I am at a limit for how many nicknames one person can get ... it's way too much and doesn't seem natural for me, slightly going into the fake, but at least it's nice fake! This series isn't and will probably never be one of my favorites, but I can appreciate the fact that the couple was cute and the story in itself wasn't too boring, but please cut it with the nicknames cause that is a REAL pain in the butt!

Was Moby Dick für Teil 1 war, ist Bodyguard für diesen.
Während Zander ganz okay war, konnte ich mit Aloha nichts anfangen (sorry, aber alleine der Name ist cringey). Ja, sie hatte ein beschissenes Leben und natürlich sind Kinderstars a la Miley Cyrus arm dran wegen ihrer verloreren Kindheit. Aber ich konnte trotzdem nichts mit ihr anfangen.
Der Stil und die Geschichte waren in Ordnung, aber mal ernsthaft: Gibt es in dieser Familie bzw diesem Freundeskreis auch nur eine fucking Person, die sich nicht auf den ersten Blick bzw die erste SMS verliebt und innerhalb von ein paar Tagen Nägeln mit Köpfen macht?! Das regt mich soooo auf.
Aber ich muss sagen, dass der Song Brave von Sara Bareilles finde ich überraschend gut und ich mag, dass er hier so eine entscheidende Rolle spielt.

This was so cute! The H in this one is Peen's BFF from Ball Peen Hammer and Zander was everything I thought he would be. His Aloha-ha girl was a funny and witty pop star with some underlying insecurities that Zander made his mission to over come them and man did he. We got to see the rest of the fam which made this even more enjoyable. I've not read all the books in this series but if you've read Ball Peen Hammer you will DEFINITELY want to read this one. Trust me! You won't regret it.

Lauren Rowe has become a must read author for me. No one writes strong female leads like her and sexy alpha men. She will take a tired, played genre and spin it on its ass and give us something with a fresh look. Mister Bodyguard is no different.
In this book we get Zander, an "adopted" Morgan Brother. Keane's (Ball Peen Hammer book #1) best friend since childhood, takes a job as a bodyguard to pop star, Aloha. Aloha is Keane in a hot girl's body. Hired by her usual bodyguard he only has to make bast the 1st day to keep the job.
Aloha was a Disney star, now a pop star and is as fiesty as they come. There chemistry is felt from their text chat to their 1st face to face meeting and throughout this funny, sexy, steamy read. With each page we see the two get closer, while he is fighting the attraction, for him, it i s a job he can't/won't screw up, also a bet made with the Morgan clan. No matter how much he would like too. For her, he sees her, not the star, not the diva, not the money. Her.
What we get is a sweet, sexy romance with a few twist and turns and tons of LOL moments and quirk banter. I love these two. Maybe my favorite two H/h in this authors behind Jonas and Sara (The Club) and slightly ahead of Colby and Lydia (Hero)
This is a great book. It can be read as a standalone or in the series order. The Morgan Brothers is an side series to The Club series, another great series by the author. I HAVE READ THEM ALL!

I really liked this story. I felt bad about our hero’s broken heart so I’m glad he found love in this book. Although he isn’t actually a bodyguard all the time, he is hired for this job. He has to protect a pop star. Unfortunately she wants her old bodyguard to stay on the job. But, he wants to retire and is trusting our hero to keep her safe. He also can’t fall in love. There will be no Costner and Houston stuff here. “I Will Always Love You” better not be coming from the speakers at her concert.

Seriously though, my heart feels like it’s gone a million rounds with Mike Tyson right now. This book oh my god all the damn feels.
Lauren has yet again delivered another incredible book. Zander and Aloha are an adventure just waiting for you to join in on. Their story takes you in and captures your every thought and everything and everyone else around you becomes nothing but a blur. You’re taken in to their world and made to feel exactly what they’re feeling. The happiness, sadness, heartbreak, joy and everything else the comes with these two. It’s a rollercoaster ride fuelled with emotions. One you won’t be getting over anytime soon.
I absolutely loved Aloha, she’s sassy and sexy and a total badass. She’s the perfect match for Zander’s job. She challenges him and infuriates him but it’s all part of the fun and it’s freaking fun to read.
When I read Ball Peen Hammer way back when.. I just loved Zander and Keane! As soon as I seen their relationship with each other, I hoped so badly Zander would get his own book and I’m so freaking happy he did, those two are so unbelievable funny.
And of course Zander wouldn’t be complete without the whole Morgan clan in there somewhere and Lauren did us great with that because damn, the whole freaking clan was indeed there. Kudo’s to Lauren for remembering everyone’s name because I sure as hell wouldn’t be able to hah!
Mister Bodyguard was everything I knew it would be and more. Any time I hear Lauren is releasing a new book I get super excited because I know without a doubt she’s gonna slay my poor heart and I just love that. She puts her everything into each books and it shows. I’m a huge fan of Lauren’s and her books, they’re an instant 1-click for me.
So if you’re looking for some sexy Bodyguard fun, Zander’s book is definitely for you.

As I’m sitting here writing this review, and I am still crying from finishing this book! Mr. bodyguard is simply amazing! Zander has always been in the picture as Keane‘s BFF, but in this book- he is front and center and his story is absolutely magnificent! Aloha and Zander together are funny, uplifting, sad, sexy, hot, happy, sole wrenching, and ultimately one of the best stories I’ve had the pleasure of reading! Lauren Rowe is at her finest with this one and I can not wait for the next book to come out!! If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
