It's a lot of knowledge packed in 3h audiobook. As I'm a novice in the topic, I found it nicely paced and explained just enough to grasp the idea.
Also liked that it had several exercises at the end of a book, so you can already start practicing the self-changing habits.

This book is written in a simple language. I do believe that it is one of the best introductory books about NLP. It has some good exercise at the end.
