I bet if you're really interested in Hospitality Management that this book would be awesome. I am not. I still need an "A" in the class so... I like it more than I normally would. It's a "good" textbook, and that's all I have to say.

Lots of good information

So even though this was a book required for a class in school, it had plenty of good information that anyone interested in the field in definitely could read on their own

Great for the class

I thought that this was a great book to for the class if the class is made up of beginners and people in the field. I’ve been in the field for 20 grand learner some things I didn’t know. All in all a great source.
