The story of the founder, who chose to be a hero instead of a victim and turned the challenges he faced into a foundation for a new life, sets the tone for the whole book. What is brilliant is that all the contributors are leaders, yet none of them is the same. Each one has their own personal leadership style, and each of them transformed low-priority problems into high-quality challenges that helped them reach extraordinary goals.
This book reminded me that all the solutions, keys to dreams, and future successes are already within us. We just need guidance to strive, and this is exactly what IIGL offers. I related deeply to the idea that a mentor can teach you in a single moment what could take a lifetime to learn. My own experience with IIGL proved that the right guidance can shift a mindset completely and even help discover a real burning desire. The program also made concepts like SWOT easier to understand and apply, and introduced me to habits that changed my life, like reading 200 books to push myself beyond the comfort zone.
The book also strengthened my belief that you must change yourself before trying to change the world, an idea that aligns with the Qur’anic verse: “Indeed, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” IIGL helped me understand myself first so I could shine without limits and inspire others in the same way the contributors of this book have done.
What also stood out to me were the experiences of contributors who began writing books because of IIGL assignments. By reading powerful, life-changing books, they subtly developed writing skills and were able to publish and sell their own books on Amazon. I found this extremely inspiring, especially because one of my own goals is to write a book someday.
The book is easy to understand, rich in ideas about leadership, and a complete guide filled with inspiration and real success stories from beginning to end. It shows that leaders are lifelong learners and that reading is a powerful tool for growth.
