This book makes getting healthy SIMPLE!

I absolutely LOVE this book. The author takes a different approach to health than just nutrition and expands into setting goals, habits, routines and even detoxing your beauty routines. It is so refreshing to read that being healthy does not have to equal weird health foods and always feeling deprived. Yes, there are recipes in the book, but there is so much more. I was pleased to find such a comprehensive plan within The Health Habit. Elizabeth’s writing/teaching style is so relatable and her recipes look delicious. This book should be required reading for all women!

I liked the book and it offered more people than I originally hoped for. It isnt a “diet” book but does offer some healthy eating options that will undoubtedly help with weight management. I also liked that it discusses multiple facets to a healthy life. The author did a good job of supporting a variety of trending lifestyle and diet choices.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is this: I had hoped at the conclusion there would be a summary of ALL the recommended steps to health. Elizabeth covered a lot of material in a no nonsense way but I still have to go back and write out the whole plan.

I really loved Elizabeth's book for so many reasons. Reading it was like talking to her face to face, personal, fun, but also backed by a lot of research and science but not overwhelming- grace-filled. In my own health journey the past few years, I've learned a LOT about most of the concepts and put many into practice, or tried to. But her book was such a great overall reminder that I want health to be a habit, and she makes it pretty easy (for me) to relate to, that I think the tips in this book will stick with me for awhile. I love how she address mindset frequently and there is no shame, just encouragement and grace for where you are and where you can go with your health.

I did not buy this book but it had a lot of good ideas. It seems that this is what she does for a living. I found it hard to realistically be able to organize my life the way she does but it was an interesting read. I had to renew twice to get through it. The recipes I have saved and might in the future seriously think about buying the book.

solid health book - I like that it wasn't just a 'food' book but a more holistic look at your life and not just your food.

there were a few things that I didn't necessarily agree with but enjoyable and I am def going to use some of the recipes <3

I love that Liz kept saying focus on your goals 90% of the time, and it’s ok to have cheat days. No one is perfect, and allows you not to be Perfect!
