This is a book full of really great advice about the songwriting process and the why behind writing songs as a Christ follower. John is someone who has really lived out all the principles he talks about and he does a great job communicating them and encouraging other songwriters to continue to grow in their understanding and skillset. Definitely a worthwhile book for any aspiring professional or amateur songwriter.
