Life will go on—Even without humanity.

Decades after Fiona led the village slaves to freedom, President Leo comes to her, seeking refuge for his people. A plague has ripped through the mountain society, killing its victims within days of its onset, and leaving the mountain is the only way to ensure the survival of the uninfected.
Faced with the impossible decision to put her own village at risk or let hundreds of innocent people die, Fiona takes to the mountain for answers from an old friend. A sudden shift in power brings a new enemy to the frontlines. Grown in the tanks and rapidly aged, Adam is an even more dangerous threat than the sickness itself . . .
. . . and much closer to home than Fiona realizes.

See the fate of the human race unfold in PURGING, the 5th installment of the gritty Repatriate Protocol series by Kelli Kimble!

Surprise!

Boy, I certainly did not see the curveball Kelli threw out there! What a twist!! And how is Fiona going to survive? How many tanker babies are left and how is she going to figure out when to pop them out? Questions, questions...on to book six for the answers.

Anything that could go bad does. The title of this book says it all. It will be interesting to see where book six will go now.
