The entire Dirty series all in one collection - can't go wrong with that! It's dark and twisted, filled with action, suspense, intrigue and lots and lots of passion.
Dirty Beginning: 4 stars
Dirty Beginning is a prequel to Dirty Obsession and I can't wait to read it! It details the beginning of Nina and Arlo's twisted story. Nina is a silly, stupid little rich girl who's studying in Italy for a month. She apparently has a history of becoming obsessed with men, which has lead to her being in therapy for years now. But, when she sees Arlo, who oozes sex and power, she can't help herself, and starts fantasizing about getting his attention and worming her way into his bed.
This all sounds good, sexy, but the way she goes about capturing his attention is a bit pathetic, (she's pathetic), and she allows herself to be treated like crap by Arlo, even as she revels in his attention. And then came the crazy ending, which of course, is leading to their full story. Now I'm dying to find out just how Arlo and Nina will go about getting themselves out of the insane situation she's forced them into.
Ella Miles is on the top of her game with this little peek into Arlo and Nina's world, so excited for more!
Dirty Obsession: 4 stars
Nina was a pathetic little girl playing with fire in the prequel, Dirty Beginning. Here in Dirty Obsession, she's still crazy, but she's grown up a little. She still has obsessive tendencies, but she's curbed them a tad. But then she's brought back into Arlo's twisted world and all bets are off. Will she survive what he and his family have in store for her? Does he actually have feelings for her or is she the only one who was obsessed?
I can't say that I ever liked Nina or Arlo, or anyone else in this story except Heath and Eden, but I will say that their story is entertaining and twistedly absurd. It's not as dark as a lot of stuff I've read, but it's not all flowers and sunshine, either. So beware, this is not really Ella Miles' usual kind of story. It's really twisted and there's lots of stuff happening in the grey and black areas of life. The ending is cliffy-ish, so I'm going to assume another installment is coming. I hope so!
Dirty Addiction: 5 stars
Dirty Addiction is part of the continuing saga of the Dirty series. This time it's all about Arlo's brother, Matteo, and Nina's friend, Eden. It's not quite as dark as Arlo and Nina's story, but it's still quite twisted and intense with lots of moments of darkness and grit.
Matteo is not the same man he was in Dirty Obsession, he's worse. He still wants Nina, is obsessed with her, even though she chose Arlo over him. So, to that end, he takes Eden and plans to break her, with the sole intent of luring Nina back to him. But, he's got another think coming because Eden is no wilting wallflower. She's not about to let Matteo break her, even if she is starting to get addicted to his dirty darkness. I loved Eden. She's what all heroines should be, and isn't a wackadoodle like Nina was (is). She's tough, she's strong, and she takes down criminals for a living.
I love how Ella wrapped things up for Matteo and Eden, and even Arlo and Nina, and am really looking forward to the next installment, which is Gia's story (Arlo and Matteo's sister).
Dirty Revenge: 5 stars
When Gia Carini (Arlo and Matteo Carini's little sister from Dirty Obsession and Dirty Addiction) decides she wants some freedom from being the princess of the Carini clan locked away in the tower of their protection, she gets her wish; unfortunately for her, the man who gives her a little liberation also decides to sell her into slavery to a man just as bad as the men in her own family.
But...is there a little bit of light in Gia's captivity in the form of her captor's security specialist? Caspian Conti is a man who wants revenge. Gia Carini will get in the way of his quest if he lets her. So he doesn't let her, at first. But when he can no longer stand to see what Dante is doing to her, he saves her, only to take her captive for himself. By this time, Gia's formed her own plan for vengeance, and she's going to use Conti to help her get that revenge. Neither expected to develop feelings for each other. Or do they? Caspian says he isn't capable of love anymore, but Gia thinks differently, knows differently.
Dirty Revenge is my favorite of this series. Caspian and Gia are twisted af characters for sure, but in each other they find a kindred soul. Revenge may be the driving factor in their relationship at first, but I could see the feelings creeping in, even if Caspian couldn't (wouldn't). If you like your love stories on the twisted side, with dark deeds and evil all around, I highly recommend you 1-click Dirty Revenge today. It's not for the faint of heart, it's not pretty, but it's supremely satisfying, and Gia and Caspian are an intense, seriously passionate couple.
Dirty Epilogue: 4 stars
The epilogue starts off with a bang! Read on as the whole Carini clan and their loved ones put their past behind them and look forward to the futures they've worked so hard for.

If you like dark, dirty suspense then this is the series for you! I don't typically read dark romances and I have to be honest some of it was a struggle for me to get through. BUT, I am glad I did. I found each book really well written and the storyline kept me engaged and wanting to read more. The transformation of each character had me actually liking them by the end....which is no small fete as I had several wtf moments. These books are not for the faint of heart so if you don't like dark and twisted, you might want to pass.

This series is dark, twisted, suspenseful, intense, dramatic, steamy, passionate, and emotional. These books are well written, the characters have plenty of hot chemistry, and the books kept me engaged. I recommend this series!

There’s always a bigger monster waiting for an opportunity to take over. Each book in this series has someone emerge that’s more brutal and dangerous than the previous guy. Will love be enough to tame them?
This series is very uneven, both in storylines and writing quality. It gets pretty unrealistic, even for a romance novel, and this hurts the story. For instance, in the third book, Gia is horribly beaten, almost daily—broken leg bones, internal injuries, a dislocated knee and more. She’s in agony but is able to stand up and run, without real medical attention.
There’s a similar issue with how Eden’s “self-defense class” turns her into a ninja who easily defeats hitmen and mob leg breakers. I could buy it if she’d learned actual fighting skills, but not this stuff.
Many of the book’s unrealistic representations seem to be from a lack of experience and practical knowledge, not poor writing skills. At times, it felt a little Wattpad-ish.
Despite all my complaints here, there’s a lot I liked about the series. Another editing pass (or a first pass by a real editor) would help to polish it up and fix some of these issues.

I read the books in this series when they were individually released and they were all fantastic! What follows are my original reviews I left for each book at the time they were released.
Dirty Beginning:
Wow! This is a great beginning to a new series! It is a short prequel that ends in a cliffhanger, but it kept me engaged the entire time. I had to keep reading to see what Nina was going to do next, and then I had to keep reading some more to see how Arlo was going to respond to her and what he was going to do. Both seem to be obsessed with playing mind games with the other. There was a twist at the end that I did not see coming. I'm looking forward to reading book one and seeing where the twists will take us next.
Dirty Obsession:
Wow! This story evoked so many different feelings in me. The dark tale of Nina, Arlo, and Matteo had me feeling a range of emotions from anger all the way to compassion for both Arlo and Matteo. That, to me, is the sign of a great author, when they can make you feel things that go beyond, and conflict with, your own morals and values. There were a few twists and turns throughout. The twist at the end was one I did not see coming, and leads the story to end in a cliffhanger. There are definitely scenes that would be triggers for some. Readers who might be sensitive to that should be aware before reading this. Other than that, I would recommend reading Dirty Obsession and can't wait for the next installment in the series.
Dirty Addiction:
This is the second story but third book (if you're counting the prequel) in the Dirty Series. Although it is Matteo's story, you should definitely read this series in order. It helps to understand the ruthlessness of the characters and better know what's going on if you've read Arlo's story firsr. Be warned, this is a dark and twisted romance. Rape is mentioned quite often and there are even a couple scenes where it is described. If this is a trigger for you, you might want to pass. If not, and you like dark romance, I would definitely recommend reading this series.
In this book, we get Eden and Matteo's relationship. What starts out as a kidnapping and being held against her will eventually becomes a beautiful relationship. It did not happen overnight, it wasn't a sudden change of feelings, and it wasn't even a case of conditioned love falling for your captor. I appreciated that as it made their journey more believable.
I loved Eden! She was feisty, had tenacity and grit, and a strength that, at times, she didn't even realize. Surprisingly, I fell in love with Matteo, too. We were introduced to him in Arlo's story. Although he could be a cold-hearted b*****d, we did get glimpses of the caring person he could also be. That side of him came out again with Eden. I'm not going to lie, there were parts of their story that were tough to read. Some of the things Eden had to go through were unimaginable. I was happy to see them come together though and get a HEA. At least I hope it's a HEA for the Carini brothers and their woman. We were left with a doozy of a cliffhanger regarding the Carini sister, Gia. I cannot wait for book three and will anxiously be awaiting its release.
Dirty Revenge:
Dirty Addiction, the second book in the series, ended with a cliffhanger involving Gia Carini and a betrayal by someone she thought loved her. Dirty Revenge picks up where the previous one left off. Warning: This is a dark and disturbing story. It contains talk of and descriptions of acts that may be triggers for some. Even if you enjoy dark romance, this one may have questioning yourself. If you don't care for dark and twisted storylines you'll want to pass on this one.
Gia grew up with abuse, not valued, and told she was worthless. However, Gia was stronger than even she realized. She was beaten, tortured, and raped repeatedly, to the point of near death by a man named Dante. Caspian had a dark side and was fueled by hate and a need for revenge on Dante. Gia got caught up in his plan. Could she ever forgive Caspian when she find out the role he played? Gia had a dark secret of her own. Could Caspian ever forgive her once he finds out? Their journey towards love was sick and twisted but I couldn't help but root for them.

These were dark, twisted, intense romances full of story lines that keep you guessing until the end. Not for the faint hearted as there’s plenty of rape, torture and murder. Even though the guys - Arlo, Matteo & Caspian we’re fully embracing the dark side of life you still end up liking them and wanting them to end up happy with their chosen ladies.
Nina obsesses over men. She meets a new target, Arlo. He warns her away many times saying he’s dangerous etc but she doesn’t heed his warning and eventually ends up in his twisted family’s debt when he has to save her life. She gets held captive and is some kind of pawn in a game that pits Arlo and his brother Matteo against each other. This part of the series turns into a love triangle as she tries to get both the brothers to fall for her so they will help her. It works but all gets a bit messy when she develops feeling for them both too. It keeps the pages turning as your trying to find out what the game is, how it ends etc. The outcome is rather dramatic and shows how twisted their Father really is!
In the next part Matteo is angry about what happened so kidnappeds Nina’s friend, Eden to get back at her. Eventually those pesky feelings start to get in the way again and they develop an addictive sexual relationship. I didn’t really like Matteo in the first book but by the end of this one I thought he was sweet with Eden and wanted them together.
It’s Gia’s story next. She is betrayed by a guy she’s with and he sells her to Dante who is just as twisted as her Father was. Caspian saves her from him because he wants her for himself. As is the theme with these characters he is dark and twisted but he treats Gia a lot better than Dante. They make a good team together and get to extract some much needed revenge on the guys who wronged them.
The final bit of the series has plenty of drama and rounds the whole thing off with a satisfying conclusion.

Dark & Twisted
Ella Miles is a new to me author. This is a very dark, suspense filled series. Definitely not my typical read but I thought I’d venture out to try something new. This series is an attention getter which keeps you drawn in throughout each book. I found myself needing to turn the pages to find out what’s next for the characters. I found each character to have strength and the will power to survive all the obstacles in their way. This series is well written with well developed characters who have depth to them. So glad I gave this series a chance.
Dirty Beginning is the Prequel to Dirty Obsession. Nina, a college student, travels to Italy for a month as part of a grad class to explore art history. While touring a historic mansion with her grad class Nina finds herself drawn to the tour guide Arlo Carini. Whose family owns the mansion. During the tour we learn about Nina’s obsessive behaviors, which soon leads her into a dark world.
Dirty Obsession is where the story really takes an interesting turn. Arlo keeps warning Nina to stay away that he’s no good for her. Of course her obsession with him does not allow her to stay away. Nina soon finds herself indebted to the Carini family for seven years as their slave. She is to do whatever the Carini family orders. She soon learns what it means to be in their debt.
Dirty Addiction starts as Matteo has kidnapped Eden who is Nina’s best friend. He wants Eden to tell him where Arlo and Nina are. Matteo is still madly in love with Nina and will do his best to get the answer from Eden. As time progresses he is having a difficult time breaking Eden. He realizes to his surprise that he has developed feeling for Eden. After Eden is Kidnapped by a nemesis, Matteo realizes just how deep those feelings run.
Dirty Revenge starts with Gia (Arlo & Matteo’s younger sister) leaving her family behind to go back to their mansion in Italy to meet Roman. As soon as Roman opens up the door she knows she’s in trouble. How will Gia survive?

Oh man! This set of books is an intense, mind-boggling, take a walk on the dark side sizzling, suspenseful collection of romances!
I have read these books three times now from start to finish, and I still cannot get enough!

Dirty Obsession
An intense, heat-fueled storyline, between obsessive, dark souls and twisted heart pumping lines, the storyline intrigued me from the very start.
Part of the intrigue for me stemmed from my constant battle with whether I liked the characters and my frustration with the events that transpired. Phew, what a ride this one was!

Ooo Matteo and Eden's story was a twisted tale of heart and souls!
Ergh! This one had me on edge! I kept hoping...

This is another dark story that I really didn’t like - but couldn’t put down. It was hard for me to read with the depths that deviants went to for their sick pleasure. It had areas that weren’t really believable to me, but overall it’s well written and a good read if you’re not faint of heart. A fast paced story, with criminal actions, involving betrayal and pain, revenge, and finally love, ending with an HEA.

What exciting series. Nina and Arlo. It's clear that Nina has an unhealthy obsession with Arlo but she can't control herself. She is like an addict and loves the challenge. Arlo has a time with keeping her away from him and his family. As the series continue, FOREWARNING: There are disturbing triggers in these books. Do not purchase if sensitive to physically and sexually abuse. This is an incredible story, so realistic. You can almost believe the plot was based on true events. It is incredible what people with money and power will go through to get their kicks. Nina is kidnapped by Arlo and is sexually assaulted by his father. Arlo's brother Matteo is interested in Nina too, not just Arlo. Nina now has both men falling in love with her and she loves both of them. However she is only in love with Arlo. Enrico, Arlo and Matteo's father, physically and sexually abuses Nina. Arlo tries and saves her without his father knowing. Nina thinks the only way to be free is to make one or both of the twin brothers fall in love with her. She succeeds but, Enrico has other ideas. Too horrible to contemplate . Also we find out why Arlo said that Nina saved him. An exciting ending but a horrible turn of events are in store for Nina. This book is different. It is not a sweet romance nor is it BDSM but it is dark suspense thriller. It has an excellent beginning and an exciting end. I highly recommend this series.

I usually hate Romances that have cheating or sketchy consensual sex with others. The first introduction to Arlo and how he treats Nina when she tracks him down during the dinner party was pretty bad. But I have to say that the author’s introduction to Nina was such a hook! To lead with her crazy obsessions with men that showed her crazy compulsive behavior was a great hook! Because of her unstable personality, she actually makes a good match for Arlo as Nina doesn’t process his cruelty in the way he expects.
Both Arlo and Nina are crazily broken and damaged. They hurt each other a whole lot before things get better for them as the reader is pulled through a twisted dark romance that involves Matteo, his equally damaged twin brother.
Matteo has his own issues and had to deal with vying for the same damaged woman was his brother.
Sweet Eden got pulled in with this dangerous family by association with Nina. The last story showed how Gia was as “bad” as her brothers. She’s strong, sassy, and a killer. Her relationship with Caspian softened her hard edges and he accepted her, warts and all.
This was my first experience reading this author’s work. Definitely Dark, Compelling, and emotionally intense. Well written with great pacing. Full of intrigue, graphic scenes, and heart wrenching drama.

Even though this genre is not one I particularly like, this rating has nothing to do with the subject. Although, this book is very triggering with the constant rape scenes for each female character.
My rating is based on the flow of the book. There were so many inconsistencies!! What the character was wearing would change from one page to the other. Story lines were so far fetched that it made me scratch my head. One in particular comes to mind where Gia had her legs broken but still managed to escape on her two broken legs! Another, Argo being shot through his stomach and Matteo just stitched it up and he was fine the next day? Oh and Caspian being stabbed several times by Gia and with some CPR, he comes back alive? And these are just a few.
I love reading books for the small escape and I’m fine reading books that are a bit out there like falling in love with your captor. But this series was way out in left field for me and I just couldn’t enjoy it.
It held promise which is why I gave it a 2 star rating but it fell flat.

First book in the series. This book has lots on intrigue. If has kept me reading to find out what happens. I enjoy the sex scenes and the suspense.

Loved it. I love the darkness, the slow burning suspense, the mind games, the chemistry between both couples and of course the smoking hot sex scenes. I love the ending too, touching!

I loved this book. I can't get enough of this series. It's dark but with all the good feels. I enjoy the slow burn, the tension and the chemistry between the 2 characters. The progression of the relationship is beautiful but it's surrounded with challenges and chaos. And to top it off, the sex scenes are burning hot!!! All this makes for a book I can't put down.

Dirty, the complete series. This series was intense! It shows the deception of a family ruled by lust, power, and control. The Carini family ruled Italy through control of weapons, money, and dominance. They played games with people's lives and took out whoever got in their way. No one was safe. Nina and Eden were friends over in Italy going to school but Nina discovers a man she thought she had to have. She perused Arlo into a crazy web that nearly gets her and Eden killed by the Carini family. Instead they learn some powerful lessons about life(the bright side and dark side), love, and what family means. This was an eye opening experience to read! Be warned, this set of stories are dark romances that both horrified me with it's brutality and surprised me with it's happy endings. They say there is a fine line between love and hate and this book seems to walk that fine line. The charcters have survived events that would destroy most people and yet they do survive and gain strength from the experience. These stories are works of fiction and should be reguarded as such, if you don't enjoy the dark romances then avoid this box set but if you want to read a series that will grab your attention and hold it till the very last page then this is the series to read.

Amazing box set!
This box set was quite simply amazing! The set follows the Carini siblings Arlo, Mateo and Gia and their complicated and super HOT relationships with Nina, Eden and Caspian. 5 books with a complete story of each sibling and their significant other. There is a dark element here and there definitely are triggers for some with kidnapping and rape scenes. Extremely well written and impossible to put down. I read each book one after another cover to cover because I just had to see what happened next.

Very well written, great character development. This book is brutal, it starts with one girls obsession but it is about the Carini family and their philosophy for running it "You should never be in anyone's debt...You won't just owe the person who helped you. You will owe everyone who had anything to do with the debt you incurred and paying them back will never end you will be trapped forever." Obsession turns to love for Nina and Arlo, Matteo and Eden, Gia and Caspian but they were only free to find love after the death of Enrico. You must read the book to find out how. Kudos to Ella Miles.

4.5 Stars! This is taking dysfunctional to the extreme. You have Arlo who is enraptured with this obsession Nina has for him and while he knows he shouldn't he pulls her into his families really dysfunctional game. The father, Enrico, is beyond an animal and thinks nothing of raping and torturing their victims. What will happen now that the game, is over? Will they be able to move on or will the obsessions, ruin what they have. Good characters, though really dark and a very twisted storyline. If you like dark and twisted, this is the series for you.

Dirty: The Complete Series by Ella Miles. Holy Hotness! I have read a few of these books previously but I have to say it was no hardship enjoying them again as I read through the series. This set is very well written and filled with dark drama, sexy scenes and very vividly detailed descriptions. It is full of twists and surprises that kept me entertained. I recommend this to others looking for something edgy and different.

I can't say enough about this author, who, is so talented that they can tackle a subject with such a beautifully written storyline with characters that are so fleshed out that you feel like you are sitting on the sidelines watching as the story unfolds so flawlessly! This was one of those books that I hated to turn that very last page because I just wanted this story to continue, that is how invested I felt with these two characters!

Ella has a way of writing that I love! This set of books are about dark love and obsession. They are not for the tender hearted. I loved each book. They were times I didn’t expect their loves to survive but each pivotal character is this mad storyline is strong and their love will survive! I don’t want to spoil anything about these books but they put family disfuntion to an entirely extreme level! These are books I will cherish forever and hold a permanent place in my library. They are a must read!

Hot, sexy and packed with with the unexpected...
I loved reading this book collection, it's good, hot, sexy and a very good read. I curled up with my hot tea, a warm blanket and couldn't put it down. It leaves me wanting to read more about the characters in books that characters come from and I plan to as I love a good book. Was a wonderful read throughout. The characters pull you in and make you want to read more. Keep it coming...
