I’ve been a bad, bad girl. In my mind, at least...
My next-door neighbor is gruff, untamed, tattooed and arrogant. He’s also the sexiest man I’ve ever seen.
I’ve been stealing glimpses of him through my kitchen window for weeks now. He’s eye candy – dirty, delicious eye candy – and nothing more. But when I’m in a bind on Christmas Eve The hot biker is the only one I can turn to.
I’ve been a nice girl my whole life, But Gage has me dreaming of being on the naughty list This is one Christmas I’ll never forget...
Dirty Santa is a delicious insta-lust to love Christmas story between a tough as nails, bad boy biker and a single mom schoolteacher who just moved to town. A hot and sweet novella -- this Christmas, it’s a pleasure to be on Santa’s naughty list!
USA Today bestselling author of alpha males, feisty females, and smoking hot romance.
Small town girl in the big city. Incurable romantic. Hopeless optimist in a realist's body.
Owned by two cats.
A sucker for a bad boy with a soft center.

Cute and simple holiday romance between a single mom and her next door neighbor. Super short so not much development but there’s some fleshing out. Even though they’ve seen each other moving about, their interaction takes place over two days, so this is more shallow.
The H is in an MC (though no details) and the h is a teacher and recently divorced with an eight year old. The h’s daughter is sweet with the H. They invite him for Christmas dinner after he helps with a home issue and bonding happens, as well as the adults giving in to attraction. One short steamy scene and one a little bit longer. The epilogue is a year in the future with the h and H living together now and engaged. This romance does feel more lust based, even with the epilogue, since it’s so short. Written in first person, dual POV. No ow/om drama and neither are virgins.
Dirty Santa was a Holiday MC novella by Daphne Loveling. Although a current stand-alone, the story was set in Ironwood, Ohio, the location for the new spinoff series, Lords of Carnage Ironwood.
Gage Carron and Bailey Shaw were neighbors. Bailey had just moved to town with her daughter after her divorce. She wasn’t looking for anything but couldn’t help staring at her sexy neighbor anytime he was outside. Unbeknownst to Bailey, Gage couldn’t help doing the same.
As a novella, it was short and to the point. It didn’t have much depth but it was enjoyable, sexy and entertaining none the less. In the end, it was another “feel good” quick holiday read!
My book club randomly selected this for our 25 Days of Smutmas Countdown and it is a top contender for worst book, possibly not just this season, but this year.
I don’t expect a lot in less than 75 pages, but the MMC is written to be so vague in description - we don’t even know the color of his hair, aside from that it’s not blue glitter. More effort is put into describing the ex-husband as well as the women he is now dating. Really, all we know about Gage is that he is not her ex and he has scary tattoos and drives a motorcycle.
The title is Dirty Santa but there is in fact, nothing related to Santa in this story. I suppose one could say there is dirty talk, so half of the title is represented.
The author misspells the word “butt” - what more can I say?
Omg I LOVED THIS SO MUCH!!! This was the perfect short and steamy Christmas novella!!! I loved that it was more about family and I loved Gage with Addi and Bailey!!! It was so incredibly sweet!!! With a title and cover like that I expected sex like 60% or the book but it surprisingly wasn’t! Yes there’s lots of dirty talk and some sexy times but it’s more about family and it was just so cute!!! Ahhh HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Nope, nopity nope. Not the one for me. Too much indoctrinated toxic masculinity. The MMC has “male energy”, only drinks beer and not wine and has a wide variety of other “masculine archetype” obvious behaviors that gave me the ick.

Genre/Tropes: Christmas Novella, MC Romance POV: 1st, Dual Standalone in Lords of Carnage Ironwood MC STEAM LEVEL: 🔥🔥🔥
What an absolutely sweet, sexy little Christmas Novella. Our MMC, Gage is part of the Lords of Carnage and is the tatted up neighbor to recently divorced Bailey and her daughter, Addie. When a Christmas Eve mishap occurs, the chemistry between Gage and Bailey is unleashed and a quick, whirlwind little love story blossoms.
I read it in an hour. It has just enough steam and heart to pull my strings but it’s quick enough to devour in one sitting. I adored how Gage interacted with Addie, I loved how he listened to Bailey and treasured her. This is just what I needed for a light, sexy little festive novella.
What a hot and dirty Christmas read. It was sweet and sexy. Bailey is new to this town and one Christmas eve her washer ends up spilling water on the floor after staring at the hot guy next store she asks him for help
Single mom has a steamy encounter with her hot biker neighbor. It's hard to expect much from 75 pages, but it still fell far below my expectations. Not the book for me.
Gage is tough and tough but has a soft spot for Bailey. This is an enjoyable read that you can escape with for a couple hours. It’s wrapped around the holiday season but I feel that you can enjoy their story anytime of the year.
Dirty Santa by Daphne Loveling is a nice, short novella that delivers exactly what it promises: festive fun with a very naughty twist. It’s flirty, fast-paced, and perfect if you’re in the mood for something spicy without a big time commitment.
This is an easy, don’t-overthink-it read, ideal for a cosy evening or when you’re trying to boost your reading goal. Very festive, very cheeky, and unapologetically fun. If you want a quick holiday romance that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this one hits the spot. 🎄🔥
Short and fast. She’s divorced and has a kid, he’s a neighbor in motor club who helped her with broken machine. Then they share cookies and he ends up with different „cookie”. Did they even know each other before? I skimmed the spicy part and the ending cute. 18years of e would like it.
Nice little novella for Christmas time. If you are already a Daphne Loveling fan, you will enjoy this short but sexy sweet story. It was a nice taste of a new charter of the Lords of Carnage. Am looking forward to reading more about the Ironwood charter.
Absolutely adored this short story! Every single one of Daphne’s books I devour in one sitting. My only complaint is wishing it didn’t end! Can’t wait for the new Lords Of Carnage series and more Gage!
Dirty Santa is the gingerbread of the holiday story. I a little sweet, a little spicy and a lot festive! While this doesn't have much MC (other turn Gage wearing the LOC cut and working/riding a motorcycle) it does have that alpha, obsessive, incontrol vibe. I adore this story.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "DIRTY SANTA" This is one great holiday romance you don't want to miss full of emotional turmoil, angst, intrigue, steam, humor, it's short I personally would have liked more to this story. Bailey has been watching the hot as sin next door neighbor from kitchen window working on his car, he's got motorcycle in garage, he's a member of Lord's of Carnage MC her her dirty fantasies some she's never had even when married to her ex-Garrett has her panting after him. Gage Caron outside peeks off his shirt knowing Bailey is watching their eyes connect he winks at her totally embarrassed she's caught she oulks back. Bailey's 8yr old daughter Addison tells her mom there's water all over the floor in hallway getting no help from landlord she goes to Gage for help to fix washer he thinks it's a trick to get him to come to the house until he sees its real the washer was broken. I definitely recommend to get this delightful story following "Bailey & Gage's" story he was so great with Addi she was so taken with him especially cause her dad doesn't give her the attention she wants, it's so well written I'd love more if their story but a very enjoyable must have novella so well worth the read.
Bailey had it all (rich husband, a daughter, a beautiful home in Pennsylvania, Christmas in Cabo) until she couldn't take her husband's "flavor of the month's" anymore.
Bailey moves, goes back to teaching, and has to rent a small home because ex-hubby is enjoying his freedom a little too much to even help support his daughter.
Gage is her next door neighbor, who she likes to admire from the window and has never spoken to him. Disaster strikes on Christmas Eve - Bailey's landlord is no help. Feeling helpless she turns to Gage.
Here are some of my favorite quotes:
"Signals that have me imagining all sort of scenarios from . . . romance novels, in which I’m the princess and he’s the handsome horse groomer. . ."
"I’ll be thinking about him tonight and trying not to feel too guilty about it."
"“You’re forgetting I caught you staring at me through that window yesterday, cupcake,” I growl, lowering the parsley and tossing it back onto the plate. “You can waste our time pretending you’ve never thought about me that way, or we can cut the chit-chat.""
