It's really easy read, the messages on some aspects of mental health issues, heartbreaking, loss are clear and what i love about this book, so many positive vibes you can get after reading it, love this kind of book!

A really good and relatable collection of poems. Especially when you're also a 20 something year old and you feel lost and without a clue what to do or how to deal with things sometimes.
