Love this book! My original comment is to say that it is part cheerleading and part actionable. But actually, it is fully both. Mr. Raff writes in a clear, promising , open and encouraging manner. In fact, this one book may be the tipping point that turns me into doing. He turns doubt into Doing!

Interesting book about how to live a happier life. Using the acronym of GLAD including three other principals, these seven chapters are the key components to living your best life. There wasn’t much I hadn’t read before, much was quotes taken from books, but it was still an interesting read. The main book only ended at around 60%, the rest being about meditation, quotes (which I liked) and reading matter. In that respect I’m glad the book was free.
