Marissa works for an investment company as the CEO's secretary. Her boss wants her to bid on a firefighter at the charity auction. Marissa can't decide between Donovan and Kincaid so she ends up bidding and winning a date with both men. The two men are friends and firefighters investigating arson. Things heat up really quick between the trio and the plot takes off. An enjoyable read that I recommend.

Fun Read
This was a quick and enjoyable read. Trying to solve the case before the author revealed who it was was is also an added bonus. If you enjoy MFM romance and firefighters then you’ll enjoy this story.

wow what a brilliant storyline with some lovely characters.
Marissa is a shy virgin working for a investment company called Livingstone Capital, a slave cracking boss that everyone is a little scared of. Ms stone was at the top of her field and when she came on the floor everyone ran to look busy with their eyes down. Everyone except Marissa, as her secretary it was her job to have a cup of coffee at hand when she arrived in the morning. This morning Ms stone calls Marissa into her office and tells her to get her a date from the New firemen calendar. Livingstone Capital does a fund raising auction every year and Ms Stone always bids high to get her man!. Marissa has a Million dollars to spend, But she cant choose between Mr February and Mr December. Ms Stone shocks her and says to get them both it can be a double date.
But on the day Ms Stone is called away on business and Marissa has to go instead. Our girl gets a bit hot and flustered on the night and quickly goes in for a bid of a million for Mr February winning him. But when December comes up a big rival starts bidding and quickly the money goes up. Marissa isn't sure what to do but quickly decides Ms Stone would not want to lose out to Olivia Adams. Olivia is the CEO of Sanderson Investments and the biggest rivals to Livingstone Capital and there was no love lost between her and Ms Stone. The money finally stops with Marissa winning on a bid of two point five million. no Marissa starts to worry about what Ms Stone will Say.
Marissa ends up going to dinner with both men as Ms Stone cant make it and Kincaid and Donovan cant believe their luck. They were dreading their date with the ice queen. Other firemen that she had won previous years complained it was the worse night of there lives.
Marissa, Kincaid and Donovan hit it off and agree to another night. But our men have there own demons to deal with. Who will Marissa choose??
Will the Men be able to cope with Marissa choice?? And can they get the arsonist Fireball before he kills someone??
This is a fantastic read with many twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your sit. I couldnt put it down.

"I'm gonna come!"
Yes, be prepared for a LOT of that. Goodness. Arson & Ache, while it had nice characters, desperately needed an editor.
The Gist: A charity auction...auctioning off firefighters! And a secretary sent to bid on one (or two) for her boss and, kinda, accidentally spending 3.5 mil to do so. And keeping both firefighters for herself. Mmhm.
Marissa, Kincaid and Donovan were all nice characters. Driven and hardworking. A little daring and open to trying new things. I liked them all easily enough.
The heat...well, yes, there's some steam since Marissa keeps her some firemen and has her newly wicked ways with them. I liked them together as a trio. They fed nicely off one another. They all kind of fell into place with each other instead of a romance actually building. More an insta-lust turned love kind of deal.
There's a spot of mystery having to do with a serial arsonist that the guys are investigating. It was pretty obvious how things were going to go down but it did add a bit of time on their job which was nice to see.

Arson & Ache - really good story. I enjoyed watching the plot develop. The romance that built along with it was the icing on the cake.
Marissa works as a secretary in one of the prestigious investment firms with hopes of one day having her own accounts. Kincaid & Donovan are best friends & firemen. Kincaid was recently promoted to fire investigator & Donovan is on his way there. They are both working a big arson case. Fireball, as the press has named him, is terrorizing the city with fires & sending letters to the press that perpetuates the fear of the citizens.
Marissa is tasked with representing her company at the Firemen's Auction Fundraiser that her company sponsors. She will bid on the firemen to earn a date with them. When she has narrowed her choices down to two (Kincaid & Donovan) but can't make up her mind, her boss permits her to bid on both, they'll make it a double date. When her boss is kept away, Marissa is told she'll have to go on the date with both men.
The build of the relationship between Marissa, Kincaid & Donovan is romantic & so very hot. The mystery & suspense of the arsonist had me glued to the pages. I enjoyed 'working' the investigation along with them. HEA? You bet & so worth the time reading.

In this book we meet Marissa, Kincaid, and Donovan. Marissa works for Livingston Capital what she wants to do is be an account manager what she is instead is a secretary to the CEO. One day she is called into her bosses office and they discuss the charity function that the company sponsors. It auctions off firefighters. She is torn between two men and tells her boss as much on the night of the even though her boss is called away and tells her to bid on them both. Kincaid has just been promoted to an arson investigator and is in the middle of a hot case. However his boss wants him at the auction. Both him and his old partner Donovan are up for auction and they just happen to be the two men Marissa can't choose between. Can these three find a HEA or will outside forces make sure that never happens?
This is another amazing story from this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

The first Mr February she gets for one million but the second Mr December she gets into a bidding war with Olivia Adams the CEO of their biggest rival and the bids go up to 2.5 million but when she tells her boss laughs and was sorry to have missed it then breaks the news she will not be able to be part of a double date as planned. The evening goes well with the firefighter Kincaid and Donovan both asking her for another date. One time Ms Stone called her into her office and although she admonished her for not sitting up straight, she gave her the Firemen's Hunk calendar to pick out which fireman Stone should pick to buy at auction. Later Ms. Stone calls her in to discuss and Marissa admits she can't decide between February and December; Ms. Stone says that Marissa will have to represent her at the auction and to get both and Marissa will go with her on a double date. She bids one million dollars for Donovan, Mr. February but when Kincaid, Mr. December, came up for bid, Ms. Stone's arch rival at another investment company out bid her at one point one million. Read how Marissa, without authorization, out bids her to two and half million. What will Ms. Stone say? And how will Marissa manage a date with both hunks as Ms. Stone is still at work? This is just the beginning of Marissa's adventures in this book!

Ms. Kelli Callahan is a true gift to romance reader's everywhere. If you have never had the pleasure to read her work, then why not pick up this unbelievably delightful and action packed romance? Marissa was looking for a promotion, however, what she received was two incredibly strong and loving men who become her whole World, her 'everything'. What began as a fundraiser for the Fire department, quickly became her fantasy date (X2). Follow the riveting storyline of Marissa, Donovan and Kincaid as they take their unbelievable journey together to get their happily ever after. Arson and Ache is such an emotionally charged book revolving around an arsonist, two gorgeous men (inside and out) as well as the woman of their dreams; that tames them. Impeccably Written.

Marissa's boss sends her to a charity auction to bid on a fight fighter for her. However Marissa doesn't know who to bid on so she ends up bidding on two men. Donovan and Kincaid are the fire fighters Marissa won a date with at the auction however when her boss is unable to attend the double date she goes in her stead. Marissa and the guys connect as they are talking and its not long before none of them wants the night to end. They make plans to see each other again and to explore this new relationship the three of them are starting. Just as things are heated up with Marissa an arsonist starts plaguing the city and the guys are trying to stop him from doing more harm. How will the three of them handle their new relationship? Can they make it work?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between the three of them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Loved this story about Kincaid, Donovan and Marissa. She's a secretary for a investment firm, wanting to one day be an account manager. Her boss is a tough woman to work for and is very demanding. When the annual fireman auction happens, Miss Stone tells Marissa to win a man for get and her limit is one million. So when she can't decide on Mr February or Mr December, Miss Stone gives her the go ahead to bid on two. When she wins both Donovan and Kincaid, it's too be a double date, but Miss Stone can't make it. So she had both to herself. The guys are working on a case of arson, the Fireball. Marissa's the distraction they both need. The story has mystery as they try to uncover Fireball's identity, love as the three discover the chemistry between them actually works and suspense when Miss Stone gets threatened. Doesn't disappoint.

Marissa a normal girl with a secretary job who aspires to be a account in Livingston Capital. When her boss wanted her to attend a fundraiser auction organised by their company she never thought the two firefighters she is gonna auction in behalf of he boss could become her soulmates. Donavon and Kincaid, two firefighter best friends who poses for that year's calender and auctioned by Marissa on behalf of her boss but happens to date her when her boss couldn't make it that night. They never thought that this girl is going the only woman in their life and for their to have on every night forever.
This book is really a page turner, not only because of the leads scorching hot romance but also the suspense thriller following Kancaid and Donavon throughout story due to their investigation on a case. A shocking revelation that could have cost three of their life. I enjoyed this book very much

This was great! Marissa works as a secretary for an intense hedge fund manager, but loves her job - especially if it gets her to the trading floor. At the last minute she ends up attending a charity event where she needs to bid on a date with a hot firefighter. Her boss can't go ans instructs her to make sure to represent their firm well. She definitely does that when she out bids her bosses rival and lands 2 firefighters for the evening! Donovan and Kinkaid are now working arson cases instead of running into burning building, and though they miss that, the chance to catch the arsonist plaguing NY is what they want now. They really don't want to be up for auction, but when they see that Marissa has won them both they are excited. They have shared women in the past, but what happens when their date turns into so much more, specially when the danger becomes personal?

Suspense and threesome
I liked that the problem was returned: for a charity gala, a woman buys two men against an appointment. Of course, this is a communication plan for the brand image of the company for which she works because her boss can not go there, but the roles are reversed, which changes. Then, it's more classic with a girl who goes from innocence to the crazy one night ...
However, I appreciated the fact that beyond the questions about the relationship with three, there is an investigation (hence the title) about an arsonist who manipulates the press and makes fun of the authorities, and that the characters are asking real questions about their sentimental situation that they would not have thought of before ..

Wow! Talk about sizzling through the sheets. Oh man, if you're looking for an action packed, hard hitting, fast paced, heart pounding, pulse racing, high heat, smooth flowing, page turning bombshell that grabs your attention from the start. All the drama, uncertainty, fear and suspense increases steadily as the tension spirals while the plot thickens. Donavon and Kincaid are Mr. February and Mr. December at the annual firefighters auction. Marissa works for one of the businesses that sponsors the annual auction. Marissa’s boss could not go so Marissa was able to go. She bid on both Mr February and Mr December, thinking that her boss will meet up with them for their date. Her boss cannot get away so it’s just Marissa and the firefighters. They have a special itinerary to go by so that they can gets lots of pictures for the business. Donavon and Kincaid are both firefighters, they also inspect fires and investigate them. This book is awesome, you will never be able to figure out what is going to happen next.

Kincaid, Donavan and Marissa Boy do these 3 heat up the sheets. Marissa is lucky she has 2 firies to help put out any flames she has burning.
Kincaid must try to find and stop a serial arsonist before there is a casualty yet he is obliged along with fellow firie Don to attend a calendar auction to raise funds for the station and go on a date with the winner little did these two men realise that the petite women bidding on them would end up meaning so much to either of them as well as being detrimental in taking down the arsonist.

Another great reverse harem book from the very talented Kelli Callahan she is indeed the master of this genre

She ends u with both but thinks her horrid boss will go on the date she is oh so wrong she ends up with both Kincaid and Donovan and that is where the fun begins. These guys are quite willing to share and her life will never be the same. Get Ready for some steamy action and a great read that will have you thoroughly entertained

Great book
Donovan and Kincaid are firefighters who are part of a charity auction. Marissa, who works for the company sponsoring the auction, has the enviable job of bidding on them for her boss, who had to work late and couldn't attend the auction. Marissa buys the both of them for a double date with her boss but that doesn't pan out. She goes out with the both of them, having their pictures taken enjoying New York. Things develop from there and she wins up in a relationship with both Donovan and Kincaid. There's a lot more to the book but I don't want to give everything away. Suffice it to say that if you enjoy MFM romances, you'll thoroughly enjoy this book.

Marissa, Kincaid and Donovan have a story to share. One of goals, determination, dedication, commitment, love and lust.
These three are great characters, they have depth. Their story is set in a story.
It does deal with arson, mental illness, behavioral consequences. It is always good to stretch out visions to include things gthat we tend to not want to think about, that anyone can be mentally ill, or do bad things and we need to not believe that only bad people do bad things.

This is the story of Marissa, Donovan and Kincaid, Marissa’s horrible boss sends her to a charity to bid on a firefighter but instead of bidding on one she couldn’t make her mind up so she bids on two and wins the both of them. I liked the chemistry between these 3 characters there’s also a mystery about a serial arsonist and there’s some very hot sizzling scenes my kindle is still smoking lol. All in all this is a fantastic 🔥 story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Kelli has done it yet again, and given us another great example of why she is doing as well as she does with this scorcher. I particularly love how she doesn't just write menages and presume that's enough, she always has a background story going as well and this lil beauty is no exception. I just want to know where she's finding all these fit firefighters! 😉

Marissa is sent to represent her boss and company at an auction and to be bid on not one but two hot firefighters. She has no way of knowing that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Donovan and Kincaid are faced with a difficult case at work and could use a little distraction. This book has it all: great diverse and complex characters, an intriguing and intense plot with suspense and twists and turns and great romance and spicy love scenes. Great read.

This book was fantastic! The plot was intriguing, suspenseful and totally twisted. The characters were well developed and believable. The way Marissa, Donovan and Kincaid's relationship was written made you feel it was possible. Ms. Stone's character reminded me of the boss from the film The Devil Wears Prada - the woman you love to hate. Highly recommend. I have read several books by this author and she really it it out of the park with this one.

As I have stated before, I adore firefighters. Just the thought of being able to bid on one..*sigh*. I would be just like Marissa...unable to choose. Shoot I'd probably end up with more than two! Oh well, one can only dream or live thru the characters in the story. Luckily this story has twice the fire, lots of chemistry and a little mystery to keep you entertained.
