Have read many titles that boasts about leadership and some of them come up with gripping narration and relevant content that makes sense and leave us fully content for the time we spent on it. Such is the book Moment of Signal and especially life enriching examples and stories make it a worthy read. Noticed some regional leaderships like Steven Guggs of Microsoft, KW Kim, Khuloud Omian and Jawad Rashid. My strong recommendation to have a copy.

Moment of signal is a nonfiction book based on entrepreneurs & leadership skills. It's not so very often that I come across such good books while seeming effortlessly amidst various books available in the market. It's habdly young minds & working oriented people. It primarily gives a new enthusiastic approach & a good spark to life. The perspective it shares based on various recurrences & practical occurances is worth to be acknowledged. The author talks about various aspects of life where leadership skills are required to conquer various dimensions, people recognise our worth by the actions we commit ourselves to do. And what better way to do it practically than some boring theory oriented chapters or trivial nagging lectures.

The book has been written in such a way that it's really informative & inspiring to read. The analytical approach, realistic skulls & the recipes for making them look different & feel better while applying it to our day to day basis has been successfully crafted & oriented for the readers. It's a good onetime read. Language is simple. Narration is okay.

It places a well-defined correlation between the situations one faces in the real life business organizations and the application of the skills and knowledge of a leader. What I found the most impressive was how the book presents a totally new and different outlook towards the situations one may find challenging and how it changes one's attitude towards those challenges. The author has played well with the crucial aspects of leadership, skill development, inspiration and motivation which make an individual much more than just a manager. The book is a valuable source of inspiration and guidance for the young professionals and businessmen who are looking forward to a comprehensive development of personality along with a progress in their careers. It is highly recommended for business professionals and readers stepping into this highly competitive world which demands for an individual who has the capabilities of an amazing leader and knows very well how to grow and be a catalyst in the overall growth of his surroundings.

If leadership is about the impact they spread around, if strong leadership is about the choice they make, if great leadership is about the actions they execute impeccably; Moment of Signal book gives you a fabulous reading experience with those live stories throughout. One of the best non-fiction reads so far and leaders like Pilot Alex, The Sales Girl in the mall or even the Taxi Driver expands our sense of leadership.

Moment of signal’ explains more about: Leaders are highly successful when their bandwidth of accommodating others is wider. In other words, staying relevant and right casting sustains the leaders at the top for extended periods. Some of such leadership examples from the book are exemplary, especially Kiwan Kim of LG, Khuloud Omian of Forbes Middle East, Steve Guggs of Microsoft and Muralidhar Bevara.

Among the experiences embedded in the book Moment of Signal, the leadership story of Khuloud Omian has caught my attention for her strong and passionate approach ever since taking up the CEO position. It is a brilliant read with a constant celebration of leadership within and around. Author has done absolute justice to the topic.
