From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Proby comes a new story in her With Me In Seattle series…

Reed Taylor doesn’t pay much attention to the holidays—until he receives a surprise present. Four-year-old Piper is the daughter he never knew about, and with the death of her mother, is also now the roommate he never expected. He’s determined to make their first Christmas together one she’ll never forget.

Noel Thompson has gotten her share of strange requests in her career as an interior designer. The call to design a beautiful home for Christmas is more like a dream come true. And that was before she met her new employer—sexy and mysterious, he’s everything she ever hoped Santa would bring her.

As Noel showers his home with holiday spirit, Reed showers Piper with love. And the busy life he’s created for himself no longer seems nearly as important as the one Noel is helping him build with his daughter. But if he can’t convince his decorator to stay, this could be the only year he feels the true wonder of the season.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

This was a sweet Christmas novella by Kristen Proby. I loved that we got a cameo from my favorite 'With Me In Seattle' couple and I enjoyed Noel, Reed & Piper's story. It did feel a bit insta-lovey and rushed but I enjoyed!

I do so love a man who knows exactly what he wants and isn’t afraid to go after it and that describes Reed Taylor perfectly in Kristen Proby’s Wonder With Me. Reed was taken by surprise when a 4 year old girl is dropped off in his office, a daughter he had no idea existed. With her mother dead, Reed steps up big time to make his child feel safe and secure and to give her a holiday she’ll remember forever. To accomplish this he hires Noel Thompson to decorate his new home for the Christmas holiday and gives her free rein, music to a designer’s ear.

From the moment Reed and Noel meet the chemistry is off the charts and the more time they spend in each other’s company it just grows. Reed has no doubt he wants Noel in his life, but she needs convincing. I loved that he was honest about his feelings and there was no huge drama with these two, it was actually quite refreshing. Yes the romance moved at a fast pace, but in a novella that’s to be expected.

Between the sizzling chemistry between Reed and Noel, the way Reed was doing everything to help Piper adjust to her new life, and the way Piper was drawn to Noel, I loved how these three became a tight knit group. Add in the magic of the holidays and you have an absolutely charming romance.

3 1/2 "Insta-love Christmas style" Stars!

Well.. I finished this book yesterday, but I couldn't decide how I felt about it. I have two reactions:

1. Aww... that was so sweet and sexy. Noel (what a great name for the MC of a Christmas novella!) was sweet and sassy, funny, smart, confident and talented. I liked her. Reed was sexy sweet take charge alpha male who knows and goes after what (who in this case) he wants, and as it turns out knows how to say "I'm sorry". And meant it. He's also a really great father. Especially under the circumstances. Piper, his daughter was simply adorable. I do love the single parent trope.

That is, life is great, everyone is beautiful, the glass is half full Stacie talking. Question everything, pessimistic, slow to trust, glass is half empty Stacie had this to say...

2. Wow! Run Noel! This dude is probably psycho. He was too in your personal space after literally a matter of minutes. He's crazy possessive and bossy. Just pops up out of the blue unexpectedly and has quite a temper. Goes off for no good reason, then comes back and apologizes. RUUUUNNNNNNN!!

I'm generally a glass half full kind of gal, but those not so desirable traits did pop into my head about Reed while I was reading this story. Now, I do get it. We only have a hundred pages or so to tell this story, so it's quite insta everything and we've got to express a variety of emotions and character traits. That could certainly explain some stuff. But again, the cray, cray did enter my mind. If this was a different type of story, Reed would be so very suspect.

So to end this ramble on a positive note (glass half full). There were some very sweet and traditional Christmassy things happening. Piper was the cutest little girl. We catch up with characters from a previous book. Reed and Noel did have some quite romantic times, some good conversations, and some really sexy moments. I do think that was supposed to be the idea. I love KP books in general. This one follows along the sweet, sexy, big family/friends line of the others in the With Me in Seattle series. I'm going to go with, I liked it. Happy reading!

Wonder With Me
By: Kristen Proby

*REVIEW* 🎄🎄🎄🎄
I've grown to love the 1001 Dark Nights Collection. Wonder With Me is a new novella addition that is adorable for the holidays. Reed is a single guy who suddenly has a four year old daughter, Piper, whom he has never met. Unfortunately, the girl's mother has died, so Reed finds himself a single dad. He hires designer Noelle to make his home a beautiful Christmas land for his daughter. This child has taught Reed what is important in life, and he knows Noelle is important. Does she have any feelings for him, though? They could possibly be a happy little family if the stars align. This is a delightful and sweet read about priorities and family versus work. What is important to you? I enjoyed reading this novella and definitely recommend it.

5 ‘I Love You Both’ Stars

Awwww…. Wonder With Me is the PERFECT Christmasy read!!! Single dad romance meets the heart warming of Holiday spirits, Kristen Proby managed in this novella to check all my ‘holiday romance’ loving heart’s boxes! Perfect feel good love story!

Noel comes Reed’s rescue in a interior design emergency. Reed wants everything perfect for his recently discovered daughter’s first Christmas with him, he just didn’t expect that the woman bringing his little girl’s holiday dreams to life would also be the the woman of HIS dreams, of his future.

I love a good ‘insta-love’, holiday-pumped love story, and Ms. Proby always manages to bring any setting to the most realistic, sweet and sexy of reads. Her magic touch was just the perfect wrapping for these two’s no angst, fuzzy feeling and steamy hot fast paced romance. I feel so deeply in love with Noel, Reed and Piper, so much so I wouldn’t change one single point in their story.

These 1001 Dark Nights are just the perfect holiday appetizer, specially when Kristen Proby gives us even more hints of one of my fav series, With Me in Seatle. By the way, yay for Jules and Nate’s – ahhhh, Nate… *drools* cameo!

Wonder with Me truly was the perfect holiday novella, so much so that I’m now in such a holiday mood I want all the heart warming feel good holiday reads/movies! Reed and Noel stole my heart and left me wanting to see them again and again, and more into their future. Perhaps in the upcoming Dream With Me?! Fingers crossed! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

“I love you. So much that sometimes it hurts. You’ve brought peace, comfort, and love to my house, and I’m forever grateful.”

“The wonder I feel every time I’m with you? It’s unlike anything else I’ve ever felt in my life.”

Wonder With Me is a novella in Kristen Proby’s “With Me In Seattle” series. As you can guess by the series name, all of her books in the series are based in the Seattle area, but they are also stand alones.
I’ve been hooked on this series since the beginning, and it just keeps getting better. I’ll admit I have missed a couple books, but I’ll most certainly be going back to make them up.
In Wonder With Me, Reed Taylor gets the surprise of his life when he finds out he has a 4 year old daughter Piper. Her mother has passed away and left her with him, and now he’s determined to show her the best Christmas ever.
Enter interior designer Noel Thompson, Reed wants her to help make his home a holiday masterpiece, but he also has his own designs on Noel when he falls head over heels.
This is a delightful and sweet Christmas tale of two people who find each other and fall fast and hard. Reed and Noel have explosive chemistry, and Piper just adds that pinch of cuteness that gives you the warm and fuzzies this time of year. A truly wonderful novella!

5 Perfect Holiday Novella Stars

Kristen has outdone herself with this Super Sexy and Sweet Holiday Novella! Wonder With Me was the perfect balance between all things Christmas and Romance. It was just what I needed to take my Christmas Spirit to the next level.

Reed is so driven and hardworking and has never made relationships or celebrating holidays much of a priority. All of this changes when he finds out about the 4 year old daughter he never knew existed. Piper coming into his world unexpectedly was life changing and the first of those changes is to make the time to properly celebrate and decorate for the upcoming Christmas holiday. In walks Noel, a highly recommended designer and holiday decorator, to make all his holiday dreams come true. The instant attraction bounced off the pages. Noel tries to keep their relationship professional but Reed has no interest in a professional relationship with her. He wants it all and he’s willing to work for it!

I love the cameos from a few favorite OG Seattle characters and also some newer With Me in Seattle characters. Noel is Joy’s sister, from Love With Me, so naturally she is woven throughout the story along with Jace. We also get the picturesque Seattle scenery and a new cool Coffee Shop! When the scenery and businesses are a character of their own I’m in heaven. Kristen truly has a gift for writing books that suck you in and make you feel like you’re living in that “world”.

It seems I always end all my KP reviews with a mention of the characters she’s introduced in each book that I want more of. There were a couple in Wonder With Me that I’m hoping we will get more of sometime in the future. The first is Reed’s business partner and best friend, Elijah!! There is something there that I can’t put my finger on but I know I want to know more...ASAP! The other character that could be fun is Ali, Noel’s assistant. She and Noel have a fun gal pal friendship that I loved reading.

As always my message is the same... go now and one click! Treat yourself to the hottest holiday romance you’ll read this Christmas season.

Oh my.....ALL THE FEELS!!! Ready to take a trip back to the Seattle series world? This Christmas novella has just the right amount of chemistry and swoon-worthy moments that you'll be hooked from beginning to end just like me! Reed is a workaholic playboy, that is until his world is turned upside down..... by a 4 year old little girl. Noel has no time for a personal life with her business taking off, that is until Reed hires her to decorate his new home. These two are nothing short of perfection and Piper will have your heart melt with her cuteness. Prepare to fall in love again and again with another incredible couple from the With me in Seattle series!

Reed & Noel
What a sweet short story. Joy’s sister Noel gets her HEA.
Reed finds himself with an unexpected but very welcome 4 yr old. I love when authors give us this gift. It’s sad that only one parent is in the picture but the other one accepts the child with open arms and that is exactly that Reed does.
It was a little cookie cutter romance but it was still sweet and it was set around Christmas who doesn’t love a good Christmas story!?
Loved the narration for this one too.

4 stars!

A short and sweet instalove story that is functional and full of chemistry, and left me with a big grin on my face.

Reed Taylor is a hardworking businessman who gets the shock of his life when a four year old daughter that he had no idea even existed is dropped off on his doorstep when her mother dies. But he is instantly smitten and turns his life completely around to make little Piper the centre of his world, and that includes giving her the best Christmas he possibly can.

Noel Thompson is the sister of Joy from Love With Me, and she is the interior designer called in to Christmas the hell out of Reed’s new house. It’s a dream job made all the more dreamy when she lays eyes on her gorgeous new client, and sparks instantly fly between the two of them. And when Reed insists on Noel overseeing the job herself, and begins drawing her into his world, he makes it clear he’s on a mission for something more.

“I have some personal questions, too.”
“Sweetheart, if I have my way, you and I area headed for as personal as it gets, so ask all of the questions you want.”
I tip up an eyebrow. “I do like your honesty.”
“There’s no need to be anything but honest.”

I love a functional romance, and Reed is out there and honest about what he wants and it’s SO refreshing! There’s no games or messing about, he wants Noel and he goes all out to get her, and I love that! Noel is initially wary of becoming involved with a client, but it doesn’t take her too long to get over that, and things move really quickly. And with the two of them happily throwing themselves all-in to explore their sizzling chemistry, it doesn’t take long for feelings to follow.

“Why does love have to work on any certain timeline? Why can’t it just be?

You expect a novella to be fast-paced, and this one certainly is, but I happily went along with the flow. I felt the connection between Reed and Noel, which is sweet and super passionate with a lot of depth, and little Piper was a wonderful little addition to their family.

This is a really cute Christmas read, and I loved it.

This is a short and sweet holiday novella that hits the spot at this time of year.

Reed Taylor's early holiday gift was a four-year-old daughter, Piper he never knew about. But this work-a-holic is taking his Daddy duties seriously and wants to give her the best Christmas ever. He is honest, outspoken, and used to being in charge. He knows what he wants and is not afraid to go after it.

And it seems that one thing he now has his eye on is his new designer, Noel Thompson. She was recommended to transform his house into a Christmas wonderland. She is just as dedicated to her work as he is and does not think she has enough hours in the day. But she cannot resist this fun and profitable project, and she is also finding it hard to resist her bossy and persistent new client. She is talented, witty, sassy, and equally strong-willed.

Their fun and flirty banter and easy attraction grow organically but quickly due to the length of the novella. It is an easy, no angst, delightful story with an adorable kid, compatible couple, and all the wonders of Christmas. But it also makes you think about priorities and making time for things that are important. It made my heart happy to see how loving little Piper could be such a catalyst for change.

I read most of the earlier Seattle stories but not many of the recent ones. This can be read as a total stand-alone, but there are a few cameos for fans of the series as well.

5 Star Review of Wonder With Me (With Me In Seattle #12) by Kristen Proby

Although a novella, Kristen Proby had me hooked from the first page. Having read the other books in the series, I was excited to be back in Seattle. Although having said that, I do believe it can be read as a stand alone.
Reed Taylor is a playboy and a workaholic who is shocked to find out that he is father to a 4 year old daughter, Piper, he knew nothing about. Determined to give her a Christmas she will never forget, Reed hires Noel Thompson to decorate his house for the holidays.

I love single parent stories, add in Christmas and I couldn’t put Wonder With Me down. The chemistry between Reed and Noel was off the charts and I so wanted them to get their happily ever after.

Piper has some fantastic lines which just added another layer to this wonderful holiday read.

Safe, only with others after meeting. I liked the h, the H is a great dad and good guy, now. His past portrays him to be self centered and not respectful, he even mentioned wishing he could apologize to his baby mama and that he wouldn't want anyone treating his baby girl the way he has treated others. Kudos for him to see this but my stupid brain focuses on the fact that he did that stuff in the past. Epilogue only three months out. (To me, throwing someone over your shoulder because she won't get coffee with you isn't sexy, I wish she kicked him in the balls)

This punchy little novella brought all the feels to the page and left me with a smile on my face…it was just what the cold winter evenings call for.
Reed had no idea that he was a father but when his charming four year old daughter Piper enters his life, he quickly came to realise that nothing would; ever be the same again because there is nothing that he wanted more than to be the best father he could. But his work life balance was less that equal and as such he had decisions and adjustments to make but my heart knew that he was always going to have Piper at the forefront of his plans…so a stellar Christmas it was going to be then, no matter what he had to do to achieve it.
The banter that flowed between him and the feisty funny designer Noel, that was redesigning his home, was joyous, but also hinted that the pair of them were open to having a little more than just a working relationship. I like her, she had a lot to offer both him and Piper and it didn’t take a genius to work out that together they would be exactly who Piper needed.
I liked that the author gave them time to explore their connection, well as much time as she could to be quite honest in such a short story but it was most welcome and certainly helped me to feel as if they were working to their own pace and not being rushed at all.
I loved the way that Reed was with both Piper and Noel, he was a strong man, used to getting his own way but he was willing to show a different side of himself to those that mattered the way that they both did.
Fabulously well written this was a great little read.

Reed Taylor has never been a fan of the holidays, nor has he taken time outside of work to do anything except build his company. But when he learns he has a daughter only a few weeks before the holidays, he makes some big changes to bring a smile to Piper’s face during a difficult time.

Noel Thompson is especially busy during the holidays, but decorating for the holidays is one of her favorite parts of the job. A last minute job to fully decorate for Christmas has her excited to get down to business, and then she meets her client. The sexy, smooth single father is icing on the cake for this job.

I loved watching Reed as he adjusted (rather smoothly really) to having a 4 year old, and did everything in his power to make Piper’s eyes sparkle with joy rather than the sorrow they were filled with when she arrived. Noel’s excitement for her job and for doing everything in her power to make her clients happy helped ramp up the holiday spirit in this story.

This was a quick, fun holiday story with all the feels set in the With Me series world, but it stands alone completely for new readers. Because this is a novella, things move very quickly between this couple, but the speed of their relationship is paired with a quick camaraderie, chemistry, and great banter to build the connection between them.

A perfect holiday novella with a sweet, sexy romance full of emotions and super cute 4 year old.

Reed is a workaholic who never paid much attention the holidays. He wasn't looking for any kind of long term relationship because he was too busy. In the blink of an eye his life was turned upside down in a good way. Discovering he had a daughter and he will now be her only caregiver was a lot to take in but Reed does it all in. Loving his little girl from the very beginning.

Noel is at the height of her career and her business in booming. She hardly has time to fit in family let alone another customer but who needs relax time. Focused on her business she doesn't have time for relationships and all they entail. Adding a complete Christmas home decorate shouldn't take too long right. She was not prepared for Piper or Reed.

An insta love story full of fun and smiles as Reed and Noel do everything to make a little girl smile for the holidays. The more time spent together the more they begin to open up. Love sneaking in when they least expected it. With the bonus of some old friends in the With Me In Seattle Series.

I adore Kristen Proby and I have for quite some time. Ever since she introduced is this beautifully written and compelling With Me In Seattle series crew, I've been a huge, huge fan. I'd follow this chick anywhere when it comes to her addicting words and swoony characters.

Wonder With Me is the latest novella in this series and while it can completely stand alone, don't short yourself on this experience plus it's holiday themed to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Noel and Reed meet when she's hired to decorate his home for the holiday for a daughter her just found out he had. And while she was picky meant to bring in holiday cheer, she who'll bring in so much more for this new single dad and God's adorable little girl.

Sizzling, undeniable chemistry. Unforgettable moments. Packed with heart, heat and warm, fuzzy feelings. An unputdownable, unstoppable journey that'll give you so many feels.

I can't wait to see what Kristen has up her sleeve for next. One thing is certain, I'll be one of the first in line to grab it up.

You can't go wrong with this author or this series. I highly recommend this book!

Reed Taylor, a successful investor in Seattle, was surprised when he is visited by a social worker with an unusual "gift": his 4-year-old daughter he didn't even know existed.
Piper's mother, Vanessa Downey, had recently passed away. She was a quick affair he had about five years ago.
Having to completely change his single life, Reed bought a beautiful home and hired someone to decorate the house for his first Christmas with his daughter; He wanted everything to be absolutely perfect, especially after the difficult year the little girl had.
But he didn't know that there was one more gift from fate...

Noel Thompson had, with two other partners, a decoration company; and at this Christmas time, work always increased. When a new client showed up willing to pay anything to get the house decorated for the holidays, Noel personally took care of the project. And she found himself face to face with a gorgeous man that didn't hide his immediate interest in her.

She couldn't imagine marrying anytime soon. There was too much work for it, but Noel couldn't resist Piper's charm.
And this festive season, so special for her - after all, her name was Noel! - maybe it was the right time to give love a chance.
---------
Wonder with me is a novella where you see the "hearts" jumping from the pages. Cute, romantic and Christmas everywhere.

Reed has always known that this business comes first and everything else, including women, is a distant second however his life changes in an instant when he finds out he is a single to a child he never knew about. From the moment he meets Piper it becomes a case of love at first sight and he is determined to give her the Christmas of her dreams.

Noel is an interior designer who have more than enough work on her plate but when she gets the call asking her to make a house into a Christmas wonderland for a little girl, she pushes everything aside to ensure that happens.

As they start spending time together Reed begins to realize that Noel is exactly who has been missing from his life. They have an immediate connection and chemistry and watching the relationship unfold between the three of them will melt your heart and is destined to have you believing in the magic of the holiday season.

Kristen Proby has an incredible story telling talent that pulls you in from page one, whether that is one of her full length novels or a beautifully crafted holiday novella. Of all of the holiday stories this season, this one shines bright from the top of the well-decorated tree.

From beginning to end, her hero and heroine's love story traveled along at the pace of the holiday season -- fast, heartfelt, and sometimes bumpy. If there is anything to complain about, I wanted it to be longer. I wanted more back story on both Noel and Reed, which in a longer KP book I know I would have luxuriated in. Still, Wonder With Me was well developed and left me with the holiday spirit long after it was over.

You do not have to have read any of the With Me In Seattle books to pick it up, but I personally feel you will benefit from it if you do. Besides, there are so many wonderful stories you're missing if you haven't.

This is the perfect holiday novella to dish out a dose of the cozy feels! I'm totally smitten for Noel and Reed! Combined with cute little Piper, myheart is bursting for this instant love connection. I mean this blurb is straight out of a Hallmark movie and I LOVE IT!!!

Noel is not looking for love. She's a super successful interior designer heading up her own company. Reed, super sweet guy with a slight alpha streak (incredibly delish!!) just found out he has a daughter! His life is turned upside down, but when you meet the right person, you just know. I felt it in their sparks, their chemistry was on point. Mixed with the holiday season, this novella made my day so much brighter. Noel, Reed and Piper (cutie patootie) ring in the holidays with family, love and an HEA that warmed my heart.

M/F Romance Novella
I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

I absolutely love this series. It was fantastic the first time I read it and continues to grow and become even more fabulous.

This is a novella about Noel. She's a very successful workaholic who loves her job. But, it's near Christmas and everyone wants their house to look fabulous, so Noel is running around with even less time for everything.

Reed has a great job and he loves his life. When he finds out that he has a daughter, Piper, Reed wants to make sure that he can give her the best first Christmas with him he can. Noel is recommended by several people he knows, so he calls her up and hires her to deck out his house.

This is a feel good Christmas romance. It has a sweet little girl who loves bunnies, a sexy interior designer and a hunky financial guru. They all had such a family feel from the beginning. I loved how Piper was able to adjust and fall in love with Reed and Noel. Then, watching Reed and Noel interact was fun and flirty.

If you want a short, fun, feel good holiday read, this is the story for you. While we don't get to see many characters from the With Me In Seattle series, it still has the same tone as all of the other stories.

A sweet Holiday romance!

This is a novella about Reed and Noel. We met her in Love With Me, as she's Joy's sister.
Reed's just found out he has a daughter and suddenly he sees himself as a single father of a 4 year old girl. He is loving and caring and will do anything to make Piper happy.
Noel is an interior designer and is hired by Reed to decorate his house so Piper could have the perfect Christmas.
What started as a business transaction, soon is filled with sexual tension and so much chemistry.
Their feelings for each other start to grow and love between the three of them begins to overflow.
It was an easy read, full of sexiness, sweetness, all the Christmas vibe that touches us and, of course, all we love about Kristen's books.

A short holiday novella that takes us back to the With Me Series, my favorite of all Ms. Proby’s series.
In Wonder with Me, we get to know Joy’s sister Noel, and the handsome and alpha Reed. There is something about her writing that get’s me every time, you swoon, cry, laugh and always get plenty of sexy times. Even though this is short novella and a lot is packed into their story, I never felt it was rushed, as always Kristen did a fabulous job of getting us everything we needed with Reed and Noel." ~Stephanie

A short novella set in the With Me in Seattle series that made the holidays that much more interesting to read about. Reed and Noel were so good together and add in little Piper it was the perfect short story. ~Jen

What a perfect holiday read! Proby takes us back to her With Me in Seattle setting and gives us an HEA for a couple of secondary characters. Sweet single father story. Add a designer named Noel during the Christmas season and the story just could n't get much better.

Short story but full of all the feels. Loved Noel and Reed together. This author always brings some humor to each story she writes and this one has just the perfect amount.

Can't wait to read more in this series. I could hang out in Seattle with this crew forever!
