A Dec 2018 I'm sick as shit read
Book 1 - Dirty Ella 1 star. Unmemorable.

HATED the heroine. She made no flipping sense to me. The rest was just meh.

Wow. Holy unnecessary drama, Batman! This was...a skip to the ender.
Book 8 - Jocked Up - (-5 Stars)
THE WORSE.
Dude bangs his soon-to-be step-sister. Then he up and disappears for 7-8 years since the parents didn't marry. He shows back up and the heroine hates him. She also is a single mom. He decides that he has to bang her and chases her until she goes out with him. THey have sex. She calls the next day for a woman - says shes his fiancee - tells her to go jump. SHe does but shes preggers. AGAIN. He finds out at 6mos and bullies her to marrying him. He learns after the baby is 2 mos that the 7y/o is his, too. Apparently everyone knew it was his kid but "he wasn't ready and we didn't want you to break up with her." ALso turns out the parents didn't marry because they "saw how the H/h looked at each other." AND it turns out the heroine didn't date the entire time because "she was waiting for him to come back."

A great collection of 10 steamy reads. Sexy alpha men find the women who they may not have been looking for but can’t let go once they find them. The stories are fast-paced with loads of drama and great chemistry between the characters. I was hooked from beginning to end. I really liked it.

Dirty Ella
Ella has basically being living at her step-mother's beck and call doing whatever she asked because she had no other option. When she learns that the twins are coming back she is so upset she talks to her grandmother about them. When their families first got together the twins were horribly mean to her and she's worried about what's to come. Julian and Eric have been away from their mother's home for awhile so they are surprised to learn that Ella is still there. After an apology the guys ask Ella if she'd like to go to a party with them. Once at the party they split up and when Ella wants some quiet she goes into a room only to find a guy already there. He's the guest of honor the party is for one thing leads to another and they have sex. Leaving immediately after Ella doesn't mention anything about what happened to the twins. The next day the twins hang out with her and Ella is shocked by the attraction she feels for them. They all end up alone together away from their mother and have a threesome together. Ella is confused by everything and before they have everything sorted their mom finds out what they've been up to. A misunderstanding sends Ella back to her mystery man from the party and right into danger. Will the twins save her and her grandmother? Will they mend their relationship?
Two Dirty Bosses
Victoria went in for an interview at Xavier, Louis and Jeremiah's firm. Right off the bat she manages to make one of the partners mad when she snipes at him before she realizes he is a possible boss for her. After how bad the interview goes Victoria goes out for a drink and when she is ready to go home she calls her brother to come get her however she really called Louis one of her new bosses to pick her up. When Louis shows up she is surprised and ends up hurting her ankle when she slips on some ice. Victoria is ready for the work part of her job she just wishes the attraction to her bosses wasn't an issue also. Upset by what's been happening she goes to church where her estrange family goes which causes more problems than solutions for her. Someone close to her and her family was inappropriate with her but her family sided with the other person. The other guy just hired when she was starts giving her problems at work as well. When Victoria, Xavier and Louis give into temptation and start being with each other outside aspects conspire against them. They only know of one person that is against them and try to settle that one but what happens when more than one person is after Victoria? Can the guys settle and agree to be with her together?
Dirty Doc Next Door
Abby has had to learn to survive the hard way so to make it she got in with some unsavory people. She finds their mark and gets all the info they need and then they go in and rob the place. Everything was going according to the plan until she met Ian when she went to stay with her best friend. Ian was a loner he didn't like being involved with the neighbors but something about Abby drew him. He didn't suspect Abby of any wrong doing and then late one night he heard noises in his place and a gun shot. Abby had gotten shot but she begged him not to call the police. There was something about her that had Ian wanting to protect her. Will Ian be able to get Abby free from the others that want her to continue to work with them?
Dirty Cops Next Door
Toni Wallace is a reporter and she and her brother have just moved to the area. Next door to them are David Marshall and Grant Reed to very hot cops. When Toni's brother gets into trouble its Grant and David that are handling the case however they can't help due to some higher ups butting in. Once Her brother is out of trouble the men decide they want to pursue something with Toni but they'd need to ease into it because of her younger brother. What the didn't count on was stuff from work following them home and dragging Toni and her brother into it. This was an amazing read. Hot sex, great characters you couldn't ask for better in a story. If you haven't gotten this book yet I highly recommend that you do so now.
Mountain Lumber Jack
Lilian is forced on this retreat by her boss. Her boss has decided during this trip he was going to further harass Lilian and unknowingly starts in front of Logan. When Logan sees what's happening he steps in to help Lilian. Lilian is grateful and praying she won't need anymore help while she's there. There's rumors circulating about the resort being cursed and then things start happening. Logan is putting out fires left and right when a real one breaks out in the building. He has everyone relocated to a different part of the resort but things continue to happen. When something serious happens and it involves Lilian Logan begins to wonder who can he trust. Can Logan solve the mystery of who or what is causing the problems?
F Buddy
Scarlett isn't the type of woman for a one night stand but when everyone she knows is either getting married, married or dating someone she feels lonely and hooks up with Zach. Zach has always had a thing for Scarlett but hasn't felt like he was relationship kind of guy so he didn't do anything about it. However when he sees how upset she is at a friends wedding he sets out to cheer her up and they not only end up in bed but make an agreement to get married next fi they both are still single. Zach didn't take the agreement serious yet he did want to keep hooking up with Scarlett. When work tells him he has to go overseas for work Zach's not sure what that means for them. Scarlett tries to be optimistic about it but when she sees his attractive co worker going with him it sends her mind reeling. Zach had no plans of being with anyone while he was gone but when Scarlett started questioning him it upset him enough that he reminded her that they weren't in a relationship. One statement was all it took to separate Zach and Scarlett and he regretted it the moment he said it but he couldn't take it back. Will Zach fix things with Scarlett before its too late?

Ken is an owner of a boxing studio and is new to the neighborhood. While he was doing some repairs at home he accidentally knocked down his neighbors fence. Lydia is shocked when her hot young neighbor coming ringing her door bell. She doesn't really care about the fence but he is stubborn about fixing it so she agrees to talk to him the next day about it. Ken is attracted to his neighbor but doesn't think she would be interested in him since he's younger and she has a son. They start the next day out talking about what supplies they'll need to fix the fence. They have lunch and start to get to know one and another. After they buy the supplies they make plans to meet up again. Things heat up between them pretty quick and then someone tries to throw some drama in to cause trouble between them. Ken backs off because of a warning someone gave him but he learns pretty quick its false information but will it be too late to claim Lydia as his own?
These are amazing stories that will draw you in and leave you wanting more. Each story brings its own aspect to the set as a whole. All are very well written and very entertaining. I would recommend this set to any book lover.

There are 10 books in this set: Book 1 - Dirty Ella, Book 2 - Two Dirty Bosses, Book 3 - Dirty Doc Next Door, Book 4 - Kidnapped By 2 Men, Book 5 - Dirty Cops Next Door, Book 6 - Mountain Lumberjack, Book 7 - F Buddy, Book 8 - Jocked Up, Book 9 - Boxer Next Door, and Book 10 - Hot New Neighbor. Below are my reviews of two of these so you can see for yourself what’s included in this collection!
*** Reviewing “BOOK 7 - F BUDDY” ***
Scarlett, seeing all her friends and acquaintances find a special someone to settle down with, feels she needs a love-interest in her life. Zach, one of the few single guys in her group of friends, is happy to accommodate her need with a one-night fun hookup with absolutely no commitment. The two of them decide to extend it a bit to friends-with-benefits.
Because both Scarlett and Zach have actually cared for each other all long, being together has made that even stronger. So they were not prepared to deal with Zach’s work transferring him to Tokyo! Scarlett, already skittish and insecure, doesn’t adjust well to his being abroad without her. The relationship wasn’t strong enough yet to hold them together. Unfortunately, both of them chose to ignore the subsequent attempts of the other to get in contact and work things out. Was it too late now? Would they both look for someone else? Would they give up what could have developed into something special for each of them?
Despite my wanting to jump in and make them both sit down and work this out, I enjoyed this story.
*** Reviewing “BOOK 9 - BOXER NEXT DOOR” ***
After a rough day at court, Lydia was very glad to be home, despite the radio’s prediction of possible snow. Her 8-year-old ran down the stairs and slammed into her for a hug, almost toppling them over. It was just the two of them now since she and her husband divorced the previous year. She didn’t understand why he just left like that with no attempt to keep in touch with his son. Tonight was movie night and Bryson and Lydia took over the couch, popcorn bowl in her lap. But halfway through the movie, the doorbell rang!
Ken from next door was standing there. He told her he accidentally knocked her fence down and wanted to repair it. Each of them seemed to take notice of the other, despite their age difference. Lydia was very flattered that such a young, handsome man seemed to find her attractive!
As time went on, they both realized they wanted more – each kept thinking about the other throughout the day. They wanted to move forward and continue seeing each other. But when they met for lunch and Lydia left to return to work, a woman came up to Ken and told him that Lydia had killed her husband and he should stay away from her! Then the woman disappeared before he could ask what she was talking about! It bothered him all day. Hadn’t Lydia herself admitted no one had heard from her husband since the divorce? It couldn’t be true, could it? Would the mistrust end their relationship?
This was a wonderful story that I thoroughly enjoyed! The author does such an amazing job in describing the characters and events so that the reader feels how real it all is! The story line is believable, despite the twists and turns. Both Ken and Lydia had difficult relationship breakups and betrayal before they met, and it was difficult for them to trust again. Without trust and open communication, assumptions and suspicions are difficult to deal with. You can end up losing what matters most. I love this author’s writing – good character development, good story, well written! Jump on in to this box set and see what you think!

Zach, one of the few single guys in her group of friends, is happy to accommodate her need with a one-night fun hookup with absolutely no commitment. The two of them decide to extend it a bit to friends-with-benefits.
Because both Scarlett and Zach have actually cared for each other all long, being together has made that even stronger. So they were not prepared to deal with Zach’s work transferring him to Tokyo! Scarlett, already skittish and insecure, doesn’t adjust well to his being abroad without her. The relationship wasn’t strong enough yet to hold them together. Unfortunately, both of them chose to ignore the subsequent attempts of the other to get in contact and work things out. Was it too late now? Would they both look for someone else? Would they give up what could have developed into something special for each of them?
Despite my wanting to jump in and make them both sit down and work this out, I enjoyed this story.

After a rough day at court, Lydia was very glad to be home, despite the radio’s prediction of possible snow. Her 8-year-old ran down the stairs and slammed into her for a hug, almost toppling them over. It was just the two of them now since she and her husband divorced the previous year. She didn’t understand why he just left like that with no attempt to keep in touch with his son. Tonight was movie night and Bryson and Lydia took over the couch, popcorn bowl in her lap. But halfway through the movie, the doorbell rang!
Ken from next door was standing there. He told her he accidentally knocked her fence down and wanted to repair it. Each of them seemed to take notice of the other, despite their age difference. Lydia was very flattered that such a young, handsome man seemed to find her attractive!
As time went on, they both realized they wanted more – each kept thinking about the other throughout the day. They wanted to move forward and continue seeing each other. But when they met for lunch and Lydia left to return to work, a woman came up to Ken and told him that Lydia had killed her husband and he should stay away from her! Then the woman disappeared before he could ask what she was talking about! It bothered him all day. Hadn’t Lydia herself admitted no one had heard from her husband since the divorce? It couldn’t be true, could it? Would the mistrust end their relationship?
This was a wonderful story that I thoroughly enjoyed! The author does such an amazing job in describing the characters and events so that the reader feels how real it all is! The story line is believable, despite the twists and turns. Both Ken and Lydia had difficult relationship breakups and betrayal before they met, and it was difficult for them to trust again. Without trust and open communication, assumptions and suspicions are difficult to deal with. You can end up losing what matters most. I love this author’s writing – good character development, good story, well written! Jump on in to this box set and see what you think!

This is quite the collection. These two talented authors have put ten of their stories in one book. This will make some hot reading material on the cold days! Below are reviews for a few of my more favorite stories.

As the guardian of her brother Eric, all Toni wants is to protect and care for him the best she can. As cops, all Grant and David want to do is protect their community. When Eric falls in with the "wrong crowd" Toni goes toe-to-toe with the sexy cops putting her in their sights and arms. Will Grant and David's plans to stop a drug dealer cost them everything- Toni, Eric or their life? Great story.
"Boxer Next Door":
Learning to live again..
Lydia is a divorced mother of an active eight year old son. She is also a lawyer. Needless to say she has very little time for herself. After her divorce, her ex-husband disappeared from their lives. Ken(ji) has moved in next door to Lydia. When Ken and Lydia meet they both feel an attraction to the other but Lydia worries about their age difference. Just when the two start a relationship things conspire against them. What will happen when Lydia's ex reappears? This was a nice story. I really enjoyed how both Lydia and Ken "talked" to themselves.
"Dirty Ella":
Modern day Cinderella...
I enjoy reading modern day fairytales. This story was well written and had just the right amount of "kink" to keep me interested. I loved the fact that Ella put up with her stepmother's ways not because she was a pushover but to protect her Grandmother. Eric and Julian were good characters and tried to make up for the past. My only issue was with how Ella couldn't get over the "wrongness" of her feelings but could jump into a "relationship" with a stranger for "security"

For honest review. Kidnapped by 2 men- Wow what a great story .Lily is a very strong brave women when she's kidnapped by Cameron and Liam .theses men are not your typical kidnappers .HOT dirty cops next door-Toni and her brother just moved in to new hope and started new job as a reporter. She meets her neighbors their cops grant and David . This was a great story I found that this story has lots of suspense to see what going to happen next and lots of hot loved by to men. Hot f buddy-Scarlett and Zack have been friends till they had a sex friendship.This is their story of what happened. it's cute i enjoyed it alot. Boxer next door-Lydia is a laser with a young son when kenji moves in next door these two have instinct attraction but there is also a small mystery. 10 stars. Dirty ella-When Eric and Julian twins come home after 10 years to see their mother ,they never thought Ella their step sister was not the girl she was before. Awesome two dirty bosses-Victoria works for Louis , jeremiah, and Xavier but when Louis and Xavier see her they know they are dame. Awesome mountain man lumber jack-This story is full of drama, suspense, and mystery that keep you glued to the book. Jocked up- is about NFL player drake and Bethany that have a past and 6 years later he comes back home after a injury and he wanders if he's made a mistake .Really cute hot newbie- is about Lucas a actor and father who move next door to writer ellie. Very cute

How can I describe the (holy moly Batman!) ten freakin’ collection of Summer Cooper and Sienna Chance stories that is found in Down Right Dirty: A Ten-Book Romance Box Set? Down Right Hot? Down Right Delicious? Both would be accurate as, despite being a very broad spectrum of romance tales here, the commonality is that all ten are indeed totally hot and delicious. They’re also uniformly well written, well plotted and full of well-crafted lead and supporting characters. I’m not going to describe the ten tales here as the publisher’s blurb does a perfectly good job in describing each of them. I guess I will simply note that these are all Down Right Yummy - and also more than (Down Right) worth getting. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The boxset definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that each of the stories in this boxset is a five-star tale, and it is easy to highly recommend the entire collection.

There is nothing you can say about Ms. Summer Cooper, other than she is a superbly gifted Author that is at the top of her craft. While I have certainly been a fan of hers for years, there is a reason. In this 10 book collection awesomeness, you will find each book to have an amazingly written storyline... each with the characters to match. F-Buddy is a 5-star well written read about two friends who become F-buddies. Loved Zach and Scarlett's story and everything they went through to get their HEA.

I loved this beautiful romance between an older woman and a younger man. Lydia is a divorced mother of an 8 year old boy and Ken is a boxer who has been left at the altar by his ex. Both have a hard time trusting again but once they give in and get to know each other everything falls into place. Lydia and Ken have steamy chemistry and are perfect for each other. This is a great story full of twists that keep you turning the pages to the heartwarming ending.

I love this collection. I have always been a fan of Summer Cooper and Sienna Chance. I have read many books from this anthology upon there individual releases. I absolutely loved reading them over again and reading some new ones that are included in this anthology of books. My favorites are still Two Dirty Bosses by Sienna Chance and Boxer Next Door by Summer Cooper. Down Right Dirty is definitely an apt name for this anthology. There is so much hot and dirty scenes in this set. Alpha males galore. This book set was hours of reading fun. I received an ARC copy, but I was so impressed that I just had to purchase it also.

What a great collection of books. They are all enjoyable reads that will leave you wanting more after each one. The characters in each book are great and each one has lots and lots of steam. The books are full of drama, heat, emotion, hot guys and sexy ladies. The chemistry between the main characters is off the charts hot. Each and every book in this set held my interest from being to end. I would highly recommend each story in this box set. What an awesome set.
With having read a few of them already it was awesome to reread some sexy stories.
Hot New Neighbor was cool. Loved Luna and Ellie.
Loved Dirty Cop kind of makes me jealous that she gets two and I’m stuck with grandma next door.
Out of all of them I really enjoyed Jocked Up
Bethany was in love with Drake the first time she met him. But after he ups and leave it changes her and when Drake happens to come back not if their lives changes for the better.

I chose to read and review this book. I am a fan of this author and do enjoy her work a lot. I enjoyed reading this bundle very much. I enjoyed reading each book. Everything is well written, the characters are well developed, the flow of events, the interactions, the chapters will keep you wanting and needing more form each one. This one is full of sparks, hotness, steam, sexiness, dirty, wet, sweaty, ...and so much more that will make you wish you were in the book. I know I got hot from reading it. I recommend this one you will love it.

I don't know where to begin. Summer Cooper, this is the best boxset of stories I have ever read. Such interesting storylines including drama, hurt, sadness, tough guy attitudes, romance, crazy hot alphas, and the wonderful women they fall in love with. Each story has chemistry off the charts, and the sex scenes are amazing. Kept my interest from the first page. Didn't want to put it down. If you love tough strong alpha men, then this is the boxset for you!!!!!!!!!

This box set is absolutely a must have. As always well written stories with a great storylines and plots. It contains amazing stories that has a lot of chemistry and passion in them. 10 books of hot men, sexy women and dirty sex all in one place, a romance readers utopia! The entire collection will take you some time to read but if you pick and choose to read the ones you want in whatever order you chose it becomes a manageable and enjoyable task. The story lines revolve around the "typical" taboos and stereotypes but you will not find "typical" writing as the collection is top notch.

Lots of great reading. This is a set of 10 books by two great authors. I have read a some of the stories before and looking forward to reading the rest of them. The ones I have read pulled me in and I didn't want to put them down. There are twists, laughs, cries, and lots of romance. At the time of posting this review the set was ONLY $0.99 which it is well worth more than that.

Let me just say that this was a great set of books to put together.
For me there are always some I like better than others and I won't go over all the blurbs for each story. I will say that Down Right Dirty is really worth the money and I just know that there is something there for just about everyone.
