This one-shot takes place in the immediate aftermath of Extermination and has two stories, one involving Jean Grey and Hope, and the other revolving around a story from Cable's infancy. It's an OK read, but not one that felt particularly vital. It was great seeing Hope and the adult Jean Grey together, though!

I didn't enjoy it that much. I got into it blind and didn't know what is was about. Too stories I didn't get into. Too much sentimental and all that emotion toward characters I don't like much (I don't hate them just not my favorite X-Men)... so not really for me!

Really enjoyed this comic. Good character development. A nice return to form. Focus on character and plot, the X-men have always been a character driven comic -- and this was a good example of that. Everyone was given screen time. Nice juggling act between characters -- and the art continues to be top-notch.

An ode to the Summers family. In theory perfect for me, but there was a noted lack of Rachel.
