Mmm...Mmm...What a mighty good Man! 💖💙💖

Ahhh... FBI Agent Lachlan Cutlass! What a dreamy bad boy.💕 Got my first glimpse of him when I read, "Rogan," and I must confess, I was not a fan. That however, was due to the fact that he was undercover and all up in Rogan's backyard trying to "make nice" with Tessa. Bad Lachlan...Bad!😂

This time around however, Lachlan's heart is on the line and he plans to fight anyone he has to, including the stubborn woman he's been in love with for years, to get the happily ever after they both deserve. 😍

I have fallen for the guys of Siege and look forward to reading about each of them, as Bex shares their stories with us.

I appreciate how each female lead is not represented as weak or passive, but as a strong, intelligent woman with the ability to think, act, and take care of herself, and those she loves💘.

This was a short novella, compared to Rogan, but Lachlan needed to have his story told and I for one am so glad I got a deeper look into this complex man.

It might have taken years for Lach to get what his heart yearned for, but the journey was worth it.

Lachlan by Bex Dane a five-star read that will astound you. This is a novella in the Men of Siege series and wow I need more of this series immediately, Lachlan was such a great man, yes, he’s imposing and overbearing but he’s also sweet and tasty. Nev was a great character she has such strength to her that you couldn’t help but fall in love with her. You will adore this series as much as I do I’m sure.

Amazing

This is the first book I have ever read from Bex Dane and I loved it. From the very first chapter I was pulled in. I couldn't put the book down. I have to say it's a different kind of writing for me but I loved it. Drugs have a strong pull on people once they start using. Being able to come back from that and have a good life is not an easy road. It takes lots of strength on the drug users part and support from family and friends to pull through. It was hard reading how Lachlan had to watch Nevada shoot up drugs and go through the withdrawals and not be able to stop her from taking the drugs because he was under cover. These two had tough lives as children. Lachlan was using drugs at a young age and Nevada lost her parents to drug suppliers. But in the end they came out stronger than ever. Supported each other and helped a young kid in the end the way Nevadas parents helped Lachlan. This was very well written and I will continue to read more books from Bex Dane. I look forward to the next book Zook

I really enjoyed this novella because the characters are well developed and the storyline has is full of action. Lachlan retired from the Navy SEALs to look for his best-friend Colt’s sister Nevada. She went missing over 8 months ago and he joined the FBI to help his friend find her. He is extra motivated because he has loved her for years despite acting like another overprotective big brother to her. He thinks she has feelings for him, but neither of them have acted on their feelings.

Nevada quit her safe job with the Port Authority to become an undercover DEA agent without telling her brother or Lachlan. Lachlan is undercover on a drug bust when he finds Nevada and is stunned to see her looking like a string out junkie. The action takes off from there in a fast-paced read with plenty of action, lots of steamy, hot romance.

Lachlan is one hot hero and boy does he set the bar pretty high for future book boyfriends! The
secondary characters seem interesting.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "LACHLAN" Bex Dane did an amazing job writing this story it was full action, drama, suspense,Intrigue, passion, some twists that made its a real page turner. Lachlan and Nevada have known one another for a long time and have denying their feeling for one another she was the sister to his BF but he'd always loved her the sexual tension was hard to resist. Nevada went missing and Lachlan will do anything possible to find her this is so well worth the read the storyline is interesting, entertaining and the characters well developed and likeable. I definitely recommend to get this book Men of Seige Series is amazing you don't want to miss this read I thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to read "ZOOK" the next this series. AWSOME READ.

Lachlan has loved Nevade since they were teens. He didn't feel he was good enough because he had bee an addict. Went into they Navy and became a Seal, then she went missing and he left the Navy to find her.
Nevada has always loved Lachlan but he did not she her as anything but his best friends little sister. She went her own way.
Will he find her before whatever trouble she is in takes her away for good.
Read their story to find out. Easy to read, fun, flirty, adventure, danger a read without putting down story.

This is the story of two people who have secretly loved each other for years, after losing touch with each other they finally meet up again when they are both undercover. The big problem being that neither realizes the other is undercover as they work for different agencies! As one can imagine that can cause some confusion and some second guessing as to what to do. Read the book to find out what happens, it’s only a short book so should only take an hour or two and you shall have spent that time reading a wonderful book!

Enjoyable, well-written storyline with a few twists along the way. Lachlan searches for Nevada for eight months, then finds her where and when he least expects it, in the middle of a drug sting. These two characters have known each other for many years, so can Lachlan persuade Nev that he is interested in more than being a big brother? Will she give up her revenge? Lots of action in this book that makes you want to keep turning the pages to see what will happen next. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Lachlan is a FBI agent. Lachlan is on a case when he gets the surprise. Nevada is a DEA agent. She was tried of waiting to get justice for the murder of her parents. So she took things into her own hands. Lachlan tells Nev on how he feels about her. Nev can't believe that everything that she has been waiting for the last four years is now happening. This is a fairly well written shorter romance that supplied a lot of angst, suspense, and some downright good spice. I really felt the heat in the love scenes, but no so much outside the bedroom. There was never a feeling of anything going completely off the rails. Maybe her partner of two years could have put up more of a fight for her (and still lost her as a lover in the end). Or maybe there could have been more suspenseful, heart pounding action in the final scene. Clean editing and a flowing plot. Just misses the mark for a 5 star story.

She doesn’t know, but he has her back on a bust that could go horribly bad. She is finally of age, is he going to make his move?

This is the first book by this author - Bex Dane I have read. And I will say I will be following now. This book revolves around Lachlan who is your typical alpha, he is ready to protect the woman he loves. The characters have undeniable chemistry and the plot is engaging keeping you turning pages. I was kept on the edge waiting for the next thing to be revealed. I can’t wait for the next addition to the series I think everyone would enjoy this series if you like tough men with a touch of spice.

This book was about an ex-SEAL (Lachlan) who joined the FBI to search for his best friend's missing sister (Nevada). They have always loved each other though neither realizes that. It turns out she is missing because she has gone undercover for the DEA and is trying to go after a drug-dealing mafia lord who murdered her parents years before. There are lots of tense events as Lachlan searches for her and wants to rescue her, and then hopefully have an HEA with her. Great book. I highly recommend it!

Another Fantastic Men of Siege Book!

I love every book by Bex Dane I’ve read! I’m so glad I have the chance to read another one of her great books! Lachlan is a well written, fast paced novella that held my attention all the way through it! I couldn’t put it down until the end! It’s full of action, drama, suspense, intrigue and super hot chemistry! It’s a definite must read!

This is a must read. It is exciting, emotional, surprising, dramatic, suspenseful, intriguing and so much more. She is his best friends sister and goes missing. He has liked her since they were kids. She doesn't understand yet the depth of his feelings. She is working undercover for the DEA and he is in the FBI. He goes to look for her and to claim her once and for all. I really enjoyed the blurb of the storyline and was looking forward to the characters and plot. Whilst it delivered the romance, twists and turns and tension at the end, it just seemed too much was put into a novella. Had this been a full length novel and had a chance to expand the storyline fully I would have really loved it and given it 5 stars. Characters were real and whilst this was the first Bex Dane novel I have read, it won’t be the last for sure.

This is the first book I have read from this author and I liked it! This was a mix of second chance and brother's best friend. Loved how Lachlan is a protective alpha male. This was a quick well-written book with romance and action.

Enjoyed the book. It is a quick read and entertaining. Nevada disappears and Lachlan resigns his military post and goes on the hunt for her, while working for the FBI. Unknown to Lachlan and her brother, she is DEA agent working undercover. The story is fast pace and full of action. It is a good read and I would recommend it for a quick read.

This starts with you kinda on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what’s going to happen next. There were quite a few gripping moments here. And definitely some exciting action. And let’s not forget some steaminess going on. Very much enjoyed this book, and this series
