I really like this book. It translates to a lot of areas besides archery. I like to read it while I'm in field hockey season because the advice that it has for shooting is really practical for shooting on a goal. I talk to my FH girls about it a lot which makes them think I'm nuts. It also gives a good deal of life advice which, let's face it, I need. Archery book? Field hockey book? Self-help book? Either way it's a favorite, I need to "Stay calm at the center" no matter what I'm doing.
