I’ve just finished ‘Smarter, Sharper Thinking’ by Dr Jenny Brockis. I give this book 5 stars and wish I read it sooner after having it in my bookcase for some time.
The book contains practical tips on food, sleep and exercise that benefits the brain. In the first couple of chapters, I’ve been encouraged to change the fat content of my diet and also force myself to get out of bed when I wake before my alarm.
The book discusses focus, leadership and change management too. It’s another text that reinforces that lack of ability to practically multitask- a good reminder to let your employees do one job at a time!
It gave me the final nudge to go get a bicycle! Read to find out why!
A really good and useful book with plenty pieces of advice to think better and smarter for everyday’s life. The author highlights how good, sleep and physical activities can benefit your brain and your learnings.
