The action-packed conclusion to the Raven Investigations Series…
THE WORLD WAVERS ON THE BRINK OF WAR. TENSIONS RISE, BATTLE LINES ARE DRAWN. ONE DECISION WILL EITHER SAVE THE WORLD…OR ANNIHILATE IT.
Raven has lived on the fringes of the human and supernatural worlds for years, until one wrong move sets her on a collision course with a team of trained killers. Being hunted is nothing new, but when she accidently triggers a curse and the monster under her skin vanishes, her worst nightmares become reality. Instead of retreating into her fears, she places her trust in her pack, letting them show her what it really means to be their alpha.
In a race to create the perfect super soldier, both sides of the war believe Raven is the key to their survival. When her very existence places her pack in jeopardy, she’ll fight tooth and claw for the return of the beast she’s feared her entire life, because one thing she and the creature can agree on—all that matters is the safety of their pack.
Only when the ancient creature that nearly destroyed the world a millennia ago rises again does everyone realize the true danger—they must either come together or watch the world burn.

Where the fanged, furry and spell slingers fight the darkness inside their soul for a chance to claim the one they love.
I don’t understand how this solves all the problems. It seems way too easy. And the London twist? So lame. The last two books were a waste of ink. The first books were so good so I am very disappointed.
This is a great reverse harem series. We finally get some action with all the men and we get a look at the soldiers' side of things. I do find it interesting that all of the women besides Dina are mean, cruel or insane and I wonder why Raven doesn't have any other postive female characters in her life.
This was a lot of fun to read and I enjoyed the ending.
Ending this on a 'meh' note. There is a lot of potential and the romance is a huge slow burn, but I feel like things weren't explained very well and I still have no idea when the guys became her 'mates' and... yeah. An interesting story though.
3.5 Good end of the series, everything wrapped up nicely.
Overall, the characters were fun, they made me like them and want to see what's happening to them. The action was fast-paced and the plot was interesting, even surprising at times.
Well done, author! I need to see what else she wrote.
Here we go again. Another story about a badass woman who gets weak at the knees because her men LOOKED at her. PLEASE can we drop this narrative. Have the woman be as badass as she wants and have the men run with her rather than against her or try and stop her. For an alpha, she let WAY too many things slide. The romance was lacking and made them.souns like lovesick teens rather than adults trying to face a problem
The only redeemable thing in this book was the storyline I know a lot of people found it too hoppy and choppy but if you keep up you'll understand quite a bit. My favourite character was Taggart. I couldn't relate too the MC. She got herself into ridiculous situations and it seemed it was just a way to carry the story forward rather than a natural cause of trouble. The men all said trouble always finds her but that's laughable she goes looking for trouble but somehow manages to find a ridiculous shit storm instead. This book has the potential to be sooo much better. It was okay but this last book ended POORLY.
I enjoyed this series. I loved the characters and ghee the most part Raven. I hated that the author waited until the last book before she became intimate with her men. The insecurity Raven suffered from that prevented her from becoming intimate dragged on for 5 books. It was overdone and the author seemed rush to have it done in this book. Although, this seems to be the last book in the series, the conclusion was open ended. Thus there were still loose ends. I hope she does a spin-off that includes the original characters, so that we can get a true conclusion. However, even with these complaints this was still a great book. I have the book 5 stars because the problems I had with the book were personal opinions and the overall book was excellent. As with most series, the books must be read in order.
For the last book of the series, it was a bit lacking. There’s there too many loose ends to be tied up (would liked Raven to have solidified all ther relationships a bit more), and it feels like there might be another book when it says it’s the last. I’m left feeling unsatisfied with the end, with the story and the characters. Oh well...
I know a good series is one I have to finish in 1 day and this series was it. The sex was tame in comparison to nowadays sex scenes and I loved it. Anita Blake had the potential to be top notch badass. But the sex ruined it. This series was a breath of fresh air. The FMC was quirky, troubled but opinionated and showed consistent and reasonable growth throughout the whole series. But this last book, it felt so rushed. I wanted to know the back stories for all her men but especially for London. That was a relationship I felt should’ve been explored more. I loved watching Raven come into Dragon Raven but the ending…it was such a let down. She literally had people from the council gunning for me and suddenly after she shifts they just go compliant?!??! If I’m being honest I think each relationship should’ve had it’s own book. I would’ve enjoyed reading them. Taggeret was my favorite hands down. Despite having a vague and anticlimactic ending, I felt tears well up as I finished the whole series. This is a solid series through and through. 10/10 would recommend them all.
Bittersweet! The end of a fabulous series, I am beyond sad it has ended. Whilst an exciting and thrilling read I cannot help but feel a little disappointed. Relationships deepened but I feel it was a tad rushed, her new relationship also felt a little under done but was a nice twist. The ending felt a little disappointing to me, don’t get me wrong it is still exciting but just was not what I expected, and I would be beyond happy if another book was done in the series now that no one is fighting the attraction and to see more excitement and adventures now they are a unit and she has completed her transition
All that said I will read the series again and still highly recommend the series and this book, it’s still an awesome read and I look forward to more RH stories from this very talented writer
Absolutely LOVE the way the entire story blended together!
Its such a mix of a steamy reverse herem romance and Laurel K. Hamilton all mixed in one! The similarities between the Anita Blake series and this one is so uncanny but so different it throws you for a spin! Its been so hard to find a series as good as Anita Blake presented but now I've found it! Literally YEARS of searching, no exaggeration ! Love the characters, the discriptions, the way the main character continues to grow in not only mind but body as well. Its like reading a story of birth all the way to adult hood. I'm about to cry, I've been up for two days in a row just encased in every word that painted a picture in my head!
War is inevitable... or is it? This book finds Raven fully embracing her growing powers, along with her men (finally!!) Answers are given and many lose end are tied up - but not all. Randolph? He’s a lose thread I want answered! Perhaps the author will play in this universe again some day, bringing out some of these secondary characters and solving a few mysteries she left on the table.
All in all, this was a great, slow burn series - I can’t believe I waited so long to read it!
Can Electric Curse really be the last in this series? No... say it isn't so! I have loved tbe books in this series, Raven has been an amazing female lead character and her men are all so special. The storyline was excellent, and sadly I could well believe that labs could exist if supernaturals did. 5 Stars for a great story, 5 stars for unforgettable characters.
I have throughly enjoyed every book in this series. Raven is a great character that you can't help but root for. Watching her grow to accept her pack and her men was lots of fun mixed with some edge of your suspense. I loved all the guys too! Thanks Stacey Brutger for such a fun ride with Raven and her pack,
I waited soo long for this book to come out, and I'm not disappointed...well a little. As I was reading I couldn't help but cringe when looking at how many pages I had left to read since its stated that THIS is the end of the series. The ended was good but I wouldn't mind if another book came out...maybe...eventually? 🙏😍😊
The ending of the series came together well. And it was a riveting, well thought out storyline. I do feel the author prolonged the sexual tension to long and because of that I would not have finished the series if it hadn't been on kindle unlimited as it was really irritating me, so I wouldn't have bought the books.
I had read all the rest of this series but somehow missed that the finale had been released. Finally found it almost a year later and so happy I did! I love Raven and her men. The slow burn was perfect. She finally came into her own while the guys balance her out. A great end to a great series. And getting the bad guys never hurts either!
A good ending for the series. She has so much bad luck and trouble finding her, poor thing. Her relationships with the men finally solidify (took way longer than I expected or wanted). But she had to grow as a character. Luckily all her men are patient. I really enjoyed the last scenes, but the climax and the aftermath.
What an exciting conclusion! A warbis coming and it's up to Raven and her men to try and avert it. So many exciting things happen in this final book, but most of all the loyalty and protection of this family is awesome.
I have loved every book in this wonderful series!!!! I’m so glad Raven got her happy ending but sad to see the last of these characters! I can’t wait to see what else this extremely talented author has in store for us!!!
I really enjoyed the characters and storyline of this series. Fantastic from beginning to end. I’m sad to say goodbye to the series but will definitely keep it on my worthy of reading again list.
Though I felt Like most of this book was filler and I wasn’t convinced it would end. I am sad that it did. This book tied it all together and gave us a great ending. I just wish there was more.
“Raven rolled her eyes at his dramatic tone. “You exaggerate.”” This line right here. After reading the previous books in the series and all the chapters to this point. This right here.
This was an epic ending to a great series. Seems every loose end is tied up in a neat little bow. Raven is finally able to claim her mates, even adding to the group. Raven truly comes into her power and it is epic!
This was terrific! I'm really going to miss these characters. I wish there was 10 more books about them. But I'm satisfied with this ending. It wrapped up really nicely. Sorry to see it end..
Brilliant ending. A lot of questions answered. I do feel that some revelations should've happened in book 5. That said, I find myself wishing for another book and pretty bummed that this is the end of Raven and her pack.
The series was really great. The characters were strong and likable. The plot kept me going even through I did not like the gore especially in the second book.
