Amelia:
Feeling like a failure, I returned to my hometown to start my life over. Seeing my first love, my brother’s best friend Dylan, made me feel like a teenager again.
He’s offering me a job and I really need one, but I don’t know if I can handle working with him every day knowing that first love kind of heat could rise up at any moment.

Dylan:
It took me a few years to get over my best friend’s little sister breaking my heart and to be able to move on with my life. Now she’s back in town and needs a little help to get back on her feet. I believe in second chances, but so does her ex.

This was an enjoyable read. Dylan and Amelia have known each as long as they can remember. Dylan his her brother's best friend. They had a fling when they were younger. she left and they both moved on. Amelia is now back in town where she starts working for him. Thankfully they get their second chance at happiness.

ONE INCREDIBLY DELIGHTFUL READ!!!
OMG! Man, talk about psychos. This is one exciting, action packed, heart pounding, pulse racing, nailbiting, smooth flowing, page turning bombshell that's as riveting as it is captivating. All the drama, fear, uncertainty, hope, love, danger and suspense increases steadily as the tension spirals while the plot thickens. A whirlwind of emotions and events that really pulls those heartstrings. Twists and turns, ins and outs, ups and downs, along with a few unexpected circumstances and unpredictable surprises around every corner make for one thrilling experience. The strong connection and chemistry between the two main characters have such depth and individuality. They make an amazing couple. You can't help but love them. The scenes are so graphic and detailed it's easy to picture each scenario as they play off one another perfectly. Liz did an excellent job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Fantastic job Liz, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

Solid plot and good build-out of the main protagonists in this second chance 💕romance. I liked the author's way of giving Amelia and Dylan 's romance some🔥 steam without being too explicit. And the flashbacks and reminiscences to their earlier history were just detailed enough to get a good feel for how they arrived at their second chance ten years after.

I did note a bit too much repetition and some inconsistencies in the sequence of events, but they were minor and had no effect on my enjoyment in the story.

The journey to togetherness

Another touch down from this author who has successfully delivered an exceptional story. The story is an authentic romance that will getting your heart fluttering. Dylan and Mia were a couple when they were younger but circumstances caused them to break up. It takes ten years and heartbreak for them to find their way back to each other. The characters come alive in the story and the scenarios seem very real and believable. Whilst there is a bit of drama, I enjoyed the main premise of the story being the way Dylan and Mia found their way back to each other after such a long time. It is a definite must read.

A really good second chance romance! 💞💖🔥💞

This book is so good! Amelia and Dylan had grown up together since he was her older brother Benji's best friend. But the summer after her high school graduation everything changed. They went from pseudo brother and sister to so much more. But now, ten years later and a lifetime apart, they are put back together after her divorce and her need for a job. A job with his company. Amelia and Dylan have a second chance at so much more than they had before if her ex doesn't ruin it for them first. 💕💗💕

I was giggling at them, cheering them on, and hoping things would work out for them all throughout this book.❤️️

Sweet Second Chance

Amelia and Dylan are brought back together after a decade apart. A summer romance that ended with unspoken words led to them each living their own separate lives. This was a first time read for Ms. Peters and I was extremely impressed by the amazingly well written storyline as well as the relatable characters to match. From cover to cover I found myself captivated by their second chance at love. Follow along as Dylan and Amelia discover that all was not lost and their hearts can heal, as long as it's together. This is a beautiful love story and I am certainly a new fan of Ms. Peters.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Try Me Again in exchange for my honest/voluntarily given opinion and I highly recommend reading this book.

Five stars because it was well written, great characters, interesting and entertaining from beginning to the happy ending. Amelia moved back to her childhood home to start over after a divorce from Kyle because he couldn't keep it in his pants. Her brother's best friend Dylan offered her a job working for him as his secretary. Amelia and Dylan were once lovers. Dylan had married and had a daughter, Jessie. His wife had died several years ago. They both still had real feeling for the other. Sparks were intense. A beautiful love story. Highly recommend.

This is not the usual suspense tale. Amelia has returned to her hometown after being away for a decade. Down on her luck, she meets an old boyfriend, Dylan, who is willing to help her out of a tight spot. In spite of keeping things professional, the old feelings awaken but it’s not happily ever after. Dylan has a daughter to consider and Amelia has a past that won’t let her go.
I was so drawn into the lives of these people that I let nothing get in my way of finishing the story in one sitting!

Wow... What can I say, she has done it again with the great story telling and great writings!! 👏🏾This book had me hooked from the first page and couldn’t put it down! This was my first read from Liz and was a wonderful second chance romance. Amelia and Dylan and Dylan were together years before but things did not work out. In the years since they have been together, Dylan was married and lost his wife and is now raising his daughter alone. Amelia married but her husband was a cheating git so she divorced him and now she is back home it does not take long before they both realise they still have feelings for each other.

This is a well written book with an entertaining story line. It's a second chance romance between Amelia and Dylan who even after ten years apart still have a hot chemistry together. It's an interesting story with the two finding love and dealing with her ex. There's drama,suspense,fear and danger as well as their passion and romance. I enjoyed and would recommend this book.

Amelia has returned home with no job and ex-husband. Dylan now a business owner has a history with Amelia, but this widower needs help and perhaps giving Amelia a job would help them both. Ms. Peters has written a book about second chances and it was brilliantly written. It is not a short story so give yourself time to read, but the twists are splendid and I loved the ending. This is a great book to add to your collection.

Second chance in firsts love

Very well written, sweet read about second chance in love and happiness. I really enjoyed reading this story without angst but with a little bit action and unpredictable event. It all made the story of Mia and her first true love even more interesting. If you are looking for short, no angsty, romantic read without unnecessary drama this read is ideal for relaxing afternoon or quiet evening.

This is a nice romance where 2 teenage lovers meet again ten years later, both having been married to others. I enjoyed the slow burn as they reconnected. He is a widowed single father and I would have liked more of the daughter included in the story. Lots of drama and angst center around her ex.

Looked up and I was at 60 % ( it was a struggle) when I realized NOTHING HAD HAPPENED! No growth, no intimacy, no potent dialogue. Had to return, immediately.

I enjoyed Dylan and Amelia's story. While it wasn't the longest story in the world, it was enough to hold you to the end and rooting for the HEA you knew was coming!
