**AMAZON BESTSELLER IN SELF-ESTEEM/SELF-HELP**AMAZON BESTSELLER IN HAPPINESSWhen was the last time you felt good about yourself, worthy, and capable of achieving what it is you want out of life? Hello Beautiful is for women of all ages who are tired of dealing with self-doubt, low self-esteem, anxiety, or regret over a past that cannot be changed. From the author of "Happy B*tch," understand how to let go of regrets, boost your confidence, and finally experience what it feels like to be comfortable in your own skin.
This is a self improvement book for women that is written by someone who understands the mental and emotional challenges we face as women and delivers practical advice in a warm and comfortable style.
In Chapter 1, "Real is the New Black," Keryl makes a convincing case that a big part of our negative voice and anxiety is that we show up to ourselves and the world filtered and incomplete. She shows you that the most powerful and beautiful version of you is the whole one . . . the sum of all you think, feel, are, and have experienced. If you deal with never quite feeling like enough, this chapter helps you understand why and more importantly, what to do about it.
In Chapter 2, "It's Okay to Not Be Okay,” you will see how the positive-thinking movement has been taken to an extreme, where we fear telling others the truth of what we feel inside. This disconnect between the version of ourselves we present to others and the real one inside creates anxiety. It weakens our ability to achieve what we desire. Learn a much better approach that will reduce the frequency and duration of so-called "negative" emotions.

This book has allowed me to reflect on my feelings and I loved how she included questions to ask yourself and write down. Helped me understand my self and intentions clearly. I am very thankful to have found this book, for it has truly made a difference in my life already.
I found this book very helpful and eye opening. The author helped me take a look at myself. Helped me to look at myself more fondly and less accusing than in the past. I'm too hard on myself for sure.
Oddly though, here on Goodreads, they show this book as being only 119 pages. It's 133 pages, not counting pages reserved for a Reader's notes should she choose to use the pages.
Lovely read. Simplistic and heartfelt with all the feels. This book is for anyone who needs to pull themselves out of self-doubt, who needs to know that they are already enough, and what they need is already inside them. Enjoyed this book very much.
This is a must read! It made me think of my childhood when I wanted to have sisters. It is a wonderful book about a family with 4 sisters and the things that happen in their lives to push and pull them apart. The story holds your interest and is full of love.
I recommend this book to anyone struggling with seeing their worth or being confident or struggling with emotions. I'm definitely planning on buying this book.
This book was very surface but well intentioned. Once I got to the end where the author said you shouldn’t read the news but instead get your information from social media I tuned out.
This book was everything I needed right now. “Hating hate doesn’t diminish it. It magnifies it.” This is really important to remember for all the time, but especially for right now in the world.
Love this book. It is very friendly, fun to read, since you do not get bored with it. I love the metaphors the author uses. I really liked the book a lot and it was very useful during these difficult times that we are going through.
