Jade has increasingly little to say about herself as time goes on, other than the fact she is an author, but she’s plenty happy with this. Living in imaginary realities and having a legitimate excuse for it is really all she’s ever wanted.
Jade is as dirty as you’d expect from her novels, and talking smut makes her smile.
She lives in the Herefordshire countryside with a couple of hounds and a guy who’s able to cope with her inherent weirdness.
She has a red living room, decorated with far more zebra print than most people could bear, and fights a constant battle with her addiction to Coca-Cola.

Mr. Sinister

The following ratings are out of 5:
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙🎙
Romance: 💙💚🖤❤️
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📔📙
World building: 🌎🌍🌏🌎
Character development: 😭😖😔🤐😥

The heroine: Paige - she thought her sixty days began with Brandon days ago, but now they really begin. She agreed to sixty days of pain and debauchery, knowing that some would be with Brandon, but that eventually she would be sold to the highest bidders to submit to whatever filthy things they wanted, but when it comes to pass, she realizes that she didn’t want it at all.

The Hero: Brandon - Just as he realizes he has feelings for Paige, things change and he is no longer in charge of her future. The rest of the sixty days are out of his control and he is scrambling to try to get that control back.

The Story: Henry Drake as the villain in this one really takes off. He has no morals, no standards and has enough money and power to do whatever he wants. He wants to make as much money as possible and accepts all the bids that came in for Paige no matter how vile and abusive.

This book was told in dual points of view via dual narration, where the male narrator does the chapters in Brandon’s point of view and the female narrator does the chapters in Paige’s point of view. Not my favorite type of narration since the male narrator has to do female voices within his chapters and vice versa. Though both narrators were very good. Both were English speaking narrators which matched the characters.

I read some other reviews that said the readers weren’t happy about the turn this book took and the fact that in the majority of this book the two main characters weren’t even together. Though I liked the way this one went. I liked the suspense and the story and the fact that it was about more than just the sixty days and the intimate scenes, though there was also some of that. I liked the fact that Brandon was working to take Drake down.

Genre: Erotic Romance
Type: Book 3 of 3 from Sixty Days series
POV: First Person - Dual
Rating:

Paige Emmerson thought her life as Sixty Days girl would be an easy payday. But what she experienced with Brandon Grant was mere walk in the park to what’s waiting for her next.

She was stunning. Delightful. Humble and horny and enough to drive any fucking asshole out of his mind with want for her, me most of all.

As Brandon and Paige’s attraction intensified, their faith on each other was put to a test. I like seeing how the handled the situation they were thrust into. I enjoyed the sex scenes. However, my dark soul was hoping for more of the deprave scenes.

I liked it there. In the abandon. I liked it there in the ultimate solace of giving up and letting go, just as I had with the man who’d first taken me there.

I love the addition of suspense element in this one. It made the story more exciting and engaging. Though I was not fully satisfied with the ending with some important questions that wasn’t addressed, I enjoyed the book overall.

Was she worth it? Truly worth it? Was filthy sweet Miss Emmerson really worth the sacrifice?

Own My Soul is the conclusion of Sixty Days trilogy. This series would appeal to fans of kinky erotic romance.

Continuing in the timeline, Brandon Grant and Paige Emmerson are immersed in this secret world of immorality and dark pleasure. For years, Brandon has been emotionally detached and focused on accumulating wealth, but it all started to change with Paige and as the truth is revealed. With Paige, she must come to terms with her new arrangement, yet wonders if she’s truly been abandoned.

“I needed him. He was my saviour in my dark hours. The beautiful monster who’d set me on fire and made me crave it.”

Alternating in dual POV, much more is revealed about Brandon’s past delving into his choices and showing a deeper character development. Learning there are grave consequences from actions, Brandon must take risks to protect what he values. Separated from Brandon, Paige shows her resilience even when her heart and body is tested.

“People will be watching,” he said, and his voice was low and loud. “Let’s give them something to fucking watch, sweet thing.”

With certain actions in motion, this last volume has a fast pace with each chapter having a suspenseful ending. The turn of events left me intrigued and one particularly unexpected depraved situation propelled a character that was often relegated to Brandon’s shadow. In finishing this trilogy, these characters come full circle and their experiences enrich their connection.

Own My Soul is an erotic suspense that delves into choices and consequences.

One star. Barely.

I'm really disappointed in how this story ended because it had so much potential. And at least 95% of the book happened with both MC separated from each other, and the only sex scene between them seemed pretty rushed to me, like it was half done. As if the author simply wanted to end this trilogy once and for all. So much unnecessary talk between Rebecca and Paige that could have been spent on something better. It was depressing and boring, and in conclusion it only made me angry, because the first and second part were pretty decent, exciting in some level.

I love this author and maybe this book wasn't what she expected either, I mean with everything that happened in her private life it's understandable... but I cannot help feeling cheated. I hope her next project is so, so much better than this one.

I have been really looking forward to this book. After the last book ended on a crazy cliffy I was dying to know what was in store for Paige and Brandon. There relationship has been easy and things got a bit more messy in this book. There are so many lies and secrets that need to be found out. I m so glad that I finally got to know what was goin on and what Drake had done to get where he is. You could see that Brandon wasn't alway this hard faced guy. There was a soft side to him, well a lil softer anyway.

My heart did go out to Paige she didn't know what was goin on. Her head was all over the place. But then she saw an old face that made the situation a bit more bearable. She did know that where she was the rules weren't the same. Paige had to hold on to the hope that Brandon would make it all right. Even though she didn't have a clue if it would be or that he would get there in time.

I really enjoyed this book. I was gripped from the start. Paige and Brandon are brilliant character. It was great to get to know Brandon's character a bit better. We knew so much about Paige. But I wanted to know what had made Brandon so dark and what part Drake had to play in that. He is such a shady character and doesn't care who he hurts once he gets his kicks. But this did make the story good the suspense was great throughout the whole series. Each book sucked me in. I would highly recommend this book and series. It's dark dirty and full of drama. It's what this author does best and I luv it. I'm actually sad this series is over. I would luv more of Eric I want to see what he would do next after what happened. I like his character more in this book he really did step up when he was needed the most. So I'm hoping for more. But I'm alway looking forward to see what this author will do next.

I'm glad that some external drama was introduced for the final installment. It certainly upped the angst and suspense considering the cliffhanger from the last book. It takes the entire book for that situation to resolve itself which felt drawn out towards the end. There is a subplot regarding Brandon's ex, Amelia, and the truth about what happened to Brandon's father that, while important to his relationship with Drake, did detract from the storyline about what was happening to Paige. Something dramatic or shocking would happen in Paige POV's and then it would switch to Brandon's POV for a mundane chapter of him solving the simplest murder mystery I've ever seen. Normally I would enjoy the suspense of waiting to find out what was going on with Paige, but I was so utterly bored with the subplot I found myself pushing to get through those chapters. I think this stems back to my overall general indifference towards the series. While I certainly liked it and don't regret reading it, it was nothing that blew me away or kept me glued to the story.

The manner in which the conflict was resolved was laughably easy and unrealistic but I can overlook that. I would have appreciated a further epilogue, however, and not just one that consisted of Brandon and Paige having sex. I was left with too many questions not only about the couple but the supporting characters as well. We are told everyone is fine, happy, and recovering but I wanted to see it.

If you dislike OM/OW drama, you may want to read this but it does contain spoilers.

Not gonna lie, this was damn boring.

We spent WAY too much time stuck in the character's repetitive ruminations. This is going to sound weird, but there was so much of the characters just...thinking? Both Paige and Brandon were constantly caught up in their own heads that they forgot to take much action. I feel like, with so little plot happening around them, that we were really meant to connect to the various thoughts that the characters were having. Plot twist though, they were thinking the same things over and over again. And, I barely cared about these thoughts in the first place. It got old pretty quick.

The main "action" of the story only happened at the end, and it felt incredibly rushed. We were given a few reveals, and those fell flat for me too. Idk, the ending was lack-luster and missing the punch that I was looking for. I wish more time was spent on developing the sub-plot stuff versus spending the majority of the time on boring character musings.

I've got to say Jade West never disappoints. She has a unique voice with characters that are always just as unique also. I loved Brandon and Paige but boy, did I sweat this one out. I had no idea what might be coming to her in the evil captivity of Drake and if Bran would get there in time. This one had so much more suspense, leaving you praying she wouldn't go through hell before Brandon had a chance to get to her. I know Miss West has never done a trilogy before but I'd happily read this again as it was not only engaging but also obviously not strung out (like some authors) to get you to read multiple books as opposed to one.

5 stars to Paige and Brandon and a totally satisfying ending!

I liked it

While it felt like an eternity to get to the end of this series I really liked the story that being said I would go have liked a bit more of what went down in the final moments, without giving away any spoilers that is the only way I can put it,
Brandon was every bit the man I conceived him to be in my head and I loved that he stayed true to that
Lots of nail biting twists and turns
Good book and series well worth the money

Decided against rating these because it would be unfair. But I have thoughts! This review contains spoilers on an analytical level!

Reading the trilogy is like walking into a psychological experiment disguised as erotica. It is not a romantic escape, not a comfort read, not a dark fantasy. It is a study—clinical, often uncomfortable—of power, submission, delusion, brutality, and the stories we tell ourselves to survive impossible situations. You don’t sink into these books emotionally; you dissect them. You watch characters interact like pieces on a chessboard, each move revealing its own strategy, its own psychology, its own distortion. And that becomes the real core of the experience: not desire, not heat, but the ruthless analysis the text invites, maybe even forces you to perform.

Paige is a fantasy, and not in the erotic sense. She is an archetype: optimism personified, purity wrapped in apology, a girl who can forgive almost anything because she believes it’s her role to absorb cruelty and alchemize it into understanding. Her emotional logic is all heart and very little self-preservation. She attaches quickly, interprets abuse through a lens of yearning, and projects meaning onto the smallest scraps of softness. Paige is written not as a fully realistic woman, but as a narrative instrument—a character whose innocence is so absolute it becomes both her power and her most implausible trait.

This isn’t inherently bad. Fiction is full of heightened archetypes. But in this trilogy, Paige’s characterisation serves a very specific function: she makes the unbearable narratively survivable. She allows the eroticisation of cruelty to exist without collapsing under the moral weight of it. She provides meaning where the actions themselves often have none. Her optimism is the emotional scaffolding holding the entire story in place.

And yet, that is also where it becomes difficult to fully buy into the love story. Paige’s capacity to reframe trauma into devotion is so extreme that it stops feeling like organic character development and starts feeling like authorial necessity. She is written to love Brandon, not because the relationship earns that love, but because the narrative needs her to.

Brandon is the more fascinating character psychologically. He is a man whose entire life is built around domination: financial domination, emotional domination, physical domination. Money is his god because money is the only god that ever stayed. Power is his language because power was the only safety he ever knew. We’re told he lost someone, and that loss becomes a quiet gravitational force behind everything he touches. He is a man who decided that feeling is too dangerous, attachment too costly, softness too fatal. So he engineered a world where he is always the one who cannot be hurt.

When Paige enters his life, the machinery malfunctions. He begins unravelling not through romance but through threat. She threatens his order, his isolation, his emotional detachment. She pulls him toward something he fundamentally does not have the skill to handle. His “love” is written as an eruption: uncontrolled, illogical, sudden, violent in its intensity. It’s obsession disguised as revelation.

And this is where the trilogy is at its strongest: in showing how deeply damaged people often misinterpret emotional awakening as destiny. Brandon’s descent is compelling because it is messy. It is not a redemption arc; it is a destabilisation arc. He is not becoming better. He is becoming exposed.

The trilogy stands apart in its exploration of submission, not as a polished BDSM relationship, but as a chaotic intersection of need, power, vulnerability, and psychological projection. Paige submits because she wants to disappear into someone who takes control, and Brandon dominates because control is the only way he knows how to feel safe. Their dynamic works not because it is ethical, but because it is narratively honest: two damaged psychological profiles locking into place like jagged puzzle pieces.

But the eroticism is inconsistent. Some scenes are undeniably intense, but very few are “hot” in the easy, escapist sense. The violence, the humiliation, the endurance of pain—these moments ignite thought more than desire. You are not swept away; you are thinking, analysing, interrogating. The voyeuristic framing makes you complicit, and that complicity becomes part of the discomfort.

For all the intensity, for all the exposure and unravelling and frantic declarations, I never believed in the romance. Not fully. Not in a grounded, real-world sense. Paige is too forgiving, too symbolic, too removed from the psychological realism needed to sustain a relationship like this. And Brandon is too embedded in systems of harm (not just emotional, but structural violence) for the story to convincingly shift from survival to love.

Their relationship is built on trauma, adrenaline, panic, and temporary sanctuaries between storms. That can feel compelling on the page, but it does not translate to sustainable devotion. It feels mythic, not authentic. Symbolic, not stable. They love the versions of each other created by pressure and danger, not the people they would be in a world without cages.

And then there is the unavoidable truth: much of the trilogy is abuse. Not kink. Not consensual power exchange. Abuse. Paige is beaten, humiliated, tortured, diminished. Even when framed as fetish, it is violence. And while the text sometimes asks us to understand it, the psychological reality remains: this is harm.

This is the first fundamental rupture in their romance! The amount of pain inflicted by the man the story wants us to root for destabilises the entire emotional foundation. Paige’s forgiveness becomes less a choice and more an inevitability written into her character design. Brandon’s remorse feels reactive rather than transformational. The harm is too large for the love to believably hold.

And then there is the abuse inflicted by others—the abuse Brandon allows to happen by proxy. Book 3 is where this becomes impossible to ignore. The violence Paige endures at the hands of others is not only extreme, but narratively framed as a “necessary obstacle” on her path back to Brandon. That framing is where the trilogy finally collapses for me. We’re not navigating consensual brutality anymore; we are watching a woman being tortured because Brandon placed her in a system that enabled it. Even when he feels guilty, the structural truth remains: he built this world, he sustained it, he profited from it, and he didn’t dismantle it until too late.

Paige’s response—her near-mythic forgiveness—does not heal this rupture; it deepens it. The abuse by others reveals the fragility of the central romantic premise. It doesn’t reinforce their bond; it exposes its impossibility. It becomes the definitive proof that whatever this story wants to call love has been fundamentally compromised by the violence required to keep the plot in motion. Especially since there's no real emotional pay-off by the end.

There is nothing comfortable about these books. Nothing swoony, nothing soft, nothing designed to make you blush or melt. These books invite analysis. They push you into a voyeuristic role, a camera trained on a cage. You are not meant to feel safe; you are meant to look closely.

And in that sense, they succeed beautifully. They are psychological puzzles, forcing you into discomfort, stripping away easy morality, and asking you to sit with the uncomfortable truth that desire, trauma, power, and fantasy are often deeply intertwined.

This trilogy doesn’t give you a love story; it gives you a dissection. And if you read it that way, it becomes one hell of an experience.

In true Jade West style there will be pain and struggle in book three too, but as usual the heroine will be taking whatever is dished out to her with a strong heart.

I enjoyed Paige and Brandon’s story even if I would have like some sort of pain and suffering for the person responsible to have brought so much evil into innocent lives.
Besides that I would recommend this trilogy to all West amateurs, to people reading her for the first time I’d suggest to start with something softer.... errrr right there is no such thing when it comes to her world 😉 then just jump in and be ready for a hell of ride 🥂

Boring... why every trilogy end up with the last book being boring? I skipped several paragraphs... I couldn't care less about what happened to Paige and Brandon. The last installment was predictable and I didn't like the ending. It was a happy ending for sure, but that's it. I think, I shouldn't have read this book...

Sweet Lawd. This book... Hell, this whole trilogy has blown my mind. This author just put me through the meat grinder. I knew the conclusion was going to be intense. I just had no idea that it would be THIS intense. I came so close to biting my acrylic nails off so many times it isn't even funny which says something considering I spend a crapton of money on maintaining my princess nails. She is known for dark and twisty but this premise and this book... yeah, truly in a league of its own.

Paige and Brandon were on a seriously precarious journey in which the outcome was left unclear at the end of book two. It was still unclear until the last twenty or so pages if time would run out and Paige could be saved. It was filled with suspense like all of her other books but the suspense was on crack. There is a large part of me that wants to get in this author's mind to see how she comes up with the plots and details to write a story like this. And there is another part of me that doesn't want to do that because she is truly magical. It would be like having a unicorn as a pet and having it lose its mystique because it was no longer rare but instead was normal. Maybe that is why I love her so much because she is as far from normal or "thinking inside the box type woman" as a person can get which in turn makes me want to enter the dark side with her.

This book brings back certain other characters from the past and answers all the questions that had been brought up in the previous books. It covered all plot twists and then some that I didn't even know that I should have been thinking about. The characters are still well developed. Yet, this is nothing new as she is known to make me have those "a-ha moments" when the puzzle pieces all fit together. There were many moments that almost pushed me out of my comfort zone but somehow toed the line at not forcing me to stop. This book and this series are not for those who don't like to dabble in the dark. There are triggers but in the same breath, there aren't. This series reminded me that what a person likes sexually or ultimately does sexually is for their own reasons. Despite being extreme, there is nothing forced here.

I highly recommend anything and everything that this author writes. She truly is one of the best out there when it comes to writing outside the norm and pushing the limit between dark and twisty with fluffy and sweet.

This is the conclusion to Paige and Brandon’s story and what a ending it is!

With Paige in the hands of the enemy Brandon is a destructive obsessed man who’s determined to get her back before his partner has chance to put her in danger. This is the book that made me start really liking Brandon. I haven’t always liked his actions or his stubbornness but in this book I was dying for him to let that beast out of its cage.

This is a great series if you like your limits been tested. It’s dark and twisted and so very hard to look away from. The twists keep coming throughout these books and this book gave me all the answers I wanted. I can’t wait to see what Jade West brings us next.

Annoying, predictable, boring - don’t recommend

I have read all of Jade West books and loved most of them, and by far this series is the worst.

After 3 books I still don’t understand why the characters even like each other, they barely talked to each other. They’ve known each other for maybe a week or two, with barely any spoken words and suddenly their in love?
And we as a reader really don’t know anything about them except the superficial.

Also I don’t understand why the author was compelled to use first and last name of the characters in all 3 books, ALL THE TIME - we get it, we’ve read the first one, we know their names. It was so annoying.

Their wasn’t really a closer, an epilogue or any sense of what kind of life Page and Brandon would have together- he was a human trafficker, now what is it that he’s going to do?
And also, there were no justice, vindication or anything for the girls. What had happened to Rebecca Lane?

The twists and turns of the book was so predictable, the inner dialogue of the characters so boring, and even the sex scenes-not sexy.
Definitely a 1 out of 5 for me.

I skimmed so much of this book it ain’t even funny! The MC’s aren’t even in the same proximity for over 90% of the book. It’s not that the writing isn’t good . It was just a boring road weaving to the end. I can’t help thinking it would have been better to have inserted some of the shit ton of internal dialogue of both MC’s into the other 2 books and stretched the story out that way. Also what’s up with all the hanging out with Rebecca. I’m being generous with a 2 star rating because Jade West can write….but when I start to skim it’s a bad sign.

In the final book of the trilogy, Paige has been taken by Drake after she has confessed her love to Brandon in book 2. In order to get her back, Brandon's brother, Eric, has been sent to work for Drake under the assumption he has betrayed his brother. In the meantime, Brandon has to face his past in order to find the answers on how to take down Drake and get his love back. Paige runs into someone they have been looking for... trying to survive and pass on messages to Brandon. Action, spice and a little thriller in a quick read! I'm all for it!

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Own My Soul is the third and final book in the Sixty Days Trilogy from Jade West. You must read the first two books Sell My Soul and Buy My Soul or you are going to be lost and have not cue what is going on.

Finally we get the fianle of Brandon and Paige's story. I have been really anxcious to read this book and find out just exactly how this series would end and what would happen with Brandon and Paige. I was not disappointed. This book is smoking hot and intense. When you finish book two you know that the conclusion is going to be something to behold and it really really is. You will be on the edge of your seat and while I am not a nail biter, I almost became one. The suspense in this book is so intense it might just rate as one of the most intense books out there. Seriously I expected it to be intense by not quiet this intense. If you are like me you have a miliion questions from the first two books in the series and you will get those answers and so much more. You will most likely be sitting with your kindle in hand and your mouth hanging open and unable to close it. This is a dark story so if your not a fan of those kinds of books then you proably want to skip it. However if your like me and love books that push your limits and have you breathless and questioning your own sanity for reading them then you do not want to miss any of these books.

You find authors that just do "it" for you, you find books that just "take" you there. Sixty Days series by Jade West, man let me tell you. Emotional, Passionate, Dangerous. All of that layered in a story that will just wrap you up and hold on to you. "Own My Soul" I think the writer owned did that thang, you know grab, pulled and led us around her brilliant mind. Brandon yeah I'd still be all in for him as my latest book boyfriend, he's intense but passionate, he deep but yet his feelings are right there for the one who is paying attention.

For Brandon, he can't just go on like he used to, for Paige she's dipped her toe in a world that now has her body in its entirety immersed. Its gone past what the 60 days entailed, It went past that a bit ago. Your emotions will run the gambit and you will be left raw in some places.

Brandon is on the brink of losing everything, to his silent partner, how is he going to recover his way? Paige is in a mindset that hmm.. isn't her style, but yet craves it. Um.. yeah just wow. Grab it, strap in and get ready for a ride that will blow your mind. Enjoy

Own My Soul by Jade West

Ms West has created an epic, outstanding read here.. the concluding book in her Sixty Day Trilogy and F*#k I’ve needed to think about my words for HOW I can do this Author justice? So from the heart we go...

Ms West’s final instalment is dynamic. Yes! It has the theme of BDSM throughout but it was also so much more. It had angst, twists and turns, jam packed full of drama and love.

Brandon & Paige do indeed ‘Own MY Soul’ right at this moment. This is a book AND series so beautifully written by (IMO) such an accomplished and extremely talented Author. I’m in awe of her creativity and could quite happily re-read this book and the entire series over and over again.

A WHOPPING 10 stars!!!

Own My Soul is the third and final book in the Sixty Days Trilogy from Jade West. You must read the first two books Sell My Soul and Buy My Soul in order to understand what happens in book 3- Own My Soul.
Ms West’s final instalment is fantastic. It has BDSM woven throughout but really there was so much more to this story. It has drama, angst, passion, steam, twists and turns, rawness, emotional feels and epic love. Brandon and Paige's story was so breathtakingly beautiful and intense. Everything that is was so much more in book 3. When you start reading, Ms. West's words hook you right in and you just don't want to stop until the very last word on the last page. That's how amazing her words are and this book is. Truly touching and phenomenal.

"She loved him right back"

Own My Soul is the final installment in the trilogy and it definitely went out with a bang .
I was invested in Brandon and Paige's story from book one and the whole series had me gripped but Own My Soul hit it out of the ball park with that fantastic ending.
This had me completely hooked and gave me a plethora of emotions.
It's raw,gritty and action packed.
I spent the morning gripped to this story and completely ignored adulting so I could binge read it.
It's completely addictive and so fantastically written you will be blown away.
I loved this series and I could feel the emotions coming of the pages.
It was definitely a labour of love by the fantastic Jade West.
You really need to buy/borrow this book as soon as you can.

So mesmerising, so intense. A perfect ending to an absolute stomper of a series. The layers of feels in this entire series has been monumental. Such an original idea and one that will be forever imprinted on my mind.

Book 3, dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s. I was entirely satisfied! The love I feel for Paige and Brandon is huge. Their chemistry is palpable and they’ve fast become one of my favourite fictional couples.

Jade certainly knows how’s to write the story that readers are craving, and this series is up there with all her previous work. I would even go as far to say it’s my favourite, that’s how enamoured I am with this series.

Her smile was ridiculously grateful considering I have been the one to hurt her so fucking badly.

In the 2nd instalment in this series, Brandon you still wanted to hate but my walls were being chipped away at seeing his care and feelings come to light. So many secrets I think still need to be exposed.
Paige, is she crazy for putting her body on the line to save a sister who may not be able to be saved? That is still to be determined. But what I do know is the true submission that she is feeling is very real and captivating.
Can't wait to see how this all wrapped up and questions get answered
