A spur of the moment invitation changes two lives.
Jordan Wolf’s company runs like a well-oiled machine. At least until his PA, Brady Donovan, comes down with the flu and takes sick leave. Then Jordan discovers what a treasure Brady is and who really keeps his business—and Jordan in particular—moving like clockwork. So when Jordan needs a plus-one, Brady seems the obvious choice to accompany him. After a major shopping trip to get Brady looking the part, however…. Wow.
Brady has a whole new wardrobe, and now his boss is whisking him away for a weekend party. Something is going on, something Brady never expected: Jordan is looking at him like he's never seen him before, electrifying Brady's long-hidden desires.
But can the romantic magic last when the weekend is over and it’s back to reality?

Jordan’s loves having his own business. He has the best coffee, eats a healthy lunch each day, and gets everything done in time.
That is until his PA Brady gets sick. Now Jordan’s days don’t run so smoothly anymore. When it looks like Brady won’t be coming back after a few days, Jordan decides to visit Brady to see if he can help in any way.
Brady is quite surprised to find his boss on his doorstep. Now he would think Jordan wants him to get better because he can’t do without his PA, but it looks like Jordan just wants him to feel better, not necessarily because of the company.
And that’s not helping Brady’s crush at all…
I really liked the first half of this low-angst story. I liked how Brady had this unrequited crush on his boss, and how Jordan finally saw Brady when he had to do without him.
But the second half was such a letdown. We suddenly got all these details and conversations about people who didn’t interest me at all. I always feel that side characters should have a role in a story, or at least have something interesting about them. If they’re just there to be there, I lose interest quickly.
For example, I didn’t care about Brady suddenly poring his heart out to his upstairs neighbor at all. I didn’t know her, I didn’t feel any kind of connection with her, so I could have done without her.
And Jordan’s friends who hosted the party they were at were just so meh. And their perfect children didn’t make me like them any more. The sudden ‘nasty person’ of the story also came out of nowhere and I rolled my eyes throughout that scene a lot.
I liked Brady and Jordan together, but when all the dull side characters got introduced, I slowly lost interest in the story and I ended up wanting it to be over.

An ARC of My Fair Brady was generously provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
Well that was just an absolute treat to read. It's a Dreamspun Desires book, so the chances were it was going to be filled with a lot of beautifully frothy romance and a glorious Happy Ever After and it totally was.
I do love me a good old office romance with one of the characters being in love with the boss but the best thing about this was how Jordan was the one who started to take care of Brady and realise he had such a treasure in his Personal Assistant a wee bit before the reader gets confirmation that Brady's in love with the boss.
It's super sweet and there's a really nice bunch of secondary characters, I loved Drake & Belinda, Jordan's old college friends, and I loved Brady's friend Phil (omena!) who was only on page a short time but had a fully formed personality.
Lots of lovely squishy romancing throughout, very little tension, a great read all round!
#ARC kindly received from the publishers Dreamspinner Press in return for an honest and unbiased review
My Fair Brady was cute, simple, and just what I needed this week. I found this delightful on the whole, even if I have to admit the second half prompted quite a few eye rolls.
I enjoyed the fake boyfriend trope, dual POV, low angst, a hint of Cinderfella, age gap, low heat, and a lovely happy ending.
3.5 Stars
Advanced Review Galley copy of My Fair Brady provided by Dreamspinner in exchange of an honest review.
Seriously, though, this was such a fabulously sweet and cute story. The primary trope is Doing The Bossman, or, in more general terms, The Office Romance, in this case between the uber rich boss of an Accounting firm and his highly efficient and somewhat sassy PA.
Brady is the very efficient and smart PA in question, and Jordan is his rather oblivious boss, who doesn't even realize how much Brady does for him to keep him organized, updated on all things, and fed a healthy lunch. Until Brady gets the flu and doesn't come to work, and Jordan gets a wake-up call. His newspaper isn't on his desk, his lunch doesn't magically arrive, and Jordan realizes just how much Brady does for him. Jordan decides to check on Brady, letting slide that it's not so his PA comes back to work, but out of concern for Brady's welfare. This fuels the unrequited crush Brady's been nursing - if your boss you've been mooning over brings you the proverbial chicken soup while you're sick, how can you not fall more for the guy?
From there, we run straight into the fake boyfriend trope when Jordan needs a plus one for his old college roommate's 10th wedding anniversary weekend bash. This is what takes up the second half of the story, in which we meet Jordan's friends and some other side characters, one of which is pretty nasty.
Told in dual POVs, we are treated to Jordan having the scales fall from his eyes, Brady being his sassy self albeit in designer threads and hoping against hope (or so he thinks) that this might be the real thing. There's a bit of steam, but with this being a Dreamspun Desires title, the focus is not on what they get up to in the bedroom, but their interactions before, during, and after the weekend they spend pretending to be a couple.
I really liked both MCs. Jordan, despite being so very oblivious, turns out to be a really good guy, and Brady's personality starts to really shine once he gets more confident in himself and his standing as Jordan's (pretend) partner. The romance isn't rapid, and they take time with the physical intimacy until they both feel they're on stronger emotional footing. Brady and Jordan have actual adult conversations, with honesty and straightforwardness. There's little angst, and what angst we do have is created by outside sources.
This was a really enjoyable, sweet, cute, and fluffy story; it's one that's perfect for a cold winter's day, curled up in front of the fire place, or a breezy spring afternoon basking in the sun, with your favorite beverage on hand while you sink into the pages of this book.
** I received a free copy of this book from its publisher. A positive review was not promised in return. **
I had not seen this book before but it looked cute so I thought I would give it a try. It was a fun - happy book! No miscommunication at the end of the book - which was a great plus! I really enjoyed both of the MC's and had a fun time reading it. Worth while!
It's one of those cosy-blanket stories: you know every crinkle, don't mind the slowly fading color and you can't really remember if there was a time when your couch was without that piece of comfort - it's only that after a while it's getting too cosy, too warm and if you look closely you might feel a need for a walk to the washing machine or in other words this is a romantic romance romancing ... and as usual it does it in the world of the rich and beautiful where everything turns out roses.
It's K.C. Wells so the characters helped a lot to enjoy the smooth ride into the sunshine until it became too much happiness and unicorns. Time to open the window and put the blanket into the bottom drawer until next autumn.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s just a sweet love story. The main characters are wonderful. Brady is an efficient PA to Jordan. He’s nerdy but cute. Jordan is a hard working CEO of his own company. They pretend to be lovers for a couple of weekends and discover true love along the way.
I’m really glad that I had no clue when I picked this book up that it was part of the Dreamspinner Press Dreamspun Desires series - I just saw it was a K.C. Wells book and that was good enough for me. I was worried when I realized it was part of that series, that it would be another overly sugary sweet book with not enough depth, and I am so glad that wasn’t the case and it really didn’t seem like it fully belonged in the DD series of books.
These characters were cute! And the storyline and plot were well thought out. I loved both Brady and Jordan. Brady is smart and organized with all kinds of sass. He does everything possible to keep Jordan in line and on task at work. Jordan is the boss and CEO, and Brady his assistant. I loved that Jordan really stepped up once he realized what was going on with Brady and that losing him would literally make his life fall apart. Lol.
I really enjoyed reading this book and every part of the guys’ story and how they ended up together, as co-workers first and then in a “relationship of convenience”, then into something so much more. I think the thing that threw me off the most though was how fast their relationship progressed after they decided to give it a go for real. It went from 0-100 really quick and while I was confused by it, I also had to remind myself it is a Dreamspun book where everything works out super quick and easy and everyone gets their HEA with zero drama and issues.
Overall I really liked this one, and I really think it was due to the author and writing style of the book and how well it all played out.

Brady Donovan is an efficient personal assistant to one Jordan Wolf. Brady has been having crush towards his boss for the whole time he's been organizing Jordan's life for the past three years. When Brady succumbs to sickness, Jordan realizes how precious Brady is, and starts seeing him in a different setting.
Then Jordan needs a fake boyfriend to take to his family party as well as his friend's wedding anniversary, Brady fits the position really well. Of course, Jordan thinks that maybe Brady can be a real boyfriend to him instead
...
After reading four action-y urban fantasy books in a row, this is exactly what I need to ease up my palate. My Fair Brady is a cute, sweet, easy, and definitely non-angsty MM romance that plays around the boss/secretary, Cinderfella, and nerd-is-sexy trope, pretty well. I liked both characters as well as their family and friends. I'm only disappointed that the author doesn't write Jordan and Brady's on page *pout*
Brady may have had a crush on his boss Jordan for a long time, but once Jordan started noticing Brady things went real fast. Everything was just easy-peasy from then on. Fluffy sweetness all the way with a bit of sass and witty banter thrown in. A most enjoyable and harmless in the best way book that I just breezed through with barely a break.
KC Wells took an old classic—My Fair Lady—one of my all-time favorites—and created a Dreamspun Desires book that gave me all the feels I’d expect from a story with that theme done in the MM romance genre.
In this instance, Brady Donovan is the best PA any exec could hope for. He’s bright, cute, anal about being organized, and anticipates his boss’s every need. Jordan Wolf couldn’t ask for a better assistant, and the sweet, smart nerd with his dark-framed eyeglasses is cute too. When Brady is suddenly no longer there to meet his needs, it takes a few days, but Jordan finally goes to Brady’s place to check on the guy. There he finds a Brady so ill he can’t take care of himself and Jordan’s nurturing side comes out. Added to that, getting to know Brady in a different way tweaks something in Jordan’s heart and he no longer only sees his PA when he looks at the young man.
Not long after that, Jordan asks Brady if he’d be his plus one at a weekend party in the Hamptons, and when he agrees, Jordan treats him to a day at the spa followed by a shopping trip that awakens Jordan’s hidden desires and gives Brady hope that his attraction may not be one-sided after all. Get the picture? Of course, this is based on a well-worn trope, but KC Wells infuses it with new life, and I was transported to my happy place where the smile never leaves my face as I engage with two very nice men who needed a subtle push to get together.
Are there angsty moments? Definitely, but they’re not overdone. And is there a nasty surprise over the weekend—a protagonist determined to break them up? Well, yes, but there are also friends who won’t let that happen, and there’s the bloom of new love and open communication which seals the foundation of their chance for love.
I totally enjoyed getting to know these characters and was caught up in their lives within the first 10% of the story. The long, slow love scenes were explicit and yet more romantic than a quick hop into bed. KC Wells does this so well. A host of secondary characters round out the cast and add enough to the story without taking it over.
All in all, a very satisfying and heartwarming read. MM romance at its best.
I love this cover. It is simple and I can visualize Brady perfectly. This is a Dreamspun Desires so we know we are getting a very trope-filled story with a Happy ending and this one fulfills all of that. I loved Brady and the office romance trope. There is also a sort of Cinderfella thing going on that is sweet as well. My only issue is where I liked Jordan...I didn't love him. Even though he is the one that starts taking care of Brady early on when Brady calls in sick to work, I found Jorda a bit shallow at first. I did start liking him later on though. brady has been Jordan ( a wealthy and hard-working owner fo a financial company) for three years. Brady seems to be the backbone behind it all keeping Jordan on track both in his business and personal life. Jordan doesn't realize just how much Brady does until he comes down with the flu and misses a week of work. then not only does he see how important he is as an assistant but he sees Brady as a man as well. he asks Brady to come to the Hamptons with him to a friends Anniversary party and that is where more eye-opening happens. This story is so sweet and it kept me turning the page, I needed a good sweet read and this fits perfectly. If you like office romance, wealthy men, office romance, Cinderfella, ugly duckling to a swan and some hot man-sex to boot you will love this!
This book was such a treat. It’s funny, slow-burn, low angst, romantic, and a sweet happy ever after. Brady has been crushing on his boss, Jordan, for as long as he worked for him, but he stays as professional as ever, and Jordan is oblivious. He only sees Brady as his very efficient PA. The turning point comes when Jordan finds an empty office instead of a cup of coffee on his desk. Without thinking about it, he starts taking care of a sick Brady. Then the realization slowly comes that Brady is more to him than his assistant. This may sound like any other book, but it is the way this author writes that takes it to a higher level. The fake boyfriend trope is not my favorite, but this author manages to give it her own twist. The writing is superb, as always. It was a delight to read. The characters are well developed. Jordan might be Brady’s boss, but he never acts like it. I loved how Brady grew from a very efficient assistant into a funny and sassy boyfriend. They are sweet and kind, but not too sugary. There is a lot of teasing and telling how it is, but it all is so natural. They are just genuinely nice people who care for others. Their romance is a lovely slow-burn one that gave me many happy sigh moments.
A personal assistant who is worth his weight in gold is often the most valuable employee in a CEO’s arsenal. Brady is exactly that PA and Jordan is the CEO who doesn’t really realize it until Brady is out sick with the flu. What happens after is a delightfully delicious romcom that I have come to expect from this author. Sweet, sexy, and a whole lot of fun!
Brady has been Jordan’s PA for three years and during that time Jordan has, well not taken for granted exactly, but not truly realized how essential Brady is to Jordan’s workdays. It’s not as if Jordan is incapable. He built his accounting firm from the ground up but when he hired Brady he said, “I told him I wanted things to run like clockwork, and I didn’t want my day cluttered with minutiae.” Brady took those instructions and ran with them so that now it is Brady who remembers Jordan’s parents’ birthdays and what they like, Brady orders the car service, Brady meets him first thing in the morning with all the financial newspapers, it’s Brady who interacts with all the departments heads and funnels the important information to Jordan, and it’s Brady who has his own coffee stash and maker so Jordan doesn’t have to drink the swill from the employee lounge. Personally after a few chapters, I wanted a Brady in my life!
I absolutely loved this book! A slow romance that has the sweetest intimacy. One that's not rushed but each moment is treasured for the beauty it is. Simply amazing. I loved both of these guys. And Jordan's friends are a hoot. Especially Belinda. She was great! But Jordan and Brady we're just special. Brady just melts your heart. For several years, he had been dreaming of Jordan being his. He's Jordan's PA. Running his life with perfect efficiency. He just wish he had a part of his personal life more....personally. He was used to being able to disappear into the background. But when he got sick and had to be off from work, Jordan really started to realize what Brady really meant in his life and how much he needed more. I wanted to shake him a bit lol. Like wake up and see Brady, ya know? But he finally did. He was just a little slow lol. And I love when he did. They just have that kind of relationship that seems so easy. Although, no relationship ever is. But they have great chemistry, work well together.... everywhere. I think you guys will love this book. It's such a sweet romance. It will make you melt like butter.
Office romances are always a favorite, and this one adds the extra of the fake boyfriend trope with a touch of Pygmalion to make things even more interesting. Plus, it’s also one of those “he was right there in front of me all along”…so from the start My Fair Brady has a lot of things going for it that I enjoy in the books I read.
Jordan is the boss, and like many bosses he knows he has a fantastic personal assistant in Brady, yet he’s still honestly kind of oblivious as to exactly how essential Brady truly is. Well, that is until he has to go without Brady for more than a day (yep, I know how that goes, I’m a bit of a Brady too in that respect). Brady really is amazing though—über-organized, intelligent, and he keeps everything at work running smoothly. And while he initially comes across as the nerdy, quiet guy who keeps to himself, one of my favorite things about this story is how much he comes out of that shell and becomes more comfortable around Jordan as things between them progress.
I liked the majority of the supporting characters, and thought they added nicely to the story—with the exception of the b*tch at the party. I really could have done without her, and frankly didn’t think her appearance did much for the story. Everyone else was great though, especially Jordan’s friends Drake and Belinda.
There’s plenty of sweet, but also a good shot of heat, and in the end My Fair Brady gets a solid 4 stars from me. Contemporary M/M romance fans will enjoy this one, especially if these are tropes you like—they’re definitely done well here. This book is meant for readers 18+ for adult language and sexual content.
KC is giving us another feel good story in the Dreamspun Desire series.
Jordan runs a high powered successful business. He relies on his personal assistant Brady for everything.
Jordan knows that his life and business has never ran so smoothly since Brady arrived about 3 years ago. When his doctor tells him to slow down he knows he has to start taking his workaholic ways more seriously. He never had time for a relationship because he was always trying to build his business. Now that he is a success and would like to find someone, he doesn't need to look far.
When Brady gets sick and is out of the office Jordan is lost. He didn't realize that he became so reliant on him. That is when he starts to look at Brady differently. Jordan decides he has to go see if Brady is alright and finds himself taking care of him. It was so sweet to see him bossing Brady around to help him get better. Brady thinks he is doing it just so he can get back to work quicker but for Jordan it is turning into more.
When they start playing fake boyfriends and the touches heat up It was fun to read. Both men want to take it to the next level but who will give in first. I loved that you think Brady is the why quiet one but you will be surprised.
This was a slow burn story with no angst. Brady has a crush on his boss but Jordan never looked at him that way until things start to happen and he does.
It is a feel good story that will make you smile. *ARC provided by Dreamspinner Press in exchange for an honest review. Reviewed by Jodi from Alpha Book Club
My Fair Brady is a sweet story of the almost invisible assistant who is in love with his boss. Brady is a PA to Jordan Wolf. Jordan, while he appreciates that Brady has everything ready for him each day, doesn't realize the scope of those things until Brady is out with the flu. His eyes opened, he begins to see beyond the surface.
Initially, I wasn't sure if I would like Jordan for Brady. He was so focused on work that he never really noticed Brady. However, I was happy to see how good a man Jordan was as the story continued. He appreciates Brady for the treasure he is at work, and when he gets to know Brady better, he appreciates him fully. I liked how their relationship changed slowly and didn't go at light speed once he saw Brady for everything that he was.
Brady is a sweet guy. He works hard and tries to bury his attraction and feelings for Jordan. I liked that while he was unsure of going with Jordan as his fake date, that he voiced his concerns. I was really happy to see Jordan reassure Brady that the makeover wasn't for Jordan, but to help Brady feel more confident. I liked seeing Brady's personality coming out more as his relationship with Jordan changed. I also liked that their physical relationship took time to develop as they got to know each other outside of work.
If you want a sweet story of a boss and his assistant finding love, this one may be for you.

This is a really sweet office romance, very much a feelgood love story that will leave you starry-eyed and maybe even feeling a bit mushy.
The workaholic boss and the extraordinarily efficient assistant with the make-over that wasn’t. Brady is our overlooked , rather than ugly, duckling of the hour and he gets a wonderful cinderfella moment, finally catching the eye of his prince charming, aka his aloof and oblivious boss, Jordan. Part of what makes this story so great for me though is that Jordan had already started noticing Brady before the make-over scene. There’s also a fake boyfriend element in this story, with Brady going the extra mile yet again to help out his boss/crush, Jordan.
I loved the way the author worked out the transition from pretending to be boyfriends to actually becoming boyfriends for real. That was such a great, pivotal scene. Aww… all the feels, people! The writing is brilliant as always. Everything is well-thought out and the dialogues flows very beautifully and naturally. The secondary characters are interesting and great fun as well, or at least, the nice ones are fun and the not so nice ones… also serve a purpose.
Low on heat, but high on romance and butterflies. Absolutely recommend this!
Jordan Wolf has always been oblivious to just how much his PA Brady Donovan does to keep his company running smoothly. It takes Brady's absence due to a bad case of the flu for Jordan to realize just how much he's taken Brady for granted. What happens next is a fantastic, charming, engaging, poignant, hilarious, smexy, snarky, lovely, and delightful delightfully unexpected twist on the fake boyfriend, boss/employee, and semi ugly duckling-to-a-swan tropes with a tip of the hat K.C. Wells style to the movie My Fair Lady. I was hooked from beginning to end, and enjoyed every single minute I spent reading it. If you want a marvelous way to spend a lazy afternoon, then I recommend getting this gem ASAP.
This a very charming under appreciated employee romance. Brady has a crush on Jordan but it isn't until Brady gets sick that Jordan really notices the treasure he has.
We have lovely care taking here and then the fun of a kind of fake dating into real.
I could easily see why Jordan was so into Brady but for me Jordan took a long time to really earn the adoration.
There's a scene in this wonderfully paced and lovingly detailed book which sent me running for my credit card and contemplating calling an Uber. It takes place in a relatively low-key and somewhat hidden gem of a restaurant in Greenwich Village which clearly smitten boss Jordan has taken his newly appreciated PA Brady.
I will not name the restaurant, because it is likely to have experienced a rush of new customers who have read this book and if they show up they will find that author K.C. Wells has described it, the menu, the ambiance, and the taste of the food perfectly.
Perfectly. Everything about this book is perfect. I can't tell you how in so many details other than Wells has created two super characters in Jordan and Brady whose sweet adventures on their way to romance and lust and love just made me tingle all over.
One of the super things is the cover--depicting Brady before Jordan really discovered how hot he was under those glasses and preppy façade. Wells leaves to your imagination how Jordan looks and how Brady winds up looking after Jordan remakes him, and your imagination will run wild.
My fair lady gets a modern-day twist, with two very sweet men at the heart. When crushing on the boss is a good thing. As always written with K.C. Wells' flair this is a really sweet story that is perfect if you want a happy ending that will make you smile
Jordan Wolf is a man who’s used to things going his way. He’s worked hard to build a well-running company but it isn’t until his assistant Brady falls ill and takes time off that he realizes how much the young man has helped him. It doesn’t take long for him to realize how valuable Brady really is…in more ways than one.
Brady Donovan works very hard at his job. He works even harder to hide his huge crush on his boss, something that keeps getting harder, especially after Jordan really begins to see him.
This novel is a true romance, in the best way. Watching Jordan and Brady navigate their way through the boss/employee minefield toward a meaningful relationship is very rewarding. The moments of doubt and worry are honest and feel very real. The issues they face aren’t just dismissed, but dealt with in the proper way and I find it very refreshing.
I enjoy very much how the author doesn’t drag everything out, making it over dramatic and silly. I always enjoy this author’s work and while this is a little different from the BDSM stories that are my favorites from them, it’s still wonderfully written.
The author does a great job of making sure that both characters don’t have to drastically change who they are, but instead Jordan and Brady learn to accept themselves and each as the men they’ve always been as they make room in their lives for each other.
Jordan’s friends Belinda and Drake are great catalysts for change, especially in Jordan and the only side characters of real note. Besides the evil witch of course. Every good romance seems to have one of those.
Watching Jordan come to realize who Brady really is, to see him in a different light was fun. Brady has an air of innocence about him that I found irresistible, but his competence is very attractive as well.
If you’re looking for a story that will leave you smiling, then this is definitely for you. There’s not a lot of angst, which is usually something I’d miss, but this time it really doesn’t matter. Jordan and Brady’s journey is compelling and sweet and I loved everything about it.

Jordan Wolf is the CEO of his company. He’s successful, very successful and works hard for that. With the help of his assistant, Brady, Jordan has his weeks running smoothly. Until his PA gets sick and Jordan realizes how important Brady is to his company and his life. Brady didn’t expect that having flu would change his life forever. My Fair Brady by KC Wells was a sweet and adorable book that I enjoyed a lot.
Jordan is the CEO of his own company. He’s powerful, hard worker and successful, but he never realizes that he can be all of that because Brady takes care of every aspect of his life. Jordan realizes soon that Brady is more than just a simple PA and at first tries to show him how grateful he is of his work until he meets the real Brady, the one in real life that he’s never met before. This Brady catches Jordan’s eyes and heart.
Brady is probably the best PA in the world, the fact he’s in love with his boss since he starts to work for him has nothing to do with his efficiently. Brady didn’t expect to see Jordan on his doorstep when he was sick, taking care of him. He didn’t expect to bond with Jordan more than their work relationship, and most of all, he didn’t expect to fall a little bit more in love with Jordan each time Jordan took care of him.
I adored these two men; they were so adorable, funny, sweet and just natural. Brady is funny and sassy; he doesn’t seem like that at first when he’s in PA mode. I love the fact that the reader meets this other side of Brady with Jordan. I loved Jordan too; he’s smart, kind and a protector. How he reacts to Brady’s absence is funny (the lunch episode made me laugh out loud), he’s completely lost without him, but when he starts to see the other side of Brady, he is hooked, just like the reader.
I loved how the author made the reader fall in love with the MCs at the same time they did. She didn’t just write their feelings; she showed them to us. I laughed and swooned for them all through my reading.
The book is only about Brady and Jordan’s story, no drama, no sub-plot. Just them and a piece of their life written with talent and it was very good.
I gladly recommend this book; it’s the kind of story that I enjoy to read and want to live.
This is a delightful story with an interesting premise and intriguing characters. Brady and Jordan are great together and I really like how their relationship evolves from boss/employee to so much more. The way that Jordan looks after Brady when he is sick is one of my favorite parts of this story. The cinderfella aspect is also a lot of fun and there are many other hilarious and snarky moments as well. Brady is awesome and I love how his personality starts to shine as he gets more confident and comfortable with Jordan. I like how sweet Jordan is with Brady and the great relationship he has with his friends from college and his family. I wish that the last part of the book was less rushed and that the obstacles they face are not so easily dealt with but overall this is an excellent and entertaining story and I look forward to reading more books by this author.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
Beautiful journey that was exquisitely woven with lovely threads of character and personality, culminating in an epic love i so enjoyed this sweet and charming romance of an unexpected and surprising journey to love. The theme is so true, that love and happiness can be right in front of us, if we just open our eyes. I enjoy this authors ability to create a gentle yet powerful love story from the normal and often mundane moments of our lives. .
Jordan is a focused man who doesn't see the gem of a person he has right next to him every day. Change a thought by just a couple of degrees of focus and things like shopping, working and eating are all seen in a new light. I so enjoyed Brady in this story, he is such a focused and good guy that you just want him to find love. Together Jordan and Brady are so awesome!
I was gifted this book from the author and i freely give my review.
My Fair Brady by K.C. Wells was given in exchange for an honest review. This book was the perfect love story with boss/assistant mc's. Jordan a workaholic CEO of an accounting firm doesn't realize how great he and his work life runs until his Assistant Brady falls ill. Jordan finds himself enjoying a different side of Brady he didn't see at work after deciding to take care if him. Brady is smart, kind, and loves his job of keeping Jordan's life and company running smoothly and oh yeah he is in love with his boss. I love how KC gives us a wonderful intimate look at Brady and Jordan's dance into a relationship starting from unrequited love to pretend boyfriend to real love. I also enjoyed the banter and snarkiness between them. You will find yourself cheering Brady on to be brave and speak up, all the while wanting Jordan to step away from his workaholic ways and love him like he deserves. This us a great story will reread over and over again.
