It was informational but I started getting red flags when it kept being mentioned that you should cleanse with Palo Santo and Sage which no you shouldn't especially White Sage since that's a closed practice along with Oalo Santo and both of those plants are going extinct so just cleanse with incense if you smoke cleanse
