As fae prince, Kylest treated protecting his people as a sacred honor and duty. His sister’s unexplained disappearance dealt a blow to his heart and pride. He would leave no stone unturned in his search for her.

Raven, a common fae, never dreamed Prince Kylest would ask her to help find the princess. Turning him down never crossed her mind. For Raven, a chance to serve the royal family was a special privilege.

They searched high and low, spending every moment together. Kylest tried to stay focused, but somewhere along the way, Raven became more than just a friend. He wanted more. He wanted her to be his.

Fate worked in mysterious ways, even if it had terrible timing.

The princess was still missing. Chaos erupted. Enemies resurfaced. The only way Kylest and Raven would emerge unscathed was to admit love made them stronger together.

Fae mates!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 💙❤️💚
Steam: 🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙
World building: 🌏🌍🌏🌎🌍
Character development: ☺️🙃😳🥰🤓
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙
Narration Type: Dual Narration

The Hero: Kylest - he is a fae prince. Five years ago, he returned to the fae realm, where his fiancée Odessa came into his home and demanded to know where he was and accused him of cheating on her. He immediately told her their relationship was over. Lately more and more he has been going to the pack Avynwood house because he likes the people there much more than in the fae realm. He is friends with Ari and Orien. He is one of seven siblings and is fifth in line to the throne. He is in charge of North America.

The Story: When his sister Robin disappears along with a bear shifter, Kylest and his siblings are charged with searching for her in the mortal world. It is of utmost importance since another of his sisters was murdered a while ago by a mortal man, she thought was her fated mate. His parents have looked in Europe and where she was last seen but there is no trace of Robin.

The heroine: Raven - she is a common fae female. The fae prince is coming to visit her family in search of his sister. They live in a mortal town in Texas, which is under the rule of Kylest. Raven is not thrilled about the meeting with the prince, but when he arrives, she is awed at how handsome he is. Raven is the sister of Odessa, though without the attitude. She likes Kylest even more when she hears that he kicked her sister to the curb. Her dad was killed by another fae who was flirting with her sister.

Raven offers to help Kylest in his search for his sister and Kylest is interested in Raven, so he accepts her offer and they go off and travel to other fae homes in North America. I love the fae magic in this one, they do glamour to color their hair and eyes, hide their pointy ears and get dressed, they can open portals to wherever they go, from the fae realm to the mortal realm and from state to state in the mortal world. They can also conjure up money out of thin air. I would love any of those powers, but all of them would be so fun.

The story was good. I liked the journey and adventure of the search for clues into Robin’s disappearance. Though the romance got a bit sappy at times and the prose was a bit too flowery. A lot of kissy kissy and I love you with every bit of my being and so on. Like the previous books, this one had great characters, the vampires Ford and Solomon appeared in this one as well as their parents and the two main characters went to the Avynwood pack mansion as well.

This audiobook was told in dual points of view via dual narration. It was narrated by Sarah Colton and Troy Duran. I really like both of these narrators; Sarah has a great voice and sounds age appropriate for Raven. Troy Duran is one of my favorite male narrators, his voice is deep and sexy, and I love just about anything he narrates.

This is the third book in the Avynwood series, I really think this one could be read without the others but why would you miss all of these different amazing characters. This book is all about Kylest who is a very magical Fae prince who oversees North America. His sister has gone missing and he and his siblings scour the world looking for her with no trace and very few clues to be found. Kylest visits his ex's house who is a fae and is instanced by her little sister Raven, she being drawn to the prince goes along to help him find his sister. Raven can't help but to also find the one thing she wasn't looking for, her possible forever mate.
I love these books they are truly magical they keep you engaged and make your imagination soar. I loved that the author added her other series in this book, and we visited their realms along with the Verascue crew and Ari and Orion. It was a great adventure with lots of unexpected twist and turns. Kylest and Raven we so phenomenal together they make a great team.

Kylest’s Reign by Michelle Dare is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah L. Colton and Troy Duran.

This is the third book in the Paranormals of Avynwood Series. The books can be read as standalones but I find it more helpful to read them in order since they reference characters from previous books.

This is the third book of Michelle’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I cannot wait to read the forth book in the series Solomon’s Surrender to dive into Solomon and Lilah’s love story.

Once again Sarah and Troy did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life.

Kylest, Kylest, Kylest!

As an Avynwood Addict, I know all about the disappearance of his sister. I know about the shady trip for an artifact. I thought I knew more than I did. However, our fae prince is spectacular at keeping secrets. His friends only know so much...

Kylest's Reign follows the Avynwood/Ariane timeline. It's in your best interest to read them in order for continuity, no spoilers, and a full range of feels with all the characters...But it isn't required. THOugh, lovers of the Realsm will appreciate the little jaunt to some place very familiar. (I fully apps the love fest and mutual awesomeness!)

Don't let my rambling intimidate you! Kylest has a story to tell. It's filled with tension and fear. Locating the princess is everything! And what happens along the way is just as special!

Kylest and Raven will add a whole new fondness for Avynwood, The Realms, and even the "World's Most Handsome Vampire". It will be impossible not to request a certain couple adopt you (dibs! I already told Michelle I get adopted first) Everything you love about these paranormal will only increase the more time you spend with them. Oh and a surprise visit from everyone's favorite author isn't too shabby either!

"I fall more in with the characters that Michelle Dare conjures wit each story she writes. Kylest, a Fae prince and Raven, an ordinary fae choose to go together to solve the mystery of the missing princess. Who knew that close quarters would create a longing to test them. Fate had plans for these two and they were set on their path from the beginning.

I loved watching them come together. As cocky Ky is he was swoony, sweet to Raven. The fact that Michelle Dare crossed over to a realm that is one of my favorites was icing on the cake and I admit, I squealed just a little bit. I also enjoy the glimpses to the Avynwood pack and so many other loved characters.

""Now I know, without a shadow of a doubt, she was made for me. She was put in this world for me. And I'm never going to let her go."" ~ Kylest"

Third book in The Paranormals of Avynwood Series & its was absolutely amazing. Kylest is fun, and always one to have a laugh with but the fae have news that destroys the royal family & Kylest along with his siblings need to try to find his sister. Along the way Kylest gets some help from Raven a young fae who is beautiful, vibrant, not afraid to help & whom Kylest wants to protect. Kylests story is packed full of love & friendship, protection, romance, heartache, empathy & honor that all rise to the surface in this third book. You will start this book and not want to put it down. An Incredible book to read. I cant wait for Solomon's Surrender xx

Kylest is a fae prince and he has been helping characters in other story from this series. Now he turns to them for help finding his sister that has disappeared. Kylest was seeing Raven's twin sister but broke up with her because of how she acted. He meets her sister when he comes to her family home during the beginning of his search for his sister. He meets Raven and feels a connection to her right off. Raven is drawn to Kylest and is shocked when he asks her to help with his search. They grow closer during this time and end up mating. However, finding his sister becomes harder than he thought when other fae turn out to be involved. Will they find his sister? Will they get a chance to finally be together without threats surrounding them?

This is another amazing installment in this series. I couldn't put it down once I started it. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

An age gap love found during a search mission.
Kylest was on a mission to help find his missing sister. During one of his stops he ends up at his ex's house and finds a strong attraction to her sister, Raven. Not being able to continue his journey without Raven because of the strong pull to her, he invites her to join his search.
I loved the cutesy banter between them from first meeting up until they mated. After they mated the banter was gone and their relationship seemed a little dull to me as a result.
Raved started off as timid and second guessing things because she was so young in comparison and that made things more relatable. Over time Raven begins to grow into having a strong sense of self which I appreciated.... this strength soon started to annoy me because there's a difference between a strong female lead and one that seems like a witch.
The plot in the story was good and had some twists I did not expect until moments before the reveal. I am glad Raven was found and Kylest found his HEA, but I can't wait to see how Robin deals with everything.

Kylest's Reign is the third book in the Avynwood Paranormals series, and it was well worth the wait. The book is high drama and romance from page one to the end; of course, there is a lot of humor in the story and an n unforgivable betrayal. We meet new friends, the Fae royals, and Raven, Kylest's HEA., and enjoy an adventure with old friends. There is some paranormal action, but not as intense as the previous books; then again, it is just different because we are dealing with the Fae. I read Kylest's Reign without stopping until I finished it.

I love these characters! Their stories take you away from it all, even if just for a moment. Solomon's Surrender is the next book in the series. I can hardly wait to see that vampire swept off his feet and madly in love!.

This is the third book in the Paranormals of Avynwood series. You can read it as a standalone but it is connected to the other books. The characters continue to show up in each others books so its nice seeing how they're doing. Kylest is a very powerful fae Prince. Raven is a young fae woman he meets while he's searching for his missing sister. Raven volunteers to help Kylest in his search for his sister. They get to know each other during their travels but they're both afraid to take the leap to finding out if the pull they feel toward each other means they're fated mates. Their story is sweet and steamy. I can't wait to get my hands on Solomon’s story next. That vampire has intrigued me since he was introduced in book one.

The beginning of this book progressed much quicker than the two previous in the Paranormals of Avynwood series. Typically, this would turn me off from continuing but this approach worked really well in this case. Kylest’s Reign was about so much more than just the romance. Dare’s ability to incorporate all of these characters seamlessly is a big aspect of what keeps this reader coming back for more!

Kylest and Raven’s story sucks the reader in and is written in such a way that it was easy to see myself in their story. Kylest’s Reign is about two beings that fall in love and dedicate all that they are two each other and their needs. This is the base premise for the rest of the story that is consumed by mystery, intrigue, and just a dash of betrayal.

Great book

I loved every single second of Kylest and Raven's story. This has been so far my favorite book in this series. Kylest was one of the sweetest hero I have read lately (even with that said he still won't hesitate to do what's necessary to protect those he loves), and Raven was the perfect mix of kickass and vulnerable to match Ky perfectly. I also loved the parts with the dragons and how it goes in with another series that Michelle also has. The only disappointing part was that there wasn't that many scenes with the pack but it was great to see another aspect of this world with the fae realm.

Kylest's Reign follows the perspectives of Kylest the Fae Prince of North America, as he struggles to find his sister Robin after she was kidnapped, and Raven the fae who willingly vowed to help her Prince. Fate is tested when Kylest begins to feel possessive towards Raven. Will Kylest find his sister? Or will she be dead before he has the chance?
Additional Thoughts (contains spoilers):
~Raven is certainly one of the most badass female characters in this series, I loved her character development and how protective she was over Kylest.
~Kylest is the type of man every girl wants, who wouldn't want a protective fae prince as your boyfriend.

I have submitted this review after listening to the audiobook of this title within the series set box. (Audible)

Kylest's sister has gone missing, and the search is on. Kylest himself searches his early domain, Northern America, questioning any resident Fae, in case any may have information that may help locate his sibling.
He encounters the mother and siblings of his former girlfriend, and finds he is drawn to the sister he had never previously met. Liking her enthusiasm to help, he asks her to accompany him on his search.
What happens from here on is best told in the writer's own words, than my poor synapses.

While this can be read as a stand alone book, it will make more sense after reading the previous 5 books. The series sucks you in...as you get to know some of the side characters and wonder what happens with them...then they get their own books. The world building in this series is excellent, and the characters are interesting.
Do watch the recommended age, this book isn’t closed door and may not be suitable for all ages.

This is the 3rd book in series and yet another great addition to the Avynwood Series. Another incredible book to read from Michelle. Cant wait for next one.

I enjoyed Kylest and Raven's story. I truly enjoyed the many layers that were woven throughout this story. It captured and kept my attention easily. Tension, emotion, drama, suspense, action and twists blend into a compelling brew that goes down easily but packs a punch. This is my volitional, candid review.

What a good addition to the "Paranormals of Avynwood" series. It is a magical story about paranormal beings; especially vampires and shifters. This is the third story in the series and is about Kylest, fae prince, and Raven, a common fae. This is such a good read. I love the characters and how their story develops. I think you would get more out of the series reading them in order.

This book was so, so good and did have suspicions about Raven's sister but she is just shallow. I couldn't believe who the culprits were all along. That did shock me but did laugh as Ford and Sol made an appearance again. Love it.
