Some typos, defunct links, dated/unrealitic numbers, and repeated sections, but otherwise good information for someone wanting to break into the real estate market from someone who's been successful at it. I only wish he went into detail about how he estimates expenses since the difference between an amazing investment and an investment that will merely break even often depends on how you estimate the maintenance/repair/vacancy costs.
Well... Little to no useful information about actually owning, purchasing, financing, renting out, or managing property. Just a harangue to do it, plus a long-winded brag that the author did it and enjoys world travel etc. Pretty much worth zero.
Some good information but didn't explain concepts as thoroughly as other "beginner" real estate books (e.g., BiggerPockets "The Book on Rental Property Investing".
