Don't waster your money, or rather, don't waste your time. One star rating is too high for this book.
This book is badly written, full of terrible grammar, spelling mistakes and very little, if any, punctuation. Dis-comfortable is not a real word, yet it's in this book.
The author mentioned Mo Faran in the book. I reported this on Kindle as a spelling error.
Sir Mo Farah CBE OLY is a British long-distance runner and the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic Games history and deserves to have his name spelled correctly.
Maybe this book is a test in itself to see if the reader will procrastinate in reading it or view it as a challenge to keep reading to the end. I did not manage to read all the way to the end as it was too amateurish.
