Another book I wouldn't have read if it weren't for the fact I know the author. But really interesting to read this from an employer's perspective and think about the barriers we create, and the judgements we make when recruiting. I'd definitely recommend to anyone struggling to find work or make a career change, or someone involved in recruitment.
