An excellent review of the investigation
This book is an excellent summary of the investigation of the disappearance of MH370 and how it happened. It also lays out neatly the problems with the prior investigations that went on before and what needs to happen to finally find the wreckage.

Very interesting and informative book which gives us the new point of view based on author's research, known facts and his experience in such field as investigating aircraft accidents. I really appreciate his hard work not only collecting all these details into one book but also explaining in simple terms, so that any reader will be able to understand and follow his calculations and explanation.
You will find photos of evidence, the glossary of terms and lots of other helpful information. It requires focus but still very interesting to read and I must agree that author's given an explanation is absolutely believable and I'm very surprised that no one in those few years couldn't realize simple facts breaking this unpiloted plane version.
I highly recommend this to anyone interested in MH370 mystery case, also to those who like true-based stories, documentary books and similar stuff. If English isn't your native language you will need intermediate English skill to read this story and be able to focus on all it's aspects.

The Truth About MH370!
Started reading this book after watching a Netflix Documentary that was All over the place with Conspiracy Theorists getting the most screen time yet the pilot theory got very short play & was dismissed far too early for my liking! Always felt that the producers of the Documentary were somehow in the business of throwing as many outlandish theories.as possible up against the wall to see if anything would stick!! Also, felt Malaysian Airlines as less than truthful during the entire investigation & did whatever they could to dismiss the pilots basement Flight Simulator that showed he had taken a dry run on just such a route which should have been enough to reopen a criminal Investigation!!! This book laid out all the facts & proves without a doubt this was a criminal act by the pilot which tells me to NEVERfly on Malaysian Airlines!!!!

I am giving this book 4 stars because the author formulated a sound and very informative argument.
His comments about the conditions of the debris recovered is compelling.
I wills say that this book was annoying, mainly because the author kept starting all of his chapters with "perhaps experts will be reading this" and then "perhaps some of the officials who were involved are reading this" - it got annoying.
Still, his arguments were very informative, this book was well researched (albeit super quick read) and I actually think he is correct in his assessments.
Note: this book has black and white photos which are super hard to see clearly on Kindle.

The arguments are logical, well-researched, and convincing. However good a airchrash investigator he is, though - and he's a world renowned expert in the field - he's a terrible writer. The writing is stilted and sometimes he seems to forget we don't all know planes as he does.
That being said, I highly recommend the book if you are as obsessed with this mystery as I am.

Even though it ways in the title "Mystery Solved" it really isn't. Despite lots of research and man hours of work, nobody is 100% sure whatever happened to this plane. All they have is theories. There's a documentary on Netflix right now, too (March, 2023). Both the book and the documentary are excellent, and leave you thinking there could be one of several reasons how it disappeared.

Not only the disappearance of MH370 has been described as the greatest mystery in the history of aviation, being an engineer and very enthusiastic in aerospace I have read many articles issued by the ATSB (Australian Transport Safety Bureau as well as the Malaysian Government. The official investigation was deficient. They missed, or misinterpreted crucial evidence that was available on the recovered wreckage pieces. Therefore, they used incorrect assumptions about what was happening onboard MH370 when they calculated the boundaries for their search zones. This book will reveal why the multi-million dollar ocean bottom search efforts had almost no chance of success. This book uses plain language, easy to understand schematics, and clear photos of the actual wreckage to bring the evidence to life. Even those with little or no aviation connection will be able to understand and appreciate the validity of this eye-opening analysis. There are many theories on the MH370 disappearance, however this book shows you a basic investigation framework where theories that are based on speculation and guesswork can be invalidated. After reading this book, I really wonder why Malaysian criminal investigation did not do a thorough job and together with ATSB they simply pushed over the criminal investigation and passed everything to the safety investigators. There must be something fishy why they have done this way.
