Book 5.

I can't believe we're on the final installment of this amazing series. This book about Grace and everything that she has endured, she stays by Elijah’s side praying that he will overcome the injuries he sustained while trying to help her. Once Elijah recovers somewhat, he decides that maybe it's best for Grace and for him that she moves on. Devastated and heartbroken Grace doesn't understand why he did that to her.

While living with Nicole and Steel, Grace begins to focus on herself, her and Will have a very friendly relationship and although she is attracted to Will she knows that he is a player. what she doesn't know is that will is attracted to her. As time goes on and Grace continues her therapy with Dr. Theo she's learning to deal with all of her emotions at one point she actually meets with her parents and confronts them about everything that has happened, overhearing a conversation she realizes her parents have done something terrible, knowing they are bringing danger right to her.

Dealing with the trauma that she endured, her parents betrayal and losing Elijah who she thought she would be with once he woke up from his coma instead he ended it. A relationship blooms with Will. Will is attracted to Grace and he was hoping that one day she would pay attention to him, but knowing she had feelings for Elijah he waited in the shadows. Now knowing that that relationship is over Will no longer holds back. A beautiful relationship blooms between the two of them and they are perfect for one another helping each other, loving each other most of all Will is patient, kind and loving with Grace knowing exactly what she needs.

I absolutely love these two together! They are so freaking cute and he is so in love with her. Go get lost in this book tonight!! :)

Surviving Grace is book five in the Surviving series by Virginia Wine. The quality that is evident with each story from this author is expected,  but always surprising just how good they end up being. I am never quite prepared for the impact of the storyline or its characters. But it delicious being along for the ride.

Grace survives a horrific attack and losing her memory. She struggles to come to terms with it all, especially when the nightmare she endured starts to be revealed. Everything seems out of her control and she is losing her grip on her wish to get back to some sort of normality. The direction she was heading suddenly takes an unexpected turn and she has a hard time keeping up. This story had so many surprises and twists, which just crept up on me. The way the story was penned was original and really easy to read. It flowed without causing a ripple and ensnared me until the last word. A delightfully suspenseful drama that is well worth taking a chance on. 4 stars.

This is such a fabulous series I cannot believe that this is our final installment.
This is Grace's story . We will discover so much more about her and the journey that finally brought her here.
Grace is grateful to be alive and she has stayed by the side of Elijah while he recovers . They soon discover that they may be better as friends than lovers and Grace once again finds she needs to discover who she is on her own. She soon discovers that she is intrigued with Will and even though he may have a playboy past they become friends. The more they begin to discover about one another the more they want . A beautiful story of healing , discovery and longing to find happiness . Virginia has once again dazzled me with her words and characters !!!
Loved it!!

“I had my words to comfort me, my thoughts on paper. Pouring the black inky darkness onto the white sheets. Releasing them to the universe, a single slip of paper healing my broken past. Messy feelings visibly bared and unprotected for all to see. This was my story.”

Surviving Grace is the fifth and final book in the Surviving series by Virginia Wine. This book is written with a lyrical, poetic style that really enhanced this story. The poetry between each chapter also helps to set the tone and mood for the whole book. As this is the fifth and final story in the series, I really recommend reading all the books so you have all the information you need to properly understand/follow and enjoy this book, at the very least you really need to have read book four, first. Surviving Grace is about family, friendship, trauma, betrayal, love, loss, trust, self-realization/self-discovery, and overcoming. There is plenty of drama, emotion, and romance.
I had been waiting for this book to release, so I had quite a lot of expectation- but Ms. Wine didn’t let me down, finishing off the series with a very captivating read.
This is ultimately Grace’s story, and we follow along as she slowly pieces herself back together and tries to move on with her life after the trauma she experienced. Things are not easy, especially with horrible memories haunting her nights and tormenting her days. Things are not easy for her, with lots of obstacles to deal with. So, what happens when the past catches up with her? Read this great story/series to find out.
Ms. Wine has created a complex story, full of interconnected details. The characters are well developed- and the recurring characters from the series make appearances again in this book too.
I was a little sad to finish the series, but Ms. Wine certainly left the best till last, in my eyes!

Thank you, Ms. Wine!

Surviving Grace: Book Five (Surviving Series)
By: Virginia Wine
5 out of 5 stars

The story Surviving Grace: Book Five (Surviving Series) by Virginia Wine is a romantic suspense book. It is a story that drew me in from the very beginning. I have truly enjoyed reading the first four books in the series and this the fifth one was just as wonderful. This is a story that is emotional. There are heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. My emotions went up and down the entire time I was reading it. I enjoyed reading about Grace. She is a beautiful and strong woman. While the darkness of her past has her feeling broken at times, she has an inner strength that just won’t die. It is sad at times to read how she feels and how she sees herself. Grace is a character that I have grown to love since I first read about her. My heart went out to her and she is someone that I only wished happiness for. She is a character that you just want to embrace. Read this book to find out what the future has in store for her. There are times when I wondered what was going to happen next. The suspense had me turning pages. I also enjoyed reading about the characters that have been brought forward from the previous books. You get a feeling of family when they are together as they banter/interact with each other and Grace. There are romantic and steamy moments in this story. The story has a smooth flow to it and doesn’t let you go until you have read the last page. Don’t miss out on the latest amazing story sure to win over your heart. It is a book I highly recommend reading.

Surviving Grace is the 5th and final instalment in the Surviving series by Virginia Wine. This final instalment is not a full length novel whereas the first 4 are. Also, whereas the first 4 books can be read as a stand-alone, you need to read the 4th book, Hard As Steel before reading this novella. As this is such a fantastic series, I would recommend reading all 5 books, preferably in order as characters reoccur in subsequent books. If you read them out of order there would be spoilers.
We are first introduced to Grace in Hard As Steel (Steel and Nichole’s story), where she has been the victim of a sadistic abuser. Through therapy and her love of writing, Grace is slowly coming to terms with the years of abuse that she suffered. She is however still very mentally fragile.
We are also introduced to Will in Hard as Steel. He is the vain, cocky, player, immature brother of Nichole. He is exactly the type of man who Grace should avoid, but as circumstances mean that she is living with Nichole and Will, she can hardly avoid him. However, as they spend more and more time together, Grace starts to see a different side of Will that no one has seen before. Deep down, he is a very caring, gentle man who will do anything to help Grace overcome the demons from her past.
I also loved that we got to see a little insight into each of the couples from the previous books. What I didn’t like is that this series has come to an end. This series has had me gripped from the very beginning right through to the end. It is certainly a series that I will revisit and read again.

Surviving Grace: Book Five (Surviving Series) by Virginia Wine is another exciting book in
this great series that I love and sadly the last. But we get to catch up with all the wonderful
characters from the other four books in the series and you must read the others before
reading this one. Especially book four as this is where we first get introduced to Grace. This
story is well written and the characters are well developed and multi layered. It is an
emotional read full of danger and intrigue, mystery and action, pain and suffering and most
of all hot, sexy, alpha men who offer protection, love and friendship.
Grace has been tortured and traumatised, and mentally abused. The pain of her past as
destroyed who she is, her soul, her being but she now has people around her who are not
only her friends but also will stop at nothing to protect her. She is learning that she is
someone worth loving. She is someone worth knowing. She is someone who is just worth it.
Now she has to learn to trust, to live again, to find herself, she must learn how to survive but
betrayal runs deep.
I am sorry to see the end of this series but also looking forward to what Virginia gives us
next.

Surviving Grace is book 5 of the Surviving series by Virginia Wine.  The series have over lapping characters that build from one book to the next and give the stories a familiarity with them.  I highly recommend reading Book 4, Hard as Steele before reading Surviving Grace or you will be wondering what Grace’s trauma was and what in the world happened to Flynn. I give Surviving Grace 5-stars.  As with the other books in the series Surviving Grace is a dramatically told story involving all sorts of emotional turmoil and not just for the main character Grace.  After her escape Grace must now learn to live, something she is finding very hard to do.  All the things that come so easy to others are made even harder for Grace when she learns that the two people that were supposed to love and protect her have betrayed her.  Now not only must Grace learn to trust again she must learn how to survive.

Surviving Grace was an emotional 5 star read and book five in the Surviving Series.
This is such a great must read series, I was sad to see it coming to an end.

I needed closure, somehow to erase the darkness from my past.

Grace is working on getting over her trauma, she is taking one day at a time. It’s not easy for her but she’s working on it. When things go in a different direction with Elijah, Will takes his chances with Grace. He has had feelings for her but was holding back how he felt, until now. I really liked Will he was so loving and understanding, he is perfect for Grace.

My emotions were all over the place with this book but I was so happy to see Grace get her HEA. There are some twist and turns, and some betrayal that adds a great element to the story. All of the secondary characters were great. Virginia Wine does a great job of pulling you right in with her writing. Each book in the series can be read as a stand alone, but I suggest reading them in order.

Surviving Grace : Book 5 (Surviving Series ) By Virginia Wine is the fifth book in the Surviving Series and a series I will definitely be rereading later on.i was instantly hooked from the beginning and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough I was dying to know what happens next. I’ve truly enjoyed this series and recommend if you haven't read the first four book to go read them as well. This story had me not only turning the pages fast but I also felt like I was on a emotional rollercoaster ride at times..I love how the characters are very well developed and the detail this Author uses is amazing. Grace has a dark past that leaves her feeling broken at times but she's pretty strong and doesn't let that get her down.Find out what Is in store for her future? What a great ending to this series. I can't recommend not only this entire series but this author enough. She's quickly climbed to the top of my list. Can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Surviving Grace: Book 5 (Surviving Series)
By Virginia Wine
5 stars

I’m so sad that this is the final book in this series; I have loved every single book that I have read. This final instalment is so beautifully written and I was hanging on every word that I read. I was completely captivated by Grace’s story and after everything she has been through I was totally rooting for her.
Grace and Will absolutely melted me heart and put it back together after everything that happened with Ethan! There really were some great twists in the story that I definitely didn’t see coming but made the story all the more exciting to read.
If you have read any if not all of the books in this series then I don’t think you will be disappointed with Surviving Grace – it was an emotional read that had me on one massive rollercoaster but in my opinion I think this is my favourite from the series!
I will definitely be looking forward to reading more from this author again in the future!

Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine is book five of the Surviving Series. This book is a novella and is written in a poetic format. This book should be read by readers 18+ due to the content and language.

Grace is a beautiful, strong woman that experienced a lot of pain and devastation. There is quite a bit of suspense as you wait to see how Grace’s future will play out. I couldn’t put the book down. There is so much emotion in this book you can’t help but feel a sliver of what Grace must have been feeling. She is such a great character. She is so strong and didn’t let herself get beat down even though at times she didn’t think highly of herself.

This was a great book. It was interesting to read it in poetic format. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it when I first started it but once I got use to it, it was really good. I definitely recommend this whole series!

Surviving Grace is the closing chapter or Virginia Wine’s Surviving series! What a journey it has been! She has taken us through ups and downs and with this last book she has given us a present that will haunt us for some time.
Surviving Grace is Grace’s story; it is all about what she has endured, where she is at and what her path forward will be. She has to learn to deal with her emotions, she needs to face and confront her parents, she needs to survive loosing Elijah … It is also the beginning of Grace and Will’s story, the journey that their relationship takes … Grace will not only need to learn to trust, she needs to learn to survive and she will crush it all!
What an amazing series it is, do yourself a favour and start with book one! I promise you will enjoy every single one of them! Cannot wait to see what the writer will surprise us next with!

“And most of all, you’ve taught me happiness can only be found within yourself, and to look to others to enhance the happiness you already have.”

This quote is from Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine. It is true for any one, in any situation.

Surviving Grace is the conclusion to Grace’s story which started in Hard as Steel. This series has many characters that over-lap into each book, so I suggest starting with book one in the Surviving Series.

I enjoyed reading this story. Virginia Wine is a good storyteller. Telling Grace’s story couldn’t have been easy, but Wine did it. Wine shows how being happy is in our control and others around us are simply there to help us grow.

I recommend this book and look forward to reading more from Virginia Wine.

Surviving Grace is an amazing story that takes tragedy and learning from it. Virginia Wine has become an author that I enjoy reading. Ms. Wine rally takes her characters to a new level. She involves her past characters that were in earlier books and gives us a snapshot of what has been going on in their lives with in the later stories. This story is about Grace. This story tugs at my heart strings. The emotions run high. I suggest a box of Kleenex and plan out some time so you can finish the story in one sitting. Grace has a brutal past that she is learning about. She understands that she needs to deal with the past before she can move forward. Will Grace allow time to heal her soul or will she be overcome by the darkness she is learning about?

This series deserves every award it gets!I loved every book and this is the last and it makes me sooooo sad. I want to be able to read all the books again like they are brand new to me. The stories will hook you from the very beginning and each will make you crave the next book.

Grace has a journey she needs to go through. She needs to heal but some will let her go, some will betray her, and some will just love her. This book was the master to the end of this series. I don't want to give anything away but its one of those books that needs be begin without the knowledge of what happened just so you can feel the journey.

This book and series were EVERYTHING. Everyone needs this soul shattering series in their life!

Absolutely loved this book. After everything Grace has been through in her life, she definitely deserved her happily ever after. At first I didn’t really want her to end up with Will. I didn’t think his playboy wats were right for Grace and the life she has had to live. But Grace really helped change Will and man did he grow up and become the man she needed and deserved. By the end, I was so happy they found their way together.

Sweet romance mixed with some suspense and mor drama from Grace’s past make for an exciting book.

I have really enjoyed reading this series. It truly has a little bit of everything.

Surviving Grace (Surviving Series Book 5) by Virginia Wine

5-stars

Surviving Grace is another 5-star read by the incredibly talented author Virginia Wine! This novella is the fifth book in the Surviving Series, a series that cannot be read as a standalone as each new book closely follows the previous.

After reading the 4th book and being haunted by Grace’s story I couldn’t wait to dive into this one, and I was certainly not disappointed. I loved being able to follow Grace, she had so much courage and strength and really is unlike any other.

This is a series I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for their next suspenseful romance reads!

Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine was an exciting and refreshing read. I was happy that I was able to dive into this world once again. I love that this author has such a great skill with creating characters that just hook you right in and refuse to let you go. As for the world development, I love every part of it.
One of the things that I love about this particular series, is the fact that the previous characters are always present. It's always a good thing to see what has happened with them and to them, even after their story has ended. I loved everything about this book, and can honestly say that it was a 4 Star book for me!

Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine is the fifth book in the Surviving series. This book cannot be read as a stand-alone, it does need to be read in order.
This novella is the last one in the series and what a way to end. I absolutely loved the poetry in the book and the emotional depth that it brought to the whole story. You were instantly immersed in the characters and their story.
Grace is one of those characters you are just drawn to. I wanted to read more about her and I wanted her to find her way.
This has been such a great series overall. I have enjoyed every moment, this book being no exception. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone.

Surviving Grace: Book Five (Surviving Series) by Virginia Wine is a contemporary romantic suspense. This story was creative and a fabulous addition to the Surviving Series. The way the characters from the previous stories were brought together in this book, along with the emotional stance this story takes makes it riveting! The journey that Grace has to embark upon in this story as she attempts to live her life while also surpassing her past were well written. I found the style of this book was a pleasant change of pace. Overall, this series was excellent with each story tying into the theme of the series.

Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine is the fifth and final book in this series. I tend to get very attached to the characters over the course of a series and generally have a hard time letting go and saying goodbye. I will miss everyone but I'm happy with the way it ended.

Grace had her trust destroyed by the people who she should have been able to trust until the end of time. They gave her to a complete stranger and it nearly destroyed her.

We got to watch Grace rise up from the ashes to start her life over again and find love with a great man and see where everyone else ended up.

So glad I took the time to read this and will be looking forward to reading more by this author.

Surviving Grace by Virginia Wine
Five Stars

Surviving Grace is the fifth and final book in the Surviving series by Virginia Wine. This novella brings the whole series together and should not be read as a standalone. This book like the rest of the series is well written and grabbed my attention on the very first page. With this installment we learn about Grace and the things that happened to her in the past. This book is full of suspense, heartache, and heartwarming romance. I love how Ms. Wine brought back all of the characters from previous books. I highly recommend this book, series and author. I’m looking forward to reading more from Ms. Wine.

I love Grace, a woman traumatized, tortured, used badly, who transcends her pain, her past, and has an open spirit, a willingness to explore and live her life. Her friends and protectors, value her, affirm her worth. Love Nick, Steel, her doctor. Will brings love and trust to her, while growing and adapting as a man. Love Will! Well written, with developed characters, credible situations, angst, danger, intrigue, mystery. This book is fifth in series, can be read alone. sweet heat of a book. Recommended adult due to sensual sexual situations, content.

This is the fifth and final installment of the "Surviving Series". It cannot be read as a stand-alone.

First of all, the poetry in this book is exquisite. I went back and read all the poems on their own because I enjoyed them so much the first time.

This is a story of coming to terms with ones self. Self realization and the power we have within us.

There is a bit of drama, some romance, friendship, family of choice vs family of origin and a satisfying ending to the series.

I recommend this "novella and poetry book".

Good heartwarming story about a girl who loves a guy that only wants the best for her. He waits in the shadows while she heals her broken heart. Becomes her best friend, the guys she can depend on. Unfortunately he has a reputation for being a player, so once Grace realizes she a attracted to him she fights it because she doesn’t want to be just a notch on the bed post. Little does she know, he’s been pining for her for a while and would do anything to be with her. Do they work it out? Read to find out.

The last installment of the Surviving Series follows Grace as she works at reclaiming her life back. Moving in with Nichole and her brother, Will, changes things for Grace and the direction her life is taking. As she makes peace with her past and looks to a possible future with Will, her parents have the potential to put it in jeopardy. I felt the drama with her parents was very rushed and could have played a bigger part in the story. All the characters from the other books come together towards the end of the book, which is nice to see where everyone ended up. Great way to end the series.

This book is just as good if not better than the previous books. One of my favorite things that an author does with a series is when we get to see what happens to characters from previous books which is what this author has done in this one. In this book we get to see Grace’s story. Grace is trying to move forward from her tragic past but what will happen when her past comes to her present? She is a strong, determined character, she is my favorite. I highly recommend this book.

Surviving Grace Surviving Series Book 5 By Virginia Wine

Four Stars
A nice short story about starting over. Grace has been through so much and it still haunts her. She has her life line but he is currently unavailable. I hate when people make decisions for you. Thinking they know best and that they’re doing what is right for you. Good intentions are sometimes served with the worse consequences. This story was very smooth and sad. I really enjoy this authors works.
