I REALLY enjoyed this book. I have read almost every book in the Christian fiction genre. Frank Peretti, Ted Decker ect. What I loved the most about this book is that not only is Kym Streat a very good story teller, she also uses solid Christian teaching in her story. I could not put my Kindle down. If Kym Streat keeps writing, she could be the next Frank Peretti.

I really enjoyed this book. Spiritual warfare is real and this book definitely made me up my prayer life. If you enjoy Frank Peretti's stories then you will enjoy this.

I enjoyed very much, other reviewers were correct comparing to Peretti, also Project Sunlight. Page turner, read in one sitting!

Definitely got me thinking about what I believe about the rapture and why...

Evensmore isn't a regular town.

But then Jack Daley isn't a regular guy.

An ancient truth kept secret for nearly 200 years...
Until now.

When Jack moves from the big city to Evensmore, his curiosity sees him delve deeper to uncover the truth. But his revelations seem to be leading him to a single terrible and unthinkable Lie.

Jack suddenly finds himself battling a decision harder than he has ever faced before, to see this through or to run.

The Lie is a gripping story that entwines both the spiritual and physical worlds as combat intensifies between forces of good and evil to stop Jack revealing the truth.

The Truth Hurts... and Heals

Thank you for presenting the truth about the end times. Judgement does begin with the Body of Christ. We are just seeing the beginning of hatred towards God’s people. Jesus warned us, “Be not deceived...” . May He be with you as you continue to speak out through your writing.

I really enjoyed this book, it's a keeper. The imagery of the spiritual world and the warfare was great, clear and easy to follow. I didn't feel that it had a good ending, didn't feel complete. Maybe there will be a book two. The ending didn't ruin the book but really didn't end the story.

A book on a difficult subject and done so well. I would be happy to read another book from this author. It was entertaining but gave you some real things to think about.

Definitely got me thinking about what I believe about the rapture and why. I will be delving into the word more diligently now, thanks Kym.

Great Read

I was looking for a book dealing with spiritual warfare. Although this book has that, it has much more. It is a thought provoking read that has lead me to doing my own research. Where are you in your relationship with Jesus? Will you be able to stand?
