Black and white inside, hard to read recipes. I've only done one recipe and it turned out okay. Book is kind of small too.

Not Exactly Keto

I love my Instanpot I LOVE following a Ketogenic foodplan. I was psyched to find a cookbook combining the two. Howe even though the recipes look delicious and easy to prepare a number of them are NOT low carb! I was dismayed to discover starchy ingredients including potatoes, corn & rice in a bunch of recipes. Perhaps this cookbook is good for transitioning to a more lower carb lifestyle but don't buy the idea that meals containing corn tortillas or mashed potatoes will ever be legal for any of us who are committed to strict keto.
