December 13, 2018"The Chartreuse Alphabet" has been published to accompany the limited edition of "The Dinosaur Tourist" by Caitlín R. Kiernan. The contents of this hardcover book was originally Serialized in "Serenia Digest" Nos. 128 and 129 (September and October 2016)

26 entries based on the letters of the alphabets. Each one to three page entry is either a short short story or an observation. The entries are quite dense--a sort of zip file of prose that unpacks to an enjoyable nugget.

Accompanied my copy of "The Dinosaur Tourist," and apparently (originally) ran in Sirenia Digest. Fun to pick up (as I did) and read an entry every few days. Some are more fun than others, and none are more than a few pages, but most are what you'd expect from Caitlin R. Kiernan. Just, you know, all abbreviated and stuff.
