Well, I was, but there was a shady side to me, a part of my past I don't like to talk about. And that's what led me to Supralines, the best superhero school in the Oram galaxy. What follows is a bit of insanity, a bit of love, and a bit of self-discovery. Join me, and I promise you won't regret it!
After working on Marvel and other games and traveling the world, Jamie Hawke decided to settle down and write fun, quirky, and sexy pulp science fiction and superhero books.
You'll find his harem gamelit books in Kindle Unlimited and Audio, and might want to start with Supers: Ex Heroes 1. The book reached #47 in the Amazon store, including #1 Bestseller in multiple categories (to include Superhero, Cyberpunk, and Colonization).
It all started when Jamie was eleven, creating nude superhero comics with his best friend. What perverts! But hey, they were fun and provided good fodder for jokes up into their adult years. Now the stories have evolved, but they capture that same level of fun. Hopefully you will enjoy them as much as the author loved writing them!
Jamie also spent five years in Marine Corps intelligence, studied Muay Thai in Thailand, and lived in Japan for over three years. A lot of this plays into Jamie's books.

SHADOW CORPS (Space Fantasy with Leveling and Skill Trees, Books 1-3, also in Audio)
Audiobook. Didn’t cost a credit on audible so I gave it a shot. I like the title, and the narrator, I also like Charm’s superpower, but…… This novel felt like a missed opportunity. If you lowered the age of the characters to 12, 13, or 14, and removed the swearing and sex you’d probably have a pretty decent middle grade novel, with plenty of sequel potential. Heck, maybe I should write a middle grade series. You get them hooked on the first book then they will want to buy the others and next thing you know I can afford to buy a boat.
The story was fine. Seemed a bit disjointed to me, but fine. It started and ended well, just needed the filling in the middle. It almost felt like finding a bag of Oreos...and realizing that someone ate all the centers out of them and put the cookies back in the bag. The real draw for me was Tess doing the reading though. I always enjoy her performances, but I’ll say that this was one of my least favorites.
Interesting premise & characters. The title doesn’t fit imo. The setting is space travel, but it was easy to forget that at various times. . .
It was chaotic, and difficult to understand the ages of the characters.
Lots of swearing, which doesn’t bother me.
Lots of sex & detailed descriptions & varieties of situations. Not heteronormative, but just very constant . . . That also made it feels more chaotic & disjointed.
I am glad I got it gif free on audible, but won’t be seeking out a sequel.
Hey there, fluff-tastic friends and cool critters of the cyberverse! It's your frosty furpal, Kiba Snowpaw, coming at ya from the icy peaks of HowlStrom. The audiobook brings this galaxy to life with a performance that's as mesmerizing as Tess Irondale's voice, capturing every emotion, every thrilling moment with the finesse of a master storyteller. It's an adventure that promises not just a story, but an experience that will leave you breathless and craving more.

Charm School Outcasts - a review by Rosemary Kenny
The school in question is Supralines, a 'finishing school' for Supers on the Planet Junos, that our feisty, kick-ass heroine in the rough Charm and her adopted sister Maline attend - albeit in very different ways - in the excellent Jamie Hawkes' latest saga in the Supers: Ex-Gods series. Basically this tells Charm's backstory, that begins the fascinating story of Maline's disappearance, leading to Charm finally achieving her impossible dream, while searching for her sister and going undercover as a student at the school. Other characters - some familiar from previous stories and some not - interact with Charm, who back then was comparatively shy and retiring (and a virgin!), despite the older Maline imparting her take on the pleasures of the flesh! Needless to say, her innocence is about to be removed in a way she never imagined. Adventures come thick and fast in Charm's quest for information as to Maline's whereabouts and well-being,as overall Charm School Outcasts fleshes out Charm's history before she, Chad and the others in his 'harem' had their close encounter of the personal kind, in a most unusual and enjoyable manner. Buy it today and you'll soon see what I mean - then read all Jamie Hawkes' great books...they're out of this world!

A great main character with a more than average supporting cast in a story that's ok.
I will say it once more, first person perspective is really difficult to pull off. It sometimes works but other times it fails. And it has sex scenes, lots of them, as if they were the central part of the story when they are clearly not.
As long as you are aware of it's failings and want to read a horny superhero academy book, you are in the right place and can give this book a chance.
Note also that this is a prequel book, and part of a far bigger series.
Content Warning: sexual content, death, violence, illegal activities
This is just straight up furry porn and like sexual fantasies of the author. The background plot seemed interesting - superhero schools and people coming into powers and learning to explore that. But it was SO overshadowed by the furry porn and all the lesbian sex.
Charm has always dreamed of being a superhero. Right now, she is trying to find her adoptive sister, hoping they will both become superheroes. Charm sneaks into the superhero academy of her dreams. She gains a loyal group of friends who are ready and able to help. Mr. Hawke has created an interesting universe with likable characters. I did not rate it higher because of the same gender sex scenes which did not add to the story.
The books are amazing as always, I really feel as if marvel is extremely foolish to have never acknowledged a writer of his caliber the book is action packed, with a compelling storyline, and with all the adult themes we ( or at least guys like me) have been confused that were never included in our favorite superheroes lifes
It didn't take me long to discover this author was male writing the female perspective due to phrases like "you're a fan of the love tunnel over the love stick?" The author's obvious male-fascination with FF sex scenes was a second clue. The story was fun, and I enjoyed the world-building, but if I'd known the relationships were FF, I would have passed as it doesn't enhance the story for me.
Okay, so this is supposed to be a prequel to a series. Charm is cute and her powers are interesting. The gratuitous sex and violence are okay, nothing more than what you would expect from a underage graphic novel. It lacks a quality story line and misses the mark on nearly every story line change.
An action adventure story with subplots including coming out, diversity issues, betrayal, family problems, and a lot of masturbation.
Probably a bit too much for the little time Jamie Hawke gave to tell it, and a somewhat quick skim of Hawke's profile here implies that this might be the only one in the series so far. Too bad, there are places it can go, if given the space to breathe.
Yes, Charm is a superhero and greatest at that. I am already in love with charm for supers ex-heroes. So I am biased on this one. But this one connects many dots and give a good insight on charms personality. Waiting for supers ex-heroes 5. Heck yeah More Charm!
Likable characters and nothing being as it seems make this story very entertaining. It does a good job setting up the supers universe on its own considering its a prequel. I'd recommend to fans of superhero fiction that are ok with explicit harem content.
. This series is FUN as hell! Hawke has crafted a living BREATHING universe. It's NEVER smut for smuts sake the action is never mindless violence. Hawke seems to LEGIT understand that everything should tie back to the story! He is having FUN! Join him!
Self aggrandizing protagonist who got more and more annoying as the story went on. I also really got tired of hearing about every single characters tits. Exaggerating but yeah the sex stuff is so constant I feel it takes from the story.
Competent prose, good pacing, unremarkable super hero story. In a world with HBO, I can't complain too much about the gratuitous porn, but it happened almost invariably at completely inappropriate moments. I might try another book in the series at some point.
I just found this on audible and just thought it was some dumb, young adult stuff. Then the swearing and sex happened, Jesus christ this feels like it would have been better as a young adult thing without the sex.
Absolutely obsessed with this, though I wasn’t expecting to hear the word “cock” that many times 😅 Also does anyone know how/if this one fits in with the authors other books? I neeeed to know what happens next 😭
Virgin Fox girl goes to Supralines and gets magical powers. Gets to meet some very interesting people. Makes new friends, gets multiple lovers, all while trying to find her sister.
The idea is an intriguing one, but the character development is lacking as is the framework of the story. There isn't a lot to grip the reader. The narrator's voice is a little cliche, and it's kind of trite and unoriginal as far as fanservice goes. I couldn't finish it. If you're looking for fanservice, this is for you. If you're looking for an actual story, maybe pass on by.
