I know I keep saying they are bad, yet here I am, reading another one. I don't know, it's shutting your brain off and watching a stupid TV series, you know?

Succubus Lord 2 by Eric Vall - 2/5 Stars
First and foremost, I want to clarify that I am not an author; I have no idea what it takes to write a book. I am simply a consumer with an OPINION, based on my life experiences.
I found the first book in the "Succubus Lord" series to be okay, but unfortunately, "Succubus Lord 2" is where my journey with this series ends. I struggled to connect with the characters, and the monster girls didn't resonate with me at all. The only character I found interesting was Todd the Imp, who serves as a great sidekick and brings some much-needed humor to the story.
While I appreciate Eric Vall's other works, such as "Looting the 13th Floor," "The Duelist," "Building Harem Town," and most of the "Metal Mage" series, which I found engaging enough to read through most of the series, this one just didn’t hit the mark for me. It felt like a chore to get through, and I almost marked it as a DNF (Did Not Finish).
The writing style and pacing didn't captivate me as much as his other series. I felt that the plot lacked the depth and excitement I was hoping for, especially after enjoying Vall's previous titles. Overall, while I can see the appeal for fans of the genre, "Succubus Lord 2" simply didn’t work for me. I give it a 2 out of 5 stars.
5 stars - Exceptional, life-changing, will reread multiple times
4 stars - Highly enjoyable, likely to reread, would recommend
3 stars - Decent read, might not remember long-term
2 stars - Not for me, struggled to finish
1 star - Poorly written or factually incorrect
In conclusion, if you’re a fan of Vall’s other works, you might still find something to enjoy in "Succubus Lord 2," but it ultimately fell flat for me.

I guess I'm too old for this. If you enjoy reading about endless orgies only interrupted by some demon-slaying where the MC is commanding a trio of succubi and his best friend is a chronically stoned imp that would even put Cheech and Chong to shame, then this is for you. I'm heading off to greener pastures.

The adventure continues on
The book was as entertaining as the first with antics of the first, with new friends and old enemies. Let's hope the third book is not to far behind the second. I would like to see Jacob and his harem grow and play more and have more fun, but also I would want them to take there battles a little more seriously as they face harder opponents and not just make a plan on the fly and have everything go there way. I want to see them grow and work hard to achieve there goals and not just know how to do everything . How can you learn if you never lose. I'll just wait and see what is next for them in book three.

A Demon hunting sex comedy
Wow, haven’t laughed that hard due to a book in years. The comedy duo of Todd and Jacob really hit their straps with the beautiful succubus ladies in this book of demon killing and saving the world. So many childish jokes so little time as dick jokes practically litter this gem of a book. Loved it, give me more!

the characters are awesome Jacob is probably the most badass character ever and all the sex scenes are GREAT if I could rate this series a 10 i would rate it a fucking 11

Change of teams
I wondered how he would negotiate the evil side off the demons, and having the succubus move too the divine and not stay with the hellish team could set some interesting things in motion going forward. Also Todd the imp it's an interesting character

Fun, exciting and downright hilarious.

Nice....
Good book, a little raunchy. Could be more so but....it was a fun read. I'd recommend this book to kill an afternoon with....no problem. Hope to see more in the series

It was fun to read.

Absolutely a ton of fun
I really enjoyed the sequel and the plot twists. Lots of action, great character development and really fun twists. I'll definitely be reading the next one!

Best yet
Book one was very good, but this one has it beat. A lot of action and a lot more suggested sex. Hopefully the next installment has even more sex.
