*SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE w/ A FIREMAN AND A SINGLE MOTHER (with a little Mountain Man thrown in)*
Whenever someone was in trouble, William always stepped up when no one else had. After being abandoned by his father as a child and suffering through the loss of his mother on the same night as his college football state championship years ago, William learned quickly that everything ended eventually and stopped believing in making long-term plans.
For years, if he wasn't hiding away in his secluded cabin on the outskirts of town, Fireman William Silver surrounded himself with women who were only interested in having a good time. Whenever they wanted something more, that would be the last time they would hear from him.
When a local convenience store is robbed at gunpoint, Will finds himself in a precarious situation having to help Madison Grey, a single mother with retrograde amnesia after being used a hostage along with her toddler son, Cameron.
Will Fireman William Silver give in to his fears of abandonment or will he learn to hold onto things and people even if they're temporary?

Sorry, I just could not finish this book, which was extremely disappointing as I pre-ordered this one. Not only were there huge differences between the synopsis and the actual story, but the writing and editing (or lack thereof) was all over the place as well. I would definitely reconsider trying again if there was a major overhaul of the book, but as it stands now, I've read better put together stories by amateur writers in Wattpad.
The time !one seemed off. Madison's son's name was Billy, not Cameron. There was no amnesia, and biggest of all, Will have up his son. It's hard for anyone to be ok with that.
This quick read delivers all the feels. Will and Madison are more than attracted but they have both been burned and fear taking the plunge. I loved how Robin Edwards delivers a massive punch in this beautiful quickie!
This book was nothing like the description said. Im not even sure it could be called a book since nothing really happened. The end was so "I like you, I like you too, okay we are together now" the end. Thank God I didn't pay for this book.
The blurb and book do not match. Not only that the small details that are given contradict each other (i.e. she's out for a run then he joins her from his firemans job but when they stop off at his house for water she has on a skirt and he's in a suit). This story was not well thought out. Her team if she has one failed her.
