A new smoking-hot standalone from Amazon Erotica bestselling author, Kenya Wright.
He would do anything to protect her.
For Hunter, guarding celebrities and moguls has always been easy, but watching over Zola could be the one job that ruins him. She’s a different type of danger—the sort that could break his heart.
Although they grew up together, in their adult years, they lost contact. Now, Zola is an up-and-coming runway model and has a psychotic stalker who's been ransacking her apartment and sending threatening letters.
Hunter rushes to New York to protect her. He’s the best in the business, but one couldn’t tell as his desires for Zola get in the way of him doing his job. What happens between them is scorching hot and could set the entire operation up in flames. With every hungry glance, every accidental caress, Hunter begins breaking rules.
But the threat is going nowhere, and the days get more and more dangerous. As Hunter gets closer to finding Zola's psycho stalker, he’s wondering if falling in love could be the greatest risk of all.
Kenya Wright wrote her first novel during her third year at UM Law school. She dropped out a month after the release and never looked back.
Words are power, and Kenya wants to be the greatest wizard that ever lived.
It's an audacity to inspire and teach the healing of love through arousal.
It's this crazy idea that love can not only help a reader escape, but the story can also teach the person about being human, while making them laugh, cry, and hot for more sex.
I am glad I found Mine. Miss Wright is a talented erotica writer. She is relatively new to me. She certainly can make stalker plot into a very interesting one. She is also adding some mystic culture of Jamaica into her plot. Some are creepy, some are interesting.
Hunter is interesting hero. He is broody and yet possesive. The story is dragging on the his attraction toward Zola. The biggest surprise is the relationship between Hunter and Baptize. These two! Oh my lord.
In erotica smutty department, Miss Wright certainly understand her assignment.

My sister favorite author and I'm finally giving her a chance
Blurb This is about a young black girl who needs a body guard because someone is Stalking her. However, the body guard is someone she knew when she was a child and had feelings for.
What I like Both characters are so cute and have such good chemistry. The suspense was great.I actually was looking forward to finding out the mystery behind the Stalking. No one irritated me. I am actually looking forward to reading more of her books. The villain concept was so interesting. It did not go the way I thought it was going to go, but I still enjoyed it.
I was totally captivated by this book from the beginning to the end. Ms Wright’s work was on point at every angle. Twists, turns, disappointments, love,sorrow.... they were all there
Not until the last chapter called broken-hearted did I put the pieces together on who the stalker is. The things we do for love is so maddening sometimes but we do them anyhow.
My review wouldn’t be complete without me quoting my favorite highlight of this book. “I inhaled her and nipped at those soft lips. “I’ll always love you, Zola.” Her breath caught a little as she whispered back, “I’ll always love you too, Hunter.” Those lines really did touch me and spoke of their love that grew from childhood.
Storyline Review This is one of many books I have read by Kenya Wright and this one just did not live up to the expectations of some of her other work. I found it very easy to figure out who the stalker was, and was shocked to see that Hunter didn't put it together. There were incredible moments in the book were the characters could have been drawn out and explored on a deeper level, but it was cut off at the knees. Some scenes added to the storyline while others seemed to be an annoyance.
This was a really good read. Zola and Hunter are adopted brother and sister but he has been in love with her for years. He has denied his feelings because he feels like it's wrong to want her. He has even stopped going to see how family to avoid her. But then he learns she is in danger. He has to go to her, has to protect her. I loved their relationship and the ending was a surprise to me. I liked it alot!
I don't know what I was expecting when I started this book, but it wasn't this.. it made me laugh, it made me cry, it was pretty amazing. Even though it was pretty easy to see how the situation with the stalker was going to play out, it was very bittersweet to realize that everything was done out of love.
I enjoyed "Mine." It definitely is a romantic suspense novel and the mystery is good. I like the hero, Hunter, and his relationship with Zola has all kinds of sparks. She is his torment and his calm. Hoping there will be a sequel with them.
This was an ok read, too many mistakes took away from the story. There were too many holes that’s were not filled. This would be an amazing book if more time and attention to detail was taken care of.
Ms. Wright has become my go to author! I am devouring her books, like white chocolate, Lol. This is a sweet and slightly weird, but good story. Zola is a model and has a stalker. In comes Hunter, her adopted brother, who has been incommunicado because he started to develop not so brotherly feelings for her. After 5 years of being away, his brother York calls him and tells him Zuzu is in trouble. Hunter is immediately on his way. I can honestly say I loved this story, there was no angst and both H and h, admitted their feelings and worked towards to exploring it and each other. Meanwhile, the stalker is person a lot closer to them than they think. I understood what was happening long before it was exposed and I totally understand why he did what he did, a little extreme, if you ask me but I understood it. A huge kudos for making one of the characters Haitian. It is so rare that I read a book where a character is actually from Haitian and French descent. Loved that! Zola and Hunter get there HEA!!!! 4.5 stars****

"Mine" by Kenya Wright
My Rationalization....
I enjoyed this novel that gave the reader quite a interesting story from action, intrigue, tears, laughter, suspense, murder, childhood issues, fear, strength, friendship, grief, stalking, romance, happiness, love, steamy love scenes and at the end a sort of redemption. The author really knows how to do her thing by giving the readers a well written engaging mystery read that will keep your attention and adrenaline flowing. I will say that the two main characters [Hunter & Zola] had one amazing love for one another and was interesting in seeing if they would have a HEA. So, if you are looking for a beautiful love story "Mine" will give it to you all wrapped up.
They all came together at and early age, not by blood but by circumstances. They felt like they were brothers and sisters. Until feeling begins to develop around the age of 15, that’s when Hunter knew he felt something for Zola. The feeling he had, they only got stronger over the years. At The first sign of trouble, for Zola; Hunter came running, only to realize his feelings for Zola got stronger and stronger the more time they spent together. I’m glad they have their happily ever after, especially after what Hunter had to do to his best friend!!
This was my ABSOLUTE favorite Kenya Wright book EVER 😍😍😍😍😍.
I can't believe I am going to say this but................................. move aside Kazimir, Hunter has taken your place as my bestest book boyfriend 🤗.
Good story, well written and enjoyable.
Hunter was my kind of hero, I liked how possessive and alpha he was towards Zola.
Zola was also great, I liked that she did not play any games, she wanted Hunter and she went for it!
I would recommend this book to all romance lovers out there, it had everything that I look for in my romance novels.
The book might be too strange to some but I enjoyed it. It read like one if this film noir well all the action is enclosed. It's rather reflective. As a result there aren't many interactions with secondary characters. My main gripe with it its the false cinderella ending where they both leave their jobs to be happy. There is nothing wrong with being a security expert even if he doesn't want to be in the field anymore nor is there anything wrong with being a model.
Loved this book! Wow! No lie, this is definitely a smoking hot read. Enjoy the twists, mystery and culmination of longing between Zola and Hunter. Reading this story is very rewarding and fun. Enjoy!
I swear Kenya Wright never disappoints. Beautiful love story, hot sex and mystery all wrapped in it. Although it was easy to figure out who the "stalker" was. Loved it.
i predicted the stalker reveal and i was right just from one line of the book. you can't trick me! too bad i dont wanna get heartbroken, so i have decided to not finish it. it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.
