There’s only one woman for this playboy... Alien warrior Dryce NaFeen makes no secret of his love of all of Earth’s delights. He’s slept his way through half of the city, and when he’s not preparing to face his upcoming battles, he’s dancing the night away with humans looking for a good time and ignoring his impending doom. A chance sighting on one of those nights out gives Dryce a hope he never dared wish for, and despite the looming threat to the planet, he’s sure he can claim his newly found mate in no time.
She’s got no time for players... Since her father left and her mother died, Peyton Cho has dedicated her life to two things: protecting her sister, and learning about alien tech. And the aliens are so much easier to understand, even if she wants to stay as far away from one alien who wouldn’t know the meaning of commitment if it punched him in the face. When a project puts her in the path of Dryce NaFeen, it’s only the fact that the fate of the world is at stake that keeps her from quitting on the spot.
Running out of time... Hostile forces have a planet killing weapon, and it will take an alien warrior and a scientist to rescue the planet from certain doom. Boundaries and determination will be tested, and two people from different worlds must learn to work together and trust in a bond that neither of them expected, or everything will be lost.

This is a fast paced ADULT Alien Romance💕 and Adventure💪🔫🔪 with a human woman💃💋 as Dryce's fated mate. Angst factor is medium intensity, as Peyton💃💋, the woman, thinks Dryce🐺🍆⛲💪🔫🔪 is still a playboy.
Stand-alone alien romance in the Detyen warriors series. Solid characters - Peyton is feisty and has some walls around her, Dryce appears to be a playboy, but will he give it all up for his Denya? There’s a bit of subterfuge on his part as Peyton is reluctant to engage with him past a professional level - will it come back to hit him in the face or will they work through it? I would have liked a bit more suspense to really hold my attention, perfectly readable but pretty predictable.

Dryce is the baby of our Detyan group, and he's watched his closest friends find happiness - and life - with their denyas. He's active in certain aspects of human culture and loves interacting with humans and has embraced a very multi-cultural identity. His immersion in the nightclub life might be a reflection of wanting to find the happiness of his desire for a denya among the humans. Or he's just embracing life on a new planet, or a bit of both. Peyton has a wonderful uneventful life, yet one where she can explore knowledge in a way that is exciting. Her wealth of knowledge, however, has largely been confined to the lab. When the time comes for her to share that excitement with the outside world, who better than Dryce to introduce her to the world of warriors, danger, excitement, and fun? This story shows that just because you think you've saved the world doesn't mean you actually have. And it certainly doesn't mean the adventure has ended, even if you are part of a boring hostage situation :)

Dryce NaFeen: playboy spinmeister, or dutiful Detyen?
That's the conundrum facing Peyton Cho, human female nerdy engineer and the last hope of Earth. Detyen warriors, allied with Earth, have finally located three possible resting spots for the planet-killing device that destroyed Detya so long ago. All three are on Earth! Her knowledge and skill with alien tech makes Peyton the only one who can dis-arm the bomb. She's not interested in alien players. Dryce NaFeen is a dedicated Detyed warrior whose good looks have put him forward as the spokesperson for Detyens on Earth. Nearing his 30th birthday, he doesn't expect to find his denya before that expiration date, but he loves Earth women and samples all that's offered. A chance glimpse of Peyton smashes that life-plan to bits: She's his denya, like it or not (and she won't). Meanwhile, there's a planet to be saved, with Peyton and Dryce teamed up on the front lines and the timer ticking down... I've said it before - NOBODY does action alien romance like Kate Rudolph, and this is the latest un-put-downable demonstration of her knack for suspenseful plot lines, heroines with grit, and the most adorably sexy alpha aliens ever - the Detyens.
Peyton Cho is an Earth woman who is the acknowledged expert on alien technology. One thing she won’t tolerate is a man who goes through woman after woman for fun. The Detyen warriors discover there are three planet-killing bombs on Earth just like the ones that destroyed their planet. Because of Peyton’s technology expertise, she is only one who could successfully disable them. Working with Dryce NaFeen does not please her, however!
Dryce is nearing his 30th birthday. If he doesn’t find his denya (mate) by then, he will die or have to become soulless. By now, he doesn’t think he will ever find his denya, which is why he enjoys as many women as he can handle. When the deadly bombs are discovered, Dryce has to work closely with the Earth expert. He recognizes immediately that she is his denya – but because of his reputation with women, she wants nothing to do with him. How can he change her mind? Their sole focus for now must be disarming those bombs! Will he run out of time to convince his mate that there is now no other woman for him – she is his one and only love forever?
I love this series, and this one has a good story line with the added suspense of knowing the three bombs are located there on Earth! The characters are well-depicted. Dryce has the playboy persona that the women adored. Peyton was feisty and intelligent, a tough lady who can easily handle Dryce. I listened to the audiobook version of the book. There are two narrators, Jennifer Gill and Ian Gordon, who did a great job in bringing the already-exciting story to life. No doubt about it, this is an awesome book I highly recommend!
Decided to see if this book would be better than “Faultless” which was just an angst fest for me. Glad to say that “Endless” is low on the angst scale, there is still some just at a more manageable level.
There is a lot more action in this story and as such Peyton and Dryce take a bit longer to get to their HEA. A chance encounter puts playboy Dryce within sighting distance of his mate. He’s not able to actually meet her. As fate would have it she left her communication device their and he is able to contact her eventually. They do the flirting with a total stranger through text for a bit. Dryce knows who she is and what she is to him, however Peyton is totally in the dark about it.
The impending invasion puts love on the backburner as Peyton uses her tech savy to try and give earth a leg up. These two are very attracted to each other. Peyton is fighting it and Dryce is trying to not get his butt handed to him by keeping his identity a secret.
While Peyton is not a soldier she is able to hold her own and be an asset to Dryce, which was nice. Dryce admits in the past he was a bit of a man whore but once he sighted Peyton those days were gone and she is the only one for him.
Got some cameo appearances by some of the other couples from previous books. This one was closer to a 3.5 as it still did have it’s rather cheesy moments, but in comparison to “Faultess” this one is a much better story for me, with less angst more action and more mature interactions.

This is the fifth story in the Detyen Warriors series. It could be read as a stand-alone story, but it does refer to the first story, Soulless. I think the world-building and character-building are outstanding. The basics of the series is that an alien race, the Detyen, are a humanoid race that only lives to the age of 30, unless they find their mate, and then they die. There is another option in that they can have their soul taken. It basically leaves them emotionless. That way they can fight/live a few more years to help their race.
Peyton Cho is the nerd who is an expert on alien technology and takes care of her sister. She doesn't do players. When Detyen warriors find out that there are three planet killing bombs on Earth, the same kind of bombs that destroyed Detya, Peyton is the only being that has any possibility to disable them. When she has to work with Dryce, she isn't happy. He is a major player.
Dryce is the spokesperson between Detyen and Earth. He is nearing his 30th birthday and has no hope of ever finding his denya so he happily samples all the human lovelies that throw themselves at him. With the findings of the planet-killing bombs on Earth, he has to work with the very pretty Earth expert on alien technology. When he realizes that she is his denya but she won't have anything to do with him, he has to change her mind. They have adventures along the way to saving the world.

Dryce is the last in his unit, but not one of the lost souls. He has some time before he needs to make that decision. He is the one who participates in everything human including becoming a playboy to the earth women. One night he is unable to sleep so heads out to a nightclub. He is hit upon once there but he ignores it because his attention is caught by one lone female. He finds her cell and sends it back to her. He starts a flirtation with via cell and is enjoying it. Then on a mission meeting he meets her. Peyton isn;t happy with her sister but she is enthralled with the male who returned her cell and started a flirtation with her. Then at a mission meeting she meets him and discovers that he is the playboy all the women are talking about. Dryce realizes she is his denya but there is a major battle on the horizon against the alien who destroyed his home planet centuries ago. Now there is a new battle to join...winning his denya;s heart. Another fantastic story set in this series. Filled with action both physical and emotional that will enthrall the reader till the last page. Fantastic story and read!!

I gladly, voluntarily, and honestly, review this advanced reader copy and have not been compensated for that in any way.
From the first pages I liked the back and forth between the couple, Payton is my kind of h, she’s spunky and strong, with a wicked sense of humor that came through in her thoughts and her communication with Dryce. Dryce on the other hand didn’t make too good a first impression, (I don’t like H’s who use the excuse sex is a sleeping pill), BUT... I liked that he quickly realized his past was not the best and my opinion of him changed very quickly and I fell a little in love. I must admit I have not kept up with this series, so a lot of the names and back story of other characters meant little to me, but it didn’t make me feel lost or lose any of the story so it can be read as a stand alone. I also liked that it was not predictable, I’ve read so many books that it’s often easy for me to see where a story is going and what will happen next, but this one kept me on my toes and kept the action interesting. For fan’s of Anna Hackett, Anna Carven, Ruby Dixon and Ruby Lionsdrake this is a must add to your TBR and I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves an action filled, heart warming, Alien romance.
Fun alien romance adventure! I’d recommend reading the previous books before this one for the full story. Each has a different main couple, but the overall story has been building the whole series. Bad aliens are out to destroy Earth! The good guys; aliens and humans, need to find a way to stop it. Luckily, they have super smart human Peyton on the job, and a whole team of kick butt people. Playboy alien, Dryce, likes to bed the ladies for some one stand action; eww, but that is coming back to bite him in his alien butt when he meets his denya/mate, Peyton. Through a series of events, things end up with Dryce texting Peyton, but her not knowing it’s him. She doesn’t think too favorably about Dryce, so he keeps his identity secret in hopes of changing her poor opinion of him. Dryce and Peyton find themselves working together to hunt for the big bad weapon that will destroy Earth! Passion ignites between the two, but Peyton still isn’t sure about Dryce. Danger galore up ahead for this couple. All entertaining and fun! Loved getting sweet scenes with each couple from the previous books in this series! A great ending for this series! Entertaining! One of my favorites of the series!
I really enjoyed this book Dryce and Peyton’s story starts out so simple a playboy and a nerd what could they have in common, they both want to save earth and so working together is what happens. Dryce had seen Peyton at the club and had known straight away that she was his mate but she left so fast he didn’t get the chance to speak to her but the communicator she dropped was his best chance he had to contact her. And so they start talking to one another and Peyton let her guard and started telling him of her life but having feelings for DF but had to put it all on hold to after her mission with Dryce. Peyton being a scientist and her love for all alien technology made her one of the best in her field and that’s what brings us to how they get together and save the earth from the Oscavians and the Wreetans trying to destroy it. Does it all work out and can these two find love and trust with each other, read this great book to find out. I voluntarily read an arc copy of this book for an honest review.
Dryce Detyen is drawing close to his thirtieth birthday which is all important and he is certain that he will not find his Denya before this date, however when he unexpectedly sees Peyton an extremely academic scientist who has no interest in aliens or a relationship with said alien and has not the slightest understanding what earth women actually see in aliens. When they find themselves appointed a partner, they know that the mission is dependent on them destroying weapons being used on Dryce’s home planet, this was another wonderful addition to this series. I loved the way in which these two came together in their effort to overcome, to work side by side and to find love This was a great read, another wonder addition to this series I voluntarily received and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
I loved this book. great and interesting story line, great character development. fast paced yet slow enough to savour, with suspence, intrigue, romance, hot sex, lots of emotion while living an everyday life with everyday problems. finding their denya is ultra important to the Denyan race and finding his while dealing with end of the world scenarios while having the reputation of a womanizing playboy is surprising for Dryce. Peyton knows that Dryce has a reputation with the ladies as a love em and leave em kind of guy but when she starts talking to him not knowing it is him over the cell phone text then discovers who he really is it tilts her world on a end. all of this while having to figure out a way to save the entire planet. highly recommend this book and series. this story keeps u turning pages until the very end and definitely wanting to read more from this author. great job.
This is the 5th book in the Detyen Warrior series, but can easily be enjoyed as a stand-alone with it's own HEA. There are hints to some of the previous couples adventures and on going relationships that tempt me to go back and listen to some that I have missed.
This is a tale of Dryce, a renown playboy and public face of the Detyen warriors, who instantly recognises Peyton, a intelligent, capable woman (such a refreshing change from the heroines of many authors) as his Denya (fated mate) when he sees her across the bar. Unfortunately for him, she has no time for a playboy and certainly doesn't want to be paired with him for a planet saving mission.
The story flowed quickly with constant interest, action or suspense and a well balanced amount of romance. I particularly enjoyed the intelligent competent heroine, who made the hero work to win his fated mate.

Though I have other books in this series that I got when they were free this is the first book I've read. I do read a lot of Alien romances and I now understand why her books are so popular. The story about Dryce and Peyton was very well written about a playboy Deyten warrior who's clock is winding down and must find his destined mate or die and the studious tech nerd who deep down wants a guy who is reliable not a playboy alien. There plenty of action as our couple must work together to located three possible resting spots on earth for the planet-killing device that destroyed Detya. The interaction and the romance along with the dilemma that Peyton is Dryce's denya made this a very enjoyable story to read and review via booksprout. I was able to follow this story but I do recommend to read the others since some of the previous character appear in this story. It looks like I have some catching up to do in this series if this is just a taste of this wonderful series. ARC
If you’ve been reading the series, you already know that this book is going to be great! All our Alien/human couples from the previous books get extended cameos in this book - which I love [insert warm fuzzies here]. The playboy warrior media darling meets geeky tech engineer team lead. He knows- he just knows she is his. It’s the Detyen way. He plays it smart, starting out by non-creepy texting (can’t give away fun plot points!). Then she joins his team and in true Kate Randolph fashion, the story gets really interesting and unique from there. I love that each book has headed towards a goal, but each story is so different from the last! The action and suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat at times, and other times the pure relief the characters feel washes over you as you read. This book does a great job bringing bad guys to what we hope will be final judgement and justice!
Peyton is whipsmart, protective and just a little bit nerdy - my kinda girl. But that doesn't mean she isn't sexy. Just ask Dryce Na Feen. Detyen Warrior, Alien Playboy and media representative for his people. He hasn't left such a great impression on her but when he inadvertently meets her sister and returns Peyton's phone, he may just get a 2nd chance at a first impression.
He might be a bit sneaky, using his initials to carry on a message conversation with his denya when he clearly knows who she is whilst leaving her in the dark over his identity! The Oscavians are again causing problems but our dynamic leads are on the hunt for the WMD which has been hidden somewhere on Earth.
I love this sneaky Detyen and his secretly adrenaline fuelled denya! Great characters and storyline. Peyton's sister was a bit of a drama queen if I'm honest but nothing that ruins the story.
This is a really good story! Full of action, suspense, danger, emotional edge and steam! I really love the main characters! Peyton and Dryce are so great! Dryce is nearing his 30th birthday. He has not found his Denya and doesn't think he will in time for it to matter. He has become somewhat of a playboy by enjoying earth women. Peyton is a tech guru. She and her team have come across valuable information that could help find the weapons hidden on Earth. Peyton and Dryce are partnered up for the mission. The heat is off the charts between these two! I love the witty banter in this story. Although this is book 5 in the series it can be read as a stand alone read. The author does a good job with back history so you don't feel like you missed anything. I would highly suggest reading all of them. Their is an underlying plot, common threat and connected characters in the stories.
Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Once I started I could not put the book down from start to finish you just could not get enough left you wanting more twists and turns. Dryce alpha male alien is a playboy, he goes out dancing all the time and picks up a different female every night. Peyton takes care of her sister since her father ran away then her mother died, she works learning alien tech. Peyton and Dryce had to work together. It was hot and steamy, lust, emotions that you feel you are on a rollercoaster ride. Will they get together or will end their friendship? Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

When their mating bond was finally set in place there could not have been a happier pair! by sewsummore
Detyen is an alien warrior who had made earth his home after his home planet had been destroyed. Peyton is a human engineer who leads a research lab that reverse engineers alien technology. Deyten knew that he had at last found his true mate when he saw her for the first time but it was much later that Peyton accepted this fact. The pair had several life and death adventures during this book which made read this story both exciting and eventful. The steamy final chapter was proof of their love and a satisfying conclusion to the story. I received a free ARC copy of this book and have voluntarily read and honestly reviewed this book.
Dryce is the Warrior who has enjoyed his good looks, charm, and luck with the ladies the most. He always knew he was waiting for his one and only, but with the odds stacked against him, he viewed it as waiting, not looking for.
Peyton is a brilliant scientist who, under normal conditions, would have no reason to interact with the alien pr face... but in this series the refugees from a destroyed world have taken saving humanity and Earth on... making these no ordinary circumstances.
This book seeks to wrap up the major arc with Yormas of Wreet and his plots.
It is an engaging read, that brings in favorite characters from previous books, and continues moving the story forward.
I was gifted with a copy of this book from Booksprout, and chose to post a review.
Dryce is the playboy of the Detyen warriors that now reside on Earth but is also the face they show Earths people because of his charming ways. One night while trying to find someone to slate his needs he see's her his Denya and the hole world stops. Peyton is a wiz with alien tec, at SDA and is over protective of her sister. While checking on her sister she loses her com and start a texting the man who returns it. I've loved all the books in this series with each book the Detyen warrior find his mate but the is always the evil lurking trying to kill them and this book is set on Earth. Now they must race to us all.
This book starts where the previous one Faultless finishes. It is part of a series, but the books are standalones, with a cross over of characters from previous books. Although you can read as a standalone, you will benefit from the background information from previous books. I have personally only read one other book in the series. I really enjoyed this book, especially as the previous one was still relatively fresh in my mind. It was well written with a Intriguing and interesting storyline and has great likable characters with depth. Some action and suspense, but mainly light easy to read. The book was also a decent length.
This one features Dryce, who encounters his Denya at a bar! She, Peyton, drops her communicator, which he finds and loads his details onto as DF! She starts chatting to him via texts not realising who he is! Then she is paired with him for a mission to find the Wreet 'bombs' that information has been found for! Therein lies the tale of their mission and romance!
Kate Rudolph writes well and creates good, likeable characters time and again and each story in the Detyen tales adds to the whole saga! A great collection of tales thus far and I look forward to more and will catch up on those I've missed!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A sci-fi romance where the woman is the hero. I loved the character of Peyton. She’s a scientist that spends all her time studying alien mechanics. She may not be an action hero but when she is needed she is the one with the ideas and takes them on. Dryce is the “Pretty Boy” alien that is the well know spokesperson for his race. He has definitely gotten around and has a reputation with the ladies. So when he finds his denya he will have his work cut out for him. This story has tons of action as the team saves the world. The romance definitely takes an interesting start and love how he has to work for it.
This book is part of a 5 book series and I probably would hav e enjoyed it more had I read the previous books. That said, I found this book at times confusing and slow, but again, in fairness, I was catching up on story I knew nothing about. Dryce and Peyton were interesting, well written characters, who find themselves thrown together to save the world. There were some pacing issues, but overall a good read. I've not read anything by Katie Rudolph but would give her another try. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Dryce is a player and a hottie with a reputation to prove it. But fate steps in and he spies Peyton, a nerd Earth scientist. Peyton isn't playing and doesn't see how Earth women could even be drawn to Dryce. They are paired together to protect Earth from a weapon that can destroy planets. This has plenty of action, danger, drama and romantic steam for Dryce and Peyton. Loved how they worked and loved together. I love this series and have read every book. Highly recommend. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I'm in love with this whole series. Each book seems better than the last and this is no exception. The battle to prevent Earth being destroyed by the same beings who destroyed the Deytons' homeworld means there is more at stake for Dryce NaFeen and Peyton than their new relationship. Especially when Peyton is already falling for the the mystery man DF. The writing is very good and the author nails it every time with her Deytons. Its an absolute pleasure to read I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Exciting, engaging, adventurous, sexy! Genius and capable woman that demands respect without even realizing it. Surrounded by strong warriors, while she has no fighting experience, yet 9 out of 10 times she is the one that makes it possible for all to survive. Well written, fun and hot. This was the first of a the series I've read and I look forward to going back and reading the first 4 of the series. I am now very interested to read more from Starr Huntress authors.
