It's fine, very good and readable. Surely it can benefit everyone studying the subject in college. But the part on gauge theory didn't accomplished my expectations. I would preferably spend most time in something like electrodynamics inside matter or radiation.

The best book on Electrodynamics! Although I have not yet read Purcell. I should read Purcell soon! Highly recommended for undergraduate Electrodynamics. I enjoyed it very much!
