I found all of the characters were rather interesting also which included Shadow, Draco Titan and Aiyla. Will Lela get the one holiday miracle this year, to smile on Christmas morning and to fall in love and be set free?' To find out you will just have to pick up the good read to find out if River and Lela will get their HEA.

I’m not into holiday stories but I really enjoyed this short story. It really didn’t focus on the holiday now that I think about it lol.
This story had everything. Sorrow, pain, grief, loneliness to friendship and love.

Greek Mythology meets Casper
I’m loving King Ellie’s Greek Mythology theme books. This book reminds me of Greek Mythology meets Casper the friendly ghost. Darkest Hour is a quick fast romance novella about River and Lela. Two lonely souls meeting and falling in love. Lela was brutally murdered and became a ghost wondering around her school campus for 4 years. She finally meet a person who can see and hear her. River aka Adonis didn’t want this ghost in his truck. He didn’t want any parts to helping her move on. Little did he know she was a gift from his mothers to have someone to cherish and love when him like they did. Read Darkest Hour and found out how River and Lela fall for each other!

Disturbingly good read even though it was short

Great read
Great, quick read. Lela and River meet when she flies into his car. He tries to act like he doesn't want her to stay around but that is definitely not the case. I enjoyed this book very much and hope Titan gets his own novella!

Ellie you had me at "GhostGirl".
The emotional toll you go though when being a Victim of Rape is enough for anybody.
But image not remembering the episode but knowing something Dreadful has not happen to you.
This is Lela.
Now image one Gorgeous Hunk who you feel Intense Chemistry with, and who in this life will be your soulmate.
That is River.
From the first time she dropped in his Car (Literally) the banter be the two was sometimes Hilarious, and others steamy Hot. And let's not forget Lela Foul Mouth, Lord she puts Sailor to shame.
This story was beautifully told with past history on Greek Mythology like his Mother's Persephone, and Aphrodite. The love the Mothers had for River was deeply Touching, so much so they made sure to find him someone to love and to love him.

Lord when is they're story King Ellie.

Where to begin
I liked Lela though she was a little too clingy and wanton for a man that shunned her the first time he met her for me, but I had to be there for her HEA after her horrible ending. River, I didn't like, he treated Lela like ish among a few other things. I did like Shadow and Draco. They were described really well, so I hope their stories are next, but I hope they're nothing like River and Titan or at least they have women with as much backbone as they have. You can't beat a good story with characters not afraid to stand up for themselves. Despite my hangups about the character''s traits, this is a page turner so it's five stars for me.

This has to be one of my favorite short Christmas stories. I can’t say River or Lela without smiling bc they were amazing together. Lela a ghost who is a wondering soul due to being unsure of how she died. Stumbling upon River one day she finds someone who she can see and touch and vice versa. Breeze of love
I am loving the resurrection series. Elisabeth is taking my love for mythology and spinning it. And she spins it oh so well. These bad boys with God like powers and their love for their women is timeless. River was definitely an Alpha with a no mess attitude. Lela needed to be rescued from her past and he did that. Saved her in so many ways. Great read.

Great Read!!
I loved when River would call Lela "little ghost girl"😂 too cute. Love found River when he wasn't even looking for it but Lela was special. All Lela wanted was to be loved and to love and feel alive River gave her that and their bond was unbelievably unbreakable in such a short time. I loved them together.

Little Ghost Girl got another chance!
When River found out how she died, his heart went out I er after h II s mothers allowed him to see it. It then that he was told that she was brought to him by his m II thers. His Adonis form took revenge on the persons responsible for his little Ghost Girl's passing and how much hurt and loneliness she felt as a ghost.

Loved Lela and River's story. The little lost girl ghost was a mystery from the first time he saw her. Finding out that she was a present and ultimately the love of his eternal life changed River/Adonis entire existence. Can't wait for Titan and Aiyla's story!

I truly enjoyed river and lelia. I usually don't like novellas but I truly loved this one. I loved the chemistry between this couple right from jump. It is definitely worth the read.

I love reading about Greek mythology. River aka Adonis was Lela protector. After he found out how she died he got revenge. It was sad learning what happened to Lela. Her and River are good together.
