Mind-blowing Series

I wish I could give this book ten stars. This series has consumed my kindle and now every other fantasy book will pale in comparison.

Let's start with the deaths. Every death struck me straight to my heart because you created such lovable characters. Altan's death hit me especially hard and I cried like a baby. God, that was rough.

The Battle scenes were IMPECCABLE. They were easy to follow even though they were detailed. My favorite battle moments were always when the dead was brought back to life. The Battle of the Dead in Nahara was probably my favorite. Probably because everyone was so Jungshook to see necromancy for the first time.

Kai was a character that I adored. She wasn't a weak whiny female lead, waiting for a man to come and rescue her. She set a goal, and she went for it. She was probably my favorite character. (Altan and Azazel are tied for a close second)

The loyalty and camaraderie between Kai and her friends/allies were heartwarming and endearing. The moments when they all gathered together always found me with a dopey smile on my face.

Thank you so much for your time, dedication, research, planning, and effort that you put into this series. I appreciate every word on the pages. Please never stop writing! Your series may not have a lot of reviews like some others (and almost all of them are over hyped and not half as well written as yours), but your writing is TOP SHELF MATERIAL.

Much Love!!!!

The End.

What a.great series.to read. I enjoyed the characters and the storyline immensely. The diverse characters that worked together is something we could use in real life. It took Kai years to achieve her goals. It was one of the reasons I was really into this series. In most books, it's like a few months or maybe a year and the hero gets what they want. I would love to read more from this world. I would love to hear how Kerik is taken out. (Hint to Ms. Scott). A great set of books for adults.

And so ends another story.... or does it?

Another great read. Upsetting that an important character meets their demise, but will live on for those that remember their story. This is a must read.

Disappointing

I was hoping the magic system would evelove into something interesting through the books but it didn't. It remained simple and boring. There are huge flaws in the authors writing, for example the other gods. They have had thousands of years to learn magic and yet miraculously most of them didn't learn any outside of their abilities( even though it was shown gods can do regular magic also). TheC also remains in denial that she isn't a horrible dictator. There is nothing wrong with her being a dictator I just don't like how she doesn't acknowledge that she is now the villian. Pretty bad book a waste of time.
