All four of the books in this package had good believable stories and strong character portrayals. However, they contained so many errors of words left out and typo errors. Obviously the typo spelled other correct words so they were not picked up by a spell check. Ms. Foss did herself a big disservice by not hiring a good proof reader a nd a good editor who should have caught the plentiful errors in all four books. She needs to correct the errors or people like myself will not struggle through another book written by her. Her editors really let her down. She needs to put her trust in a good proof reader!! In good conscience I would not recommend these books to my friends. Sex is also very detailed so not suitable for a young reader or a lot of seniors. It should be noted in a preread explanation of the books. Also , there was no billionaire in the last book about the firefighter.
Billionaire Bully - Dual POV. Good amount of steamy parts. Decent plot (woman dates the bully who tormented her in high school) but the book seemed really slow and like it could have been shorter. Billionaire’s Fake Marriage - Honestly, couldn’t get past the first chapter. The male lead was so unlikable. The book starts with him going to his boss to ask for a raise and to be trained as an accountant after working as the guy’s assistant for a few weeks. Boss says no and fires him and then he wins the lottery. Yeah, couldn’t read that. Billionaire Sugar Daddy - I didn’t even attempt to read this one because the title didn’t suggest a subject matter that I would enjoy. Billionaire Firefighter - Dual POV. Neither main character was a billionaire so that was odd. Good amount of steamy parts and some humor. The plot was a “friends to lovers with accidental pregnancy” thing. Overall, not bad but not what I was expecting.
Box Set Has Some Issues... Billionaire Bully: Had two glaring issues. First and foremost - Note to the author, San Francisco is north of LA by about 350 miles not south of it. Hopefully the author will correct this. Overall there is the length of the story. The editor needs to take one more swipe at these stories and cut about five chapters out of each so they keep moving along. I write this because the stories just dug into the minutia of personalities and found if I did not like them at the beginning I just kept not liking them longer to the point their changes seemed artificial. So for me this box set didn't really work. I am volunteering to leave a review of this advanced review book.
First time read for Ms Foss and I am highly impressed with this four book collection of deliciousness. I am 100%, a complete romance junkie and Ms. Foss has delivered with her compelling collection of The Billionaire Men Boxset. Four terrifically crafted books to engage you with riveting storylines and realistic characters. Yummy. Inside these well crafted pages, you will find; Billionaire Bully, Billionaires Fake Marriage, Billionaire Sugar Daddy and Billionaire Firefighter.
I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of this collection in exchange for my honest/voluntarily given opinion and I was pleasantly surprised by the talent displayed throughout. Must Read Collection.
These are four great novels in one offering at a great price. This set starts with Billionaire Bully, where the rich kid, Baker Evans constantly bullied Chrissy Carter in high school, met her 11 years later when he was CEO of his father's legacy, began with apologies and dates to realizing his love for the hairdresser. It ends with Billionaire Firefighter Alex Stryker, who really wasn't rich with money but grew up under abusive parents, who lets his best friend, Corinne, move in with him and after a few months, seduce him into one night in his bedroom. Whoops, his best friend comes down with morning sickness and her overprotective father is his fire chief boss! Foss tells some good stories. Recommended!
Excellent set of Billionaire stories. These books are not novellas but actual stories. Each story has a unique plot and characters. Billionaire Bully is well written and there are surprises especially considering the the characters started out. Billionaires Fake Marriage again has a unique story line with characters that started out in similar places in life. Billionaire Sugar Daddy is exactly like it sounds. Lastly, is Billionaire Firefighter is another great story. This set has over 1,000 pages & well worth the money. This is my first time reading Ms. Foss’s stories but I’ll definitely be reading more. I received a complementary copy of this set but chose to write a review.
The first story was so boring I couldn’t finish. The H was Not likable at all. The h was no better. I gave up, and went on to the next one. Sadly, it was no better. The H painted himself in a bad light from the beginning. The h may have been ok, but there seemed to be zero chemistry. They ‘fake marry’ (eye roll). Then for the next, however many pages, we learn more about alcoholism, alcohol, alcoholics, AA, sponsors.......than was really needed in a romance. It was at this point, I gave up, and deleted the series from my kindle. I’ll try for another ‘romance’, and hope for better luck next time.
Although Billionaire Firefighter did not have a rich firefighter as part of the story, it was well-paced and the two characters were always meant for each other. The plots of the first three were nice and different. Former bully romances who he once tortured was an excellent turn of events. Totally enjoyed lottery winner, reformed bad boy help to rebuild his deceased mother's flower shop. Also familiar, rich boy helps out former stripper, but since she was abused, needed help before they could really be together. Totally enjoyable set!.
Personally I felt these stories were a bit too flat and all over the place. This is the first set of books that I read from this author but unfortunately for me this set just didn't work for me. Now having said that, just because I didnt' like them doesn't mean you won't. So please read all reviews as well as the authors synopsis if that is how you choose your next read. We all look at books differently.
Different stories , different circumstances, all different in more ways than one. Love, sexy, steamy and romantic relationships!! I would say some were worth the read and some were kind of boring took me a while to read them. Recommend with a 4 Star rating
This is definitely some page turning hotness right here. Each of these guys are amazing and sooooooo hot! I’m not giving anything away but I will tell you not to miss this one!
I’m voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this set.
I didn't care for it. I think the author should have someone edit and proofread these books. Aside from editing issues, the stories were just not interesting and the Bully title truly rubbed me the wrong way.
Enjoyed reading these but was disappointed with the last book. I was waiting to see where the money came in but NO Billionaire in that story, still not a bad read. all the sex was too explicit for my taste so skipped a lot of pages in these books....
I love the storylines, however, the last story headline didn't quite live up to it. These were quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes as the stories when along. I like the box set and would recommend it to my friends and family.
Fabulous set of over the top billionaire's and the women that rock their worlds! The story-lines are really good and the characters suck you into each story, its just a great set!
4 fab stories with interesting characters, which were well developed. Stories were engaging and highly addictive. Really pleased to have discovered this author!
I actually had to stop reading. The amount of grammatical and typing errors made it extremely difficult to proceed. If there would be an edited version available, I may try and read it again.
Four good book all romantic, with different emotions in each I enjoyed reading Billionaire Sugar Daddy the best this sad and gripping a strong story. All were worth reading
