Disney's animation has a timeless appeal that constantly enthralls every generation, these new hardback editions incorporates both the stories that everyone knows and loves alongside plenty of concept art and illustrations from the movie.

It's so interesting to see the various ideas that the animators were trying as they collaborated on Disneys first full feature film.
I spent just as much time looking at the numerous sketches as reading the story.

Hopefully this will build into a nice collection and feature most of the 50+ classics as I'm always interested in the technical aspect of movie making.

This one is a 4.5 star read for me.
It was much too short to my liking. I would have loved as much information as possible to be collected in this book. Afcourse, it does only count a total of 69 pages, so I really shouldn't be suprised.
Loved the clothbound cover of the book, loved the inside of it and loved, loved, loved the fact that almost every illustration in this book is linked to it's original illustrator from the early 1930's.
A must-read for any Disney or Snow White fan!

Haven't read about Snow White & Seven Dwarfs story in a while. Reading this book makes me miss my childhood life.
The amazing thing about a fairytale is that it can be enjoyed by all people from all ages.
I really love this series of Disney Animated Classics. The illustrations are so beautiful ❤️

Classic! Snow White was my favorite Disney fairy tale movie as a child. The cover of this book is absolutely beautiful! Would’ve liked to see more of the classic animations (or at least a different selection, they missed some of my favorite moments) however, it was nice to see some concept art & sketches throughout the book. Definitely want to collect more books of this series!

This is a nice little book that features the Disney version of Snow White along with some beautiful illustrations and artwork from the movie. The text is very simple and is most likely suitable for children with little reading experience. For an adult reader, it lacks insight into the characters' thoughts and motivations, as well as detailed descriptions of the settings. With its beautiful illustrations, high-quality cover, and overall design of the book, it is more of a collector's book and a perfect addition to any Disney lover's bookshelf. I look forward to adding more books from this series to my collection.

La trama la conosciamo tutti, ma qui ci sono anche disegni e bozzetti originali, una vera miniera per chi ama questo classico Disney!
Naturalmente non ci sono tutte le scene, sarebbe diventato un volume gigantesco, ma solo quelle principali. È in lingua originale, ma è un inglese molto semplice.
È un volume da collezione e la quinta stella la merita anche solo per la copertina, che è una meraviglia: rivestita in stoffa rossa, dettagliatissima e decorata in oro. Da esposizione!

A beautifully done rendition of Snow White! Firstly, there's the stunning foiling on the cover. Secondly, the end pages feature a beautiful classic image of the Dwarves home. Thirdly, the sketches and concept artwork throughout are gorgeous, and add a level of nostalgia.⁠

I always have a thing for beautiful children's illustration and to see the process behind it makes me feel transported back in time. This book retells the story behind one of Disney's most treasured classics - The Snow White with sketches and design from the original film. Truly nostalgic and gorgeous!

P.S. even the color of the page is mesmerizing!

it was really nice to read again fully the story of snow white. I almost forgot the seven name of the dwarfs, their faces and expressions. It was just like what I remember when I was child. I really love these animated clssics series! Gonna plan to have them all.
